Oh bad twins! well not all the twins can be good in all the worlds uh? though I think that they are bad for one reason... Tara and Faith maybe? something happened to them? well... we will know in time. And we will see how they save Pinocchio and how they handle their *dark* twins.



So it is the world of The Pooh; how cool! one of my favorites it's Tigger I just love him and well there's Winnie too (I told you I just love cartoons ).

Egnalos - Handling their twins may become a little on the difficult side...but for now, I'm going to keep Willow and Buffy from fighting with their twins too often. Yep, we'll be going to Hundred Acre Wood soon, so there's not much of a wait.



WickedReds - I don't think seeing Tara and Faith helped the (evil) twins keep up the evil part. I mean sure, their lover's aren't awake, but their twins are, and that sorta knocks them down a peg or so. But remember, not everything is as what it seems...



Chapter Twenty: Helping Out?



"This isn't good."



The others didn't even look over their shoulder at Buffy, seeing as how they had their hands full at the moment. After passing through the enrtance into the second chamber Faith had been the first to get hit, and fly backwards and straight out the opening.



The group had quickly looked around the chamber, nothing but another entrance ahead of them, a twenty-foot drop to their right, and nothing else. So what had hit Faith? And where was it?



It was at that moment that Donald cried out and was thrown into the fleshy wall, where he was covered in green slim. What is going on!? Just as that thought crossed Tara's mind, Willow was shoved forward, and Buffy shouted.



"What? What is it?" Tara asked just as Faith hurriedly approached them.



"There! It's flying!" Buffy shouted racing forward just as a three and a half foot tall black and purple creature with wings made a beeline for Willow.



Buffy jumped into the air unsheathing her blade and made contact with the flying creature just a couple of foot from Willow -who at the moment was standing. The blade cut the creature in half, causing Buffy to smile brightly, her smile soon vanished when six groups of different Heartless appeared. A group of four of the large ten-foot tall creatures, another of six shadows, one of an orange monkey like Heartless. But what got the girls was the last three groups.



Each group had eight ten-inch tall flying Heartless, but they had no wings which made them look like they were floating. And then there was the color, the first group was blue, the second was green, and the last was red.



Willow only had time to study them for a moment until one of the red ones cast a Fire spell on her, causing her to jump to the side, and straight into the path of a shadow.



Faith had blocked the attack of one of the orange creatures, and cast a Flare spell taking out four of them, and killing a shadow with her blade. Buffy back flipped throwing a Firestorm mix at the group of large Heartless, and watched as two got caught in the flames.



Tara cast a Holy spell on the two large Heartless killing them, and casting another on the rest of the shadows. The two large Heartless jumped into the air and caused a shockwave when they landed, and shoved everyone back.



This brings us to now, Tara and Faith were taking care of the last two large Heartless, Goofy was killing off the orange creatures, and Willow and Donald were casting spells on the small magical creatures. For every blue one they saw they would cast a Fire spell, the green ones got hit by a Thunder spell, and the Yellow ones were hit with a Water spell. Two loud pops echoed across the chamber, letting everyone know that the two large Heartless were now gone.



Donald fell to his knees, worn out, and sweating. Willow soon followed, breathing hard, her face and neck covered in sweat. Buffy saw two little green Heartless left, and hurriedly cast a Thundaga spell on both watching the vanish with a pop.



Tara rushed over to her lover and handed her an Ether to drink as Goofy handed one to Donald, with them felling better the group causiously ran through three more empty chambers before getting attacked again. This time it was only four of the pot spiders like in Agrabah, and they were easily dispatched with three hits apiece.



Elsewhere...



"What are the both of you doing?" Maleficent asked stepping out of a portal. "I told you to take care of those girls, and the kings servants. Are you going to tell me you harbor some feelings for them?"



"I don't care about them one damn bit!" Buffy's twin glared at the witch, before her face softened when she turned back toward a hologram of the group.



"We were just messing with them, we will take care of them when we're ready." Willow's twin said without taking her eyes off the transparent image of the group.



"Oh, really? Of course you were." Maleficent said not at all convenced but smiled nonetheless. "Where is that piece of wood?"



That question made Buffy giggle, and Willow to smirk. "We're using him, see." Willow's twin said pointing to an image of Pinochio running from the group. "Now we will wait."



"You both beware the darkness in your hearts. The Heartless prey upon it."



"Mind your own business." Buffy growled as Maleficent backed through a portal and disappeared.



"Bitch." Willow's twin whispered getting a nod from Buffy's.



"Get ready." Buffy's twin pointed toward Pinocchio when he ran passed them and fell into a hole. The two young women stepped in the path and waited.



They didn't have to wait long, Willow came almost flying into the room and stopped dead still when she saw who was waiting. Buffy slid to a halt, nearly hitting Willow and narrowed her eyes toward their twins.



"What's wron-- You!" Donald shouted holding up his mage staff.



Tara and Faith slid into a fighting stance with their blades held to their sides, both just waiting in case their lovers twins made a move.



"What the hell is wrong with you?" Willow asked glancing over her shoulder making sure Tara wasn't close, and seeing her at the back made her feel a little better.



"What the fuck are you thinking?" Faith asked from beside Tara, and staring straight at Buffy's twin.



"Don't you realize what you're doing?" Tara asked Willow's twin quietly.



"Come on, why are you like this?" Buffy glanced between the girls and was surprised when they lowered their heads.



Willow's twin shook her head before looking up again, "You wouldn't understand."



"But we were promised something, only if we helped." Buffy's twin spoke glancing at Faith and lowering her head again.



"Let me ask you something, where's your Tara and Faith?" Faith asked lowering her weapon slightly. "I mean in every world we've been to, our twins have been together with their's. So, where are they?"



"If you think they're waiting to attack you from behind, then you're thinking wrong. Tara and Faith ain't here."



"And it's none of your damn business where they are!"



"Whoa! Calm down other me." Buffy said trying to lighten the tense mood, but stayed on guard.



Everyone in the group, even the twins jumped, when Pinocchio's scream entered the room. The twins quickly looked at one another, and jumped into the hole in the middle of the room. Without caring Willow followed, with Buffy by her side and the others close behind them. When they landed on the large platform the twins were on, they saw Pinocchio in a cage like enemy.



"That's the Parasite Cage."



"And he's dangerous." Buffy's twin glanced at the group and looked at Willow's twin and nodded.



"You guys up for this?" Willow's twin asked never taking her eyes from the enemy.



"No problem, let's do it!" Buffy shouted jumping down near the cage and swung her blade, connecting with the soft fleshy bars.



Willow's blade connected at the top and came down across the front, her twin and Buffy's were casting Thundaga, and Firaga spells on the cage one after another. Donald joined them and began casting Waterga spells, as Goofy started his spinning attack. Faith jumped down from the platform, casting a Flare spell, and brought her blade down across the front of the cage.



Buffy threw a Waterfall mix, followed with a Rolling Thunder mix, and watched as the other's spells combined with hers and fried the cage. The Parasite Cage let out a high pitch scream, and tried to hit Tara with it long tentacles, only to get the limb cut off by Willow's blade.



Tara had jumped back to avoid the tentacle, and cast a Holy spell that exploded around the cage causing it to open and release Pinocchio, and disappear under the fleshy floor.



"Dammit! That thing got away!" Faith shouted, just as Pinocchio was sucked through an entrance. The twins didn't wait, they hurried forward and let themselves be sucked in, also. Not wanting them to cause any more trouble the group followed, and ended up back at the shipwreak.



"Pinocchio! Pinocchio! Please! Give me back my son!" Geppetto pleaded



Willow's twin was holding the unconscious Pinocchio, and shook her head, "Sorry, old man. But we have some unfinished business with this puppet."



"He's no puppet!" Geppetto cried falling to his knees. "Pinocchio is my little boy!"



"He is unusual." Buffy's twin spoke as she looked at Pinocchio. "You know, not many puppets have hearts."



"Of course he has a heart!" Willow shouted trying and failing to attack her twin. Her blade had stopped several inches from Pinocchio when her twin had turned to face her.



"Leave him alone! Give him back to Geppetto!" Buffy glared at her twin. "Cause I won't think twice about attacking you."



"No! I don't want any of you fighting!" Tara shouted holding her hands out. "Look, please just leave Pinocchio here with his father."



"We can't, and we won't." Buffy's twin lowered her eyes not making eye contact with anyone.



"What can you use him for?" Faith was watching both girls closely, hoping for just a moment she could get the boy back, but had yet to find one.



"Like it's any of your business, but I guess it won't hurt to tell you... You see, we're not sure, but we think that maybe he can help a couple of girls who's lost theirs."



"Lost their hearts?" Donald asked quietly, and shook his head. "That won't work. What you're thinking about doing, will not work."



"We have to try! It's our only hope!" Buffy's twin said near tears.



"Wait just a damn minute!" Willow shouted suddenly, making the others jump. "The one's you wanna help is your Tara and Faith, right?"



"What do you care? And besides it's none of your business!"



Willow glared at her twin and took a deep breath, "Look, I know how you feel, okay? I nearly lost my Tara, and would have followed her in death, if I had. But I'm sure you don't need Pinocchio to get back her, or Faith's hearts."



"How the hell would you know?" Buffy's twin asked and jumped over the edge of the ship, with Willow's twin following, with Pinocchio in her arms.



"Willow if you're right about who they're tryin' to help, I think their the ones that need it, not their Faith and Tara." Donald said getting a nod from Goofy.



"What do you mean?" Tara asked the duck causing Goofy's eyes to widen.



"Think about it Tara, why would they need help in getting the girls' hearts back? Understand?" Goofy asked and smiled when Tara nodded in understanding.



"You are right! Why don't they see it?"



"They wanna help too much, and don't see what's right in front of them." Donald said matter-of-factly.



Faith squeezed Geppetto's shoulder, "Don't worry, like we said before, we'll get Pinocchio back."



"Yeah, let's get those twins of ours!" Buffy bolted toward the entrance their twins had taken, with the others following.

Disclaimer: I'm just having fun with the girls. I'll put everything in it's place after I'm through.



Chapter Twenty-One: More Power



The group had followed the dark twins back into chamber one, and found a new opening at the back, looking up they could see the other one had closed. Keeping alert with their weapons held toward the front, the group entered through the opening and into a green colored chamber.



Why are they doing this? Sure I would do anything for Will, but they just don't know what we know...where their hearts truly are. Tara was tense and it was only getting worse as they moved on into another chamber to the right.



What do the Heartless want with their twins? Donald thought, glancing between Faith and Tara. And why?



Is Maleficent controlling our twins? Or are they really doing this on their own? If it isn't evil twins trying to steal a poor wooden boy, it's some damn test me and Will has to be put through! I'm really not like any of this!



The group entered a small circular chamber with tiny platforms leading to an entrance fifteen or twenty-foot towards the top. "I'll go first." Goofy said softly and hopped on the first platform and continued up, with the others following.



The last platform was big enough for the whole group to stand on, with a five-foot jump across to the entrance. Before anyone could make the jump a gust of air rose up from the bottom, and blew them toward a hole at the top. Once the last entered the hole closed and the group ended up in the Stomach area of Monstro.



"Finally made it, huh?" Buffy's twin asked standing over an unconscious Pinocchio.



Looking around the area Willow frowned, "Where's the other me? Why isn't she here?"



As soon as she asked that Goofy cried out and was thrown forward, where Buffy's twin hit him into the soft wall. Goofy slid to the ground unconscious with Donald following just a few seconds later.



"Your turn." Willow's twin smirked knocking Willow across the area with a strength Willow knew she didn't have.



Is that the strength of the darkness inside her? By the Fayth! If it is were all in trouble. Willow touched her bruising cheek and flinched. Big trouble.



"Stop!" Tara shouted stepping in front of her lover. "Please, I don't want to fight you, but I will if you continue this...this madness!"



Willow stood placing her hand on Tara's shoulder and shaking her head, "No, don't get into this, okay."



"But Will!"



"You'd better do as she says, Tara. I wouldn't wanna hurt you, you're like a sister to me." Buffy's twin said with dull eyes.



"Let Pinocchio go, and we won't hurt you." Buffy said staring at her twin.



"Why do you want to save a puppet that's lost its heart to the Heartless? Maybe it holds the key to helping our Tara and Faith." Willow's twin crouched over Pinocchio and turned him over on to his back.



Both Willow and Buffy readied their Keyblades and shook their heads.



"What? You'd rather fight us? Over a puppet that has no heart?" Buffy's twin cocked her head to the right.



"Heart or no heart, at least he still has a conscience!" Willow growled.



"A conscience?"



"You might not hear it, but right now it's loud and clear. And it's telling me you're both on the wrong side!" Buffy said with her hand glowing red.



"Then you leave us no choice!" Willow's twin rushed forward pulling a long broadsword out of thin air, and bringing it down close to Willow's chest.



Willow jumped back and blocked the attack, twisted around to the back of her twin and kicked her in the back. Her twin stumbled forward and quickly turned catching Willow off guard with a backwards roundhouse kick; Willow flew back from the force and into Faith who was ready to attack. Buffy had blocked a hammerfist, and was thrown back by the force of a stomp kick into Donald and Goofy who were just standing.



Tara didn't know what to do. She was torn between protecting her lover, and not wanting to hurt Willow's twin. Even though she was working for the Heartless, she was still somewhat Willow, sighing she did the only thing she could think of. Stepping forward with her rod appearing in her hand she brought it down hitting the back of the twins head. Willow's twin fell to the floor where Buffy's twin hurriedly grabbed her, tossing her on her shoulder, and leaping back.



"This isn't over. Not by a long shot." Buffy's twin sneered as a portal appeared behind her. "We'll be back, and when we do we'll take care of this." she jumped through the portal and vanished.



"Pinocchio! Pinocchio!" Jiminy shouted hopping toward the boy, and sighed in relief when his eyes opened.



Pinocchio groaned feeling the pain from everything he'd been put thought eariler. "Jiminy... I'm not gonna make it." He said and felt his nose grow longer. "Oh! I guess I will be okay!" he smiled and sat up.



"Yes, you are going to be just fine." Jiminy said bouncing up and down.



The cage from eariler appeared trying to eat Pinocchio, only to be stopped when Donald's Thundaga spell hit it head on. Not one for waiting to see if it would rise again, Faith rushed forward bringing her blade down and cutting the cage in half. The group watched a green smoke rose from the body as it melted to disappeared.



"Come on, let's get you back to Geppetto." Goofy picked up Pinocchio and carried him out of the chamber with the others following. Willow hung back aways catching Buffy's attention.



"What's up?"



"I think we should stay on guard. I don't like what your twin said about finishing this...it didn't sound good at all."



Buffy nodded, "Yeah, you're right. But we can't let Tare, and Faith get in the way. You saw what Tara did, and Faith wasn't far behind either."



"I know, but I still don't think we should tell them just yet...do you?"



"No, like I said, it'll only worry them. And a worrying Faith and Tara is never a good thing. Holy Hellfire! You saw what they were like when Tara was trying to defeat Sin, and I don't want to ever see that again."



"Me neither--"



"Hey, slowpokes! C'mon!" Faith called out over her shoulder, and stepped through and opening.



"Yeah, yeah! Just hold your chocobos, we're getting there." Buffy shouted, and heard Faith laugh.



Meanwhile on a large wooden ship with the twins...



"So, their like a lifeless puppet now?" Willow asked stroking Tara's cheek and saw Buffy doing the same with Faith.



"Precisely." Maleficent stepped out of the shadows.



"And their hearts was..." Buffy trailed off.



"Taken by the Heartless, no doubt."



Both girls stood and faced the witch, "Tell us! What can we do to get them back?" Willow asked barely keeping her anger in check.



"We'll do anything, you know this!" Buffy shouted near tears.



Maleficent gave the girls her evil smile, "There are certain maidens of the purest heart. We call them the princesses of heart. Gather them together, and a door will open to the heart of all worlds. Within this door lies untold wisdom. There you will surely find a way to recover Tara and Faith's hearts. Now, I'll grant you a marvelous gift. The power to control the Heartless."



The girls were covered by a black light for a moment, and floated three-feet off the floor as a black mist entered their bodies, this power was nothing like what they'd had. Compaired to this, knocking their twins across the room was nothing, it was now they could knock them into the next world, with a single touch.



Buffy smirked when her feet settled back on to the floor, and opened her eyes glancing toward Willow, who was just now settling on the floor beside her.



"So much power, so much to do, are you ready to go Buff?" Willow asked opening her pitch-black eyes.



"Oh, yeah!" Buffy said with her own pitch-black eyes shining.



"Soon, my love, soon." Willow left a soft kiss on Tara's forehead and straightened up.



"We'll be together soon, love. Don't worry." Buffy said leaving a kiss on Faith's cheek, and turned toward Willow.



"Well, shall we?"



"Yes, we shall." Willow smirked and vanished with Buffy.



Maleficent stepped back into the shadows smiling evilly all the way and vanished to some unknown location. If anyone had been around they would have seen a surprising site. And if at that very moment Willow and Buffy had for some reason reappeared into the room they would have jumped for joy. Both Tara and Faith moved, it was just their hands that'd moved, but it was enough to show that they were still alive.



Back with the others...



"Get ready!" Buffy called out, readying the controls.



After getting Pinocchio back to Geppetto the group had hurriedly fixed the cracked control panel, and was now waiting for the engines to warm up. Geppetto had fixed the block Pinocchio had given him, and had only waited for the group to bring his boy back. Now with everyone ready, Geppetto started a fire and waited.



It didn't take long for the smoke to make the giant whale sneeze, and send both ships flying out his mouth. The ship Geppetto and Pinochio was on disappeared as it enter space; Buffy pulled on the controls and sent the ship further up into space to avoid Monstro.



"I sure hope Pinocchio and Geppetto are okay." Goofy said looking out the windshield.



Donald nodded, "Yeah, hopefully they landed safely somewhere."



"Don't worry, I'm sure they did."



"Will is right, besides, they've been through one hellva adventure already. So, I'm sure they're fine." Faith grinned and buckled her seatbelt just as Buffy did a barrel-roll and flip. "Geez! B! Tryin' to kill us already?"



"Oh shut up! I'm just happy to be the hell outta that damn whale!" Buffy giggled and flipped the ship again, causing Willow to tightly hold on to Tara, and giggle.



"She'll never change." Tara whispered with a smile.



"And that's a bad thing?"



"No, not at all, I wouldn't have it any other way."



"Got that right, baby." Willow whispered leaning into a long passionate kiss.



There's 21 and I'm working on 22 at the moment. Hope ya enjoyed.

Oh the twins now are going to be more trouble, if they knew that the only thing that their Tara and Faith need is them to be ok...

Egnalos - True the twins will be more trouble, but this chapter has help for our girls. Glad you liked what Pinocchio said Things will get better, but as you know, they've gotta get worse first. And here's the update.



WickedReds - That's why I always liked Maleficent, she was so evil. With the hold Maleficent has over the twins they just can't see what they should. But like I told Egnalos, things will get better...that is, later down the road.

Chapter Twenty-Two: Getting Help from a Dream



After having gotten away from the giant whale Buffy had flipped a switch turning the auto-pilot on, and got comfortable in Faith's lap for a -hopefully long relaxing nap.



Faith wasn't far behind her lover in falling asleep, and was now quietly snoring. It had taken less time for Donald and Goofy to doze off their loud snoring, and quacking not even bothering the girls.



Willow was using Tara's shoulder as a pillow, with Tara's head resting on top of hers. Both girls had quickly fallen asleep from being so worn-out; Willow, before sleep comsumed her, thought back to their past battles, and even though those had been her first, these were just as tiring. Tara had been worring about Willow and Buffy's twins, and what the evil Buffy had said about finishing what they'd started.



I don't want to hurt them, but if they proceed to fight with us I may not have a chose. But why can't they figure out who has mine and Faith's twins' hearts? That was as far as Tara got until sleep consumed her.



Now, all was quiet on the bride except for the deep breathing, snoring, and quacking. The only thing out of place was the frowns that'd crossed Buffy and Willow's lips just moments before. Both girls were dreaming again, but this time they were both together, and both didn't like what they were seeing.



[Dream]



Willow had opened her eyes only to find herself on a dark landscape, she nearly jumped out of he skin when a soft hand touched her shoulder. Turning she saw a sheepishly smiling Buffy standing behind her, and gave a small smile.



"Didn't mean to startle you, Will."



"It's fine." Willow nodded and turned to peer into the darkness. "I wonder what this is? And where we are?"



Buffy shrugged, "Don't know, but I don't like it." she said and gasped as a dark light flooded the area.



"By the Fayth!" Willow exclaimed wide-eyed.



They saw a scene straight out a nightmare. There was large chunks of rock and concrete, wood and straw, and shattered window glass glittered in the light, all over the ground. This place was once a town!



The ground was broken and tattered, no grass whatsoever could be seen, only the burnt black ground. Dust swirled around as a cold burst of wind swept over the landscape, and died down just as fast. A flash of streak lightning lit up the area as it hit a dead tree and set it on fire; the girls caught a glimpse of a large dark castle loomed in the distance, like a giant monster waiting to jump out and kill the next living thing it saw.



Lightning flashed again, catching the attention of the girls, who looked to the sky, and saw swirling black clouds hovering over the castle. It was then a loud clap of thunder echoed across the darkened area startling the girls, and making them jump like scared rabbits. So much for a peaceful sleep. Buffy looked from the clouds to the castle and back again, as another flash of lightning lit up the area.



Oh, holy Bahamut! We're sitting ducks out here! If something wants to attack us, we'll never see it coming! Willow glanced from the clouds to Buffy, and then studied the area as best she could. She didn't see anything trying to sneek up on them, Yeah right! Like you can see five-foot ahead of you without the lightning! Willow didn't like this one damn bit.



People say dreams can't hurt or harm the dreamer, but then again, they would be wrong, and Willow could tell them why. As soon as the thought of what Tsuki had done to her in her dream; Willow shivered and lowered her hand, hoping to find her weapon, any weapon. Her fingers wrapped around the hilt of the sword Xander had given her, causing her to give a relieved sigh. She caught movement from the corner of her eye, and saw Buffy grabbing her daggers.



"I don't like this." Buffy whispered taking her eyes off the darkness long enough to look at Willow, before she returned to staring forward.



"Got that right, it doesn't feel rig--" Willow stopped short as the lightning flashed showing a large thirty-foot tall towering figure rise from the ground near the castle. "Did you see that?!"



"I did...what the hell was that!?!"



"That is a creature called Darkside." A soft voice said from behind the girls making them startle, and again, nearly jump out of their skin. Turning, both Willow and Buffy nearly had a stroke.



Tara was standing in a long flowing silver gown, with her hair pulled up in a braid. Standing beside her was Faith, wearing a long white gown, her hair was pulled back in a ponytail. The girls could tell this Faith and Tara were princesses, and for some unknown reason kneeled on their right knees, as they bowed their heads.



"Please, there is no need for that here." Princess Faith spoke amused voice.



"Yes, this is no time for such formalitites." Princess Tara said with a soft voice watching the girls rise.



Willow nodded, "This is weird. Now I've got princesses appearing in my dreams." she joked to Buffy, who grinned, as the two princesses frowned.



"Sorry, but Will here has had a bad time with dreams- what with them wantin' to kill her and all. Needless to say I've had one with that creature back there trying to kill me too, so I guess I'm in the same boat as she is."



The two princesses rushed forward engulfing the girls in a tight embrace, and began running their hands over the girls' bodies. "Kill you!? Why!? When did this happen? Are you alright?" Princess Tara asked franticly checking Willow for any signs of wounds.



The same was happening with Buffy, as Princess Faiths' hands roamed over her body. "Darkside didn't hurt you did he? When did you dream of him?"



"Umm..." Willow blushed as Tara's hands grazed the sides of her breasts. Tara's gonna kill me! Either that, or she'll make me regret not dreaming of her! Ooh! That felt good...Holy Fayth! Don't think that! That's it, Tara'll kill me, no doubt about it.



Holy Shiva! I can't tell Faith her twin, who is a princess, has been touching me! Oh, but she's sooo good at it...No! Don't think that, she's just checking for wounds...I hope!



"Is she hurt?" Princess Tara asked stepping back from a very flushed Willow, and smirking, Looks like I have the same effect on my lovers twin.



"No, is Will?" Princess Faith asked smirking and letting her eyes roam over Buffy, causing the girl to blush. Oh! Just like my lover, she's so cute!



"O-Okay, umm, j-just what are you doing here?"



"And why?" Buffy asked feeling the heat in her cheeks cool.



"To warn you of him." Princess Tara spoke pointing over Willow's shoulder at the creature, currently making its way toward the four young women. "As I said that is Darkside, and he is not to be taken lightly."



"What? We're gonna have to fight him?" Buffy stared at the two for a moment before glancing over her shoulder.



"Yes," Princess Faith nodded, "eventually you will have to fight the creature known as Darkside."



"Great." Willow said dully, before shaking her head, "Hey, what is this place, anyway? I've never seen it before."



Both princesses lowered their heads, and stared at the ground, anyone with eyes could see the two young women didn't want to speak of it, but knew they had to. The girls could feel the sadness flowing off the princesses in waves, and began to get a very uncomfortable feeling.



"This was once our home." Princess Tara said with a soft voice before looking back at the girls.



"What?" Willow nearly shouted and spun around taking in what she could see of the nightmare-like landscape.



"You've gotta be kiddin' me!" Buffy also whirled around and shivered as another flash lit up the area, and showed Darkside moving ever closer to the four girls.



"Yes, this was our home, our land, but then the Heartless came and destroyed everything we held close to our hearts." Faith stared over Buffy's shoulder and frowned. "And then he came."



"The people charged with protecting us all fell in battle...Xander, and Anya our mages were taken along side Commander Giles and his best fighters." Tara again lowered her head as teardrops fell to the black ground. "We saw the entire army fall into a pit of total darkness, before these little creatures appeared and attacked us."



More teardrops fell to the ground, but this time it was Faith that was silently crying. "Our Buffy, and Willow tried to protect us, but something happened. Dawn, Buffy's younger sister a low-level mage rushed into the room, she fell after casting only two spells, and disappeared into a dark portal."



"The girls especially Buffy, attacked with all their strength but only delayed the Heartless. They soon fell and we were taken. Now, we're being held and can only watch the things they do."



"I'm sorry," Willow said softly and left a light kiss on Tara's forehead. "is there something you need us to do? We've meet our twins, and they're really not a very nice couple of girls...but I can see why...you know, with the two of you being taken and all that."



"What we need from you is simple: Stop them, do whatever it takes but please stop them. Maleficent gave them the power to control the Heartless, and in doing so, she has got a stronger hold on them. You must destroy the power from its source."



"We've also came to grant you the power to fight against them, now that they've got an even stronger power, you will need one to rival theirs." Faith spoke taking Buffy's hands in hers as a bright orange light surrounded them.



Tara took Willow's hands and let a bright bluish white light surround them. The girls could feel the power rushing into their bodies; the new strength flowed throught their veins giving them just a little more muscle. When the light died down the girls wavered a moment and were caught in the princesses arms.



For just a moment they let the feeling of their newly given strength wash over their sences, before straightening up. "Don't worry, we'll stop them, and you'll have your girls back."



"Yeah, not to mention, we're gonna kick the Heartless' ass and you'll have your home back...and everyone in it." Buffy smirked, and turned around when she heard a low growl. "Looks like we've got company." she said jutting her chin toward a very close Darkside.



"You ready, Buff?" Willow unsheathed her sword and stepped into a fighting stance.



The princesses giggled. "You won't be fighting him here. Now is not the time." Tara said just as the world around them got lighter.



"Well, that sucks. I wanted to try out this new power." Buffy flexed her arms.



"Yeah! I'm sure my spells will knock the socks off the Heartless...wait, do they wear socks? Do they even wear shoes? You know, I've never noticed."



Buffy giggled along with the princesses, "Will, we really never had time to look. We were usually too busy trying not to get sliced and diced."



The light got brighter and the landscape began to vanish leaving only their two visitors, who were slowly starting to fade. "Please, get our girls back." Tara spoke as she grew transparent.



"Make them see that they are the only ones that hold our hearts."



"And only they can wake us." Tara finished and vainshed along side her sister as the two girls woke up.

Well now that's fair, they have new powers too so now I hope they will show their twins (with a little rough love)how they can save their lovers, it's funny how they can't understand that they're the ones that hold Tara and Faith's hearts, but then again love is funny that way, sometimes we want something so much that we can't see that we're the only ones that hold the key to get it and sometimes in the worst cases when we already have it.



It was funny seeing the princesess teasing Willow and Buffy with their touches/checking for wounds (checking for wounds... yeah right)



Well I hope they kick Maleficent's ass very hard and very soon, but my best bet is that I'm going to have to wait a while for that.



Ah umm one question... Will Tara n' Faith get new powers too? I mean Willow n' Buffy have a test and new powers... I'm childish that way but I think that if they don't it isn't fair.

Egnalos - Yup, I wanted to make it fair, with the (evil) twins being more powerful, Willow and Buffy needed to somehow keep up. You're right, sometimes we can't see we hold the key or even already have it, and when you do finally figure it out, you're or they have been hurt. But then again, that's love for ya. Glad you liked the princeses, and there's more of them on the way, and it'll be a while before they get to Maleficent. Yep, Tara and Faith will be getting new powers too, actually that's in this chapter.

Chapter 23: More Powers



Willow opened her eyes and found Tara was still sleeping, gently sliding from her lap Willow turned and saw Buffy rising from Faith's lap. Willow jerked her thumb over her shoulder toward the door, and watched Buffy nod and follow her lead. The bridge door quietly opened allowing the girls to step through, and head for the dining area. Neither girl saw Tara and Faith twitch in their sleep, as a frown appeared.

Tara opened her eyes and saw the light blue sky with puffy white clouds lazily floating by, turning her head she saw Faith standing not five-foot away, and staring into the distance. Slowly raising up Tara's mouth dropped open and stared, stunned, just as Faith was doing.



Off in the distance the girls could see a large white castle with a blue roof, eight green, and red towers circled around the tall structure starting with two on either side of a large wooden bridge. A small village sat in front of the castle with different, but happy looking creatures running around, some were playing, while others worked. Tara stood and approached Faith all the while keeping her eyes on the village.



"Where are we?" Tara asked touching Faith's shoulder and felt her shrug.



"That is what I would like to know. I've never seen anything like this before, none of the animals...lions, bears, chipmuncks...panthers, tigers, ducks, dogs, cats are attacking. None of them! Holy Fayth! These animals should be trying to eat the others!"



The two young women continued to stare into the village and didn't notice when four more female figures approached from behind.



"For now," A voice said startling the girls into turning, "they live in peace."



"And you are on king Mickey's world, this is now the home for those of the worlds that have been destroyed by the Heartless, well, the ones that were able to escape the destruction." The female duck said nodding toward the castle.



Tara looked from her twin to Faith's, and to the last two figures standing beside their twins. A female duck wearing a pink and white dress stood beside a female mouse wearing a white and blue dress.



"It is a pleasure to meet you, I am queen Minnie, and this is Daisy." Minnie and Daisy bowed, "And these two ladies are Princesses Tara and Faith."



"Princesses? Oh boy, wouldn't B, and Will, have a stroke!" Faith joked and saw the smirks the twins were wearing, "You've already met them haven't you?"



"Yes, and it was quite fun actually." Her twin said sweetly.



"Fun?" Faith narrowed her eyes causing her twin to giggle. By Shiva! She just giggled! Wait, why am I thinking that? What did she mean by fun!



"Very fun, Will blushes just like my lover."



"Blushes?! What the hell did you do to Will!?" Tara asked getting ready to pounce on her twin. She better not have done anything to her!



"Relax, we were just checking for wounds." Princess Tara's smirk grew, pissing Tara off.



"You touched her?"



"Wait! You touched Buffy?" Faith growled, glaring at her twin.



"Stop! Please, do not fight." Minnie spoke quietly.



"They gave your lovers a new power to rival the power their lovers now have. And to make it fair you are to recieve a stronger power also." Daisy said and stepped forward with the twins following.



Daisy took Minnie's right hand, as her right hand was taken into Faith's left. Minnie took princess Tara's right hand, as she slipped her left into Tara's right. Tara and Faith joined hands, just as Faith took her twins hand.



With the six women in a circle a pink light began glowing in the middle of the circle, and formed around Daisy. A light purple glow surrounded princess Faith, as a dark purple surrounded Faith, a green light surrounded Minnie, and two bright white glows surrounded both Taras,



All six light shot back into the center of the circle, and swirled around combinding together into a light violet color. Both Tara and Faith were lifted off the ground as the energy entered their bodies and rushed through their veins. A bright white light burst forth as the violet light disappeared into their bodies, and gently lowered the girls back to the ground.



"Whoa, what a rush." Faith said as her twin wrapped her arms around her waist, and kept Faith from falling.



"That's worse than my magics!" Tara said wrapped in her twins arms.



Minnie and Daisy stepped back and smiled, they knew these two girls weren't going to like what was about to happen, and only hoped that no one got hurt -namely the princesses.



"We have one more gift for you." Princess Faith whispered loud enough for the weakened girls to hear.



"What is it?" Faith asked and felt herself pulled tighter against her twin.



"For you to know what we know." Princess Tara said and lowered her head, her lips meeting Tara's.



Both Tara and Faith's eyes went wide, as they struggled weakly against the soft lips of their twins. But gave up when flashes appeared in their minds; the destruction of the princesses home world.



They saw Commander Giles raise his sword in the air and shouted to begin the attack; Xander and Anya both fell into a pit of darkness, both holding on to the other. Giles and the army fell just as quick. They watched as Buffy and Willow's twins attacked, how Dawn was sucked into a black pit after only casting two spells. And then nothing as the princesses were taken.



More flashes this time of their twins watching sadly as their lovers agreed to work for the Heartless, and saw them take Jasmine. Then their fight in Monstro, and afterwards when their lovers twins obtained the power over the Heartless.



Tara gasped when her twin broke the soft kiss and lowered them both to the ground, the princess saw her sister doing the same with Faith.



"We are sorry, but you had to know what happened to make them as they are now." Princess Tara said softly, and brushed her fingers across Tara's forehead.



"Now, it is time for you to wake. But remember this, your lovers have the key to destroy the darkness in our lovers hearts, and make them see the light, that only they can wake us." Princess Faith said and smiled down at her twin and watched as she vanished.

Once inside the dining room Willow approached a small silver box and pressed two red buttons, and one green. Two large cups of coffee appeared along side two plates of scrambled eggs, picking up the eggs Willow sat them on the table, and went back for the coffee. With the small breakfast setting in front of them the girls ate slowly all the while thinking of what the princesses said.



Buffy looked up and caught Willow's eyes as she sipped her coffee. "I wonder how we're supposed to get those twins of ours to understand that only they can wake their Faith and Tara?"



"You got me, I don't know. Maleficent thinks she's got the princesses under wraps, our twins think the girls have lost their hearts, and don't know that they're being used. This just keeps getting better and better, don'tcha think?"



"Better or worse, I really can't tell which! All I know is there is nothing good about this, nothing at all. Okay, so we know our twins are the only ones who can wake the princesses, right?"



"Yeah, but how? That's what I want to know. And another thing, this test thing is starting to get on my nerves. What in hellfire is that about?"



"I still don't understand that one either, Will."



"And I'm not up to fighting with Tara or Faith about not protecting us."



Buffy sighed, and put her fork down, "Question is: Do we tell the others? I mean sure, we can keep the dreams we had after crashing in Monstro secret, but do we keep this from them. Won't they see, and not to mention feel our new power?"



"Don't know about Donald and Goofy, but I sure as hell know Tara'll feel it, and I'm sure Faith will too."



"Faith will too, what?"



Willow and Buffy let out a startled scream and whipped their heads around to the door. Both Tara and Faith were standing in the doorway, both wearing the same kind of smirk; the, 'We-know-what-you're-talking-about-but-we-want-you-to-tell-us-anyway' smirk.



"Well?" Faith asked crossing her arms and cocking her head to the right.



"Sit down this may take a while." Buffy said getting up and moving over to the food machine.



Willow rubbed her eyes, and waited until Buffy returned with the coffee and eggs. Once Tara and Faith were eating she began to tell them of the dream with the princesses, leaving out how they had checked them for wounds -not wanting to see them get angry.



Neither her nor Buffy spoke of the dreams before, not wanting to get into something they really didn't understand themselves. When they finished telling of the dream, and recieving a stronger power, both Willow and Buffy waited quietly for either girl to speak.



"You don't have to worry, we met our twins, too, and they also gave us more power." Faith grinned at the stunned looks on Willow and Buffy's faces. She didn't mention the kiss, knowing well enough that it would send both Buffy and Willow over the edge, and piss them off but good!



"Now, that just leaves the problem of figuring out to get your twins to see that only they can wake our twins. So? Any ideas?" Tara asked, and saw Willow shake her head and Buffy to shrug.



"Don't know, but it's what we were talking about before you came in. What? Are they supposed to kiss them? If they've been anywhere near the bodies I would think they already tried that." Buffy rested her head on Faith's shoulder and closed her eyes.



"And if it isn't a kiss, then what is it? And how will it work?" Willow stood and began to pace around the small room. "I don't get it... I really wish the princesses would've told us how."



"Sweetie, calm down, we'll figure this out. Maybe our twins will appear in our dreams again, and tell us how."



"That's a long-shot, baby. I have come to find out, nothing is that easy."



"My twin said that you two have the key to destroying the darkness, and making them see the light...whatever that means." Faith shrugged.



The intercom crackled to life and Donald's voice could be heard quacking before he spoke into the microphone. "We've reached a new world... and I think you girls had better come and take a look. It's completely weird!"



At hearing that the girls hurried from the dining room and back up to the bridge. Buffy jumped into the pilots seat, and gaped when she saw the new world.



"Tell me I'm seeing things."



"Sorry, Buff, but if you are, then I am too." Willow said staring out the windshield at a world completely covered in water. There was no green for the land, only the light, and dark blue water.



"Well? Prepare to teleport." Donald said getting confused stares from the girls and Goofy.



"Teleport where? You fucking nutball! In the sea? We'll drown!" Faith shouted waving her hands around.



"Don't call me a nutball, you pain in the tail feathers!"



"Well you are if you think we can teleport down there!"



"Donald, she's right. If we teleport down to the new world we will drown." Tara said sweetly and watched Willow hold Faith back.



Calming down a bit Donald shook his head, "No we won't. My magic will keep us safe."



Hoping, and praying to the Fayth he was right, Buffy set the teleporter and rose from her seat. Glancing down at the duck she thumped his head, "You'd better not kill us. Cause if you do, I'll chase your feathered ass all around the Farplane, before I pluck you. Understand?"



"You girls need to take comfort in my abilities, just leave it to me, okay?"

Egnalos - You got it, it's the Little Mermaid. I'm not telling what the twins are just yet, but what else could they be besides mermaids. Like I told WickedReds, I'm thinking about Willow and Buffy finding out about the kiss, but don't hold me to it. Anyway here's the update.

Chapter 24: Under the Sea



When the group appeared they were under the water, and they could breath. Faith was just about to turn and tell Donald he was right, but she stopped short and stared.



For now no one seemed to notice anything strange, but then again, none of them had looked anywhere other than around the area they'd appeared in. It wasn't until Buffy began to sink closer to the bottom and let out a strangled scream, that everyone looked at themselves.



"You damn duck! What'd you do to us?!" Faith finally found her voice and screamed at Donald with a glare.



Donald looked down and let out a high-pitched quack, "I didn't mean to do this!"



"Oh my..." Willow's eyes were wide, and her jaw was somewhere near the ocean floor, as she looked over Tara.



Needless to say Tara was much the same. "We're...we have fish tails!" Tara finally shouted pointing to Willow's light blue tail, beginning at her waist.



"And not much else!" Buffy grumbled looking at the orange seashells covering her breasts. Glancing at Faith she saw purple shells covering Faith's breasts. Dark blue shells covered Willow's breasts, and white were covering Tara's.



"And just what the hell are you suppose to be?" Faith asked looking from the gray tentacles on Donald's lower half, to Goofy, who was at the moment a sea turtle. "I think you fucked up big time!"



"Hey! I cast a spell so we could breathe under water, I didn't know it'd turn us into a turtle, octopus, and mermaids!"



"Yeah, well, we can breathe, but how in the hellfire are we supposed to swim!" Buffy shouted trying to wiggle her tail to swim, and failing as she sunk just a little further toward the bottom with the others sinking with her.



The shouting came to a sudden stop when a young girl came around the corner at a high rate of speed, followed by a small yellow and blue fish, and a red crab.



"Hurry up, Sebastian!" The girl called over her shoulder.



"Ariel, wait! Slow down! Don't leave me beind for those monsters to eat!" The crab shouted back, and swam into Donald. When Sebastian saw Donald he freaked and swam to the ocean floor and hid inside of a large clamshell.



Ariel stopped and looked the group over as the fish peeked over her shoulder. "Oh, relax, Sebastian. They don't look like one of them. Right, Flounder?"



"I don't know." The fish said and sawm in front of Ariel, "There's something weird about them."



Willow nervously laughed and scratched her head, "What do you mean?"



Ariel swam around the group looking the up and down before nodding her head, "They do seem...a little different. Say, where are you guys from?"



Willow glanced at the others and gave the young mermaid a nervous smile. "Well, we...uh, we're from far away, really far away, and we're not really used to swimming in these waters." she said and giggled.



"Oh, that's no problem, Sebastian can show you how we swim around here." Ariel smiled as the crab came out of his hiding place.



"Ariel, King Triton will not like this!" Sebastian shook his little head.



"Don't worry about daddy."



"That's easy for you to say..." The crab said and turned to the group. "Okay, it's time you learn how to swim properly. Practice swimming with Flounder. Try to tag him. All right. Begin."



That's it! Just try and tag the fish!? Was the thought that went through the girls' mind before they tried swimming. Ariel cringed when Willow and Buffy collided into each other, and closed her eyes when Donald slammed into the stone wall. It took the group close to an hour to figure out how to properly swim and actually tag Flounder.



Breathing hard the group slowly sunk to the ocean bottom and glared when Sebastian spoke again, "Good job. Now let's move on to self-defense."



Ariel giggled at the looks the girl, especially Willow and Buffy were giving Sebastian before looking toward the corner she'd rounded eariler. Her eyes went wide, as three eight-foot round black and red fish appeared and began swimming toward them.



"Sebastian!"



The crab looked up and grabbed onto Flounders tail as the fish swam for the clamshell. "Class is over. Good luck!" Sebastian called out just before the clam closed.



"We'll take care of this!" Faith said and swam forward to meet the Heartless fish creatures.



"Yeah, you just hide." Willow said following Faith's lead, and suddenly found herself being slammed into the stone wall by a twelve-foot tall pink Heartless jellyfish, and saw five more appear.



Faith flicked her tail and dodged to the right as one of the fish dashed toward her, and swipped at it as the creature passed. Donald cast a Thundaga spell on one of the jellyfish, stunning it long enough for Goofy to hit it several times as he spun around. The pink creature flew into the wall, narrowly missing Buffy, who'd just cast the strongest Firaga spell she could, and watched as the creature Faith had attacked popped and disappeared.



Willow felt the power the princesses gave her take hold of her body, and began casting Flare spells, hitting and killing one of the jellyfish. She smiled when the loud pop reached her ears, and cried out when a sharp burning pain raced up her leg. Willow brought her blade down severing the pink tentacle and cut two more off, as she sunk down feeling the poison course though her body. One of the fish creatures, seeing this swam forward and crushed Willow against the wall, causing her to scream.



Hearing the scream Tara turned and saw her wife between the wall, and the creature, she was about to cast a Holy spell, but was thrown forward as another fish creature hit her from behind. Glaring at the creature she cast the Holy spell killing it. When she turned her eyes were full of anger, raising her hand palm facing forward; Tara released the strongest Holy spell she could, and poured more and more energy into it, and let it fly.



The water around Willow was beginning to turn pink from the blood seeping from her wounds, and mouth, and passed out in pain. The creature pulled back a fraction and was about to move forward again when it felt the spell close around its large body.



The Heartless struggled and fought against the Holy spell as it felt its' body being pulled apart. It let out a terrible shriek just before it was destroyed. Weakened from energy loss; Tara hurried toward Willow as fast as she could, and floated down next to her.



"Sweetie, wake up. Don't you dare leave me!" Tara cried and cast a healing spell, that barely touched the wounds on Willow's body. "Damn it! Work!" she tried again only to have the spell bounce off Willow's body. "What is going on!" Tara shouted as tears sprang to her eyes.



Willow's body was slowly turning a greenish purple and her breathing was coming in short gasps. Hoping she was right, Tara cast an Esuna spell followed by a healing spell. Both spells were weak but worked nonetheless, as the poison was pushed from Willow's body, and her wounds healed just a little.



Buffy saw Faith get knocked into the wall and crushed as the creature followed. An orange glow surrounded Buffy's body as the power flowed through her veins. Donald and Goofy swam away as quickly as they could, and Tara covered Willow's body with hers, just before she lost consciousness.



"Vortex!"



Everything froze, the fish creatures, the jellyfish, and even the water seemed to freeze when Buffy's shout bounced off the ocean walls and floor. And just as suddenedly everything sped up, as the water started swirling around the Heartless.



Each creature was pulled from its current place, no matter how far the Heartless was, it was pulled toward the swirling water. Once the Heartless entered, they were nothing more than a blur as they swirled around.



Buffy cried out and grit her teeth when her eyes glowed orange, and forced more energy into her spell. What amazed Donald, when he looked, was only the Heartless was being disturbed, not even Faith's prone body moved, and she was the closest besides Buffy.



The creatures were pushed into the center of the swirling water and were crowded together, their bodies were being crushed from the force, as the water began to shrink inwards. The vortex of water continued to shrink and with one last scream from Buffy; the pop of the disappearing creatures filled the area. The orange energy surrounding Buffy slowly dimmed, and she forced herself to swim over to the unconscious Faith.



"Faith, love, wake up." Buffy's weakened voice whispered before she joined Faith in unconsciousness.

Chapter 25: To the Palace



It was nearly an hour later that Tara opened her eyes and saw Ariel lean over, looking down with a gentle smile on her face, and placing a vial to her lips. Tara swallowed the awful tasting liquid, and shot up as the energy flowed through her veins, making her feel better than she did.



Glancing to her right she saw Faith was awake and helping Buffy to drink the same orange liquid, actually, it was more like Faith was forcing Buffy to drink it -if it was an indication from the look Buffy was giving her lover.



The poor Al Bhed -turned mermaid for the time being- coughed and choked as she sat up with a look on her face that would have scared Omega off. A soft hand on her shoulder caused Tara to turn her head to the left, where she saw a smiling Willow. Wrapping her arms around Willow's waist Tara leaned in and placed a long passionate kiss on Willow's lips.



Ariel giggled watching the two women kiss and waited for them to break apart, "You two remind me of my sister and her girlfriend. Come to think of it, you both look a lot like them, not to mention your two friends over there. I'm sorry, but I never did ask your names. I'm Ariel, but I'm sure you know that from Sebastian shouting at me eariler."



"I'm Willow, and this is Tara. Those two over there are Faith and Buffy, and those guys are Donald the octopus, and Goofy the sea turtle."



"Wow, you have their names, either way, it's nice to meet you." Ariel shook Willow's then Tara's hand.



"So, what were you doing out here?" Tara asked laying her head on Willow's shoulder.



Sebastian swam up and sat on Ariel's shoulder as Flounder floated beside her, "Those creatures chased us here, we were lucky to get away." The young mermaid said and glanced around the small cave where she and Donald had moved the girls. "I don't know what they are; they just appeared and began to attack us."



"We should not have been out of the palace!" Sebastian spoke in a regal tone, causing Ariel to roll her eyes.



"You know I don't like to be kept inside, Sebastian. Geez! You're just as bad as your brother Giles!"



Willow pictured a crab-Giles and burst out laughing just as Buffy and Faith joined them. "Wait till G hears about that!"



"Don't you bring my brother in to this! He can barely keep up with your sister, and her friends!"



Flounder slowly swam in front of the crab, "Yes, but Xander is always with them, not to mention his girlfriend Anya helps also."



"That no account brother of yours is just as bad as you Flounder! Always getting the girls into trouble, and that girlfriend of his is just...just worse than him!" Sebastian glared at the little fish.



While this little conversation was going on Willow couldn't help but laugh harder, and was soon joined by Faith, and Buffy. Tara was doing a good job at keeping a straight face, but soon lost the battle when Willow was able to whisper in her ear what Giles must be like. The laughter came to a stop when Ariel suddenly shouted.



"Oh, no! What if those monsters are heading for the palace, too!"



"We'd better head back right away!" Sebastian said and began swimming toward the cave entrance.



Flounder's whole body shook, "But, wh-what i-if we run into more m-monsters?"



Ariel stopped swimming for a moment and thought about it, before turning toward the group, "I'm sorry, but we need your help. Would you please come to the palace with us?" she asked and saw the girls nod. "Thanks, just follow the trident markers on the walls, they point the way there."



Ariel sawm at a fast pace, but was slow enough for the group to keep up and not get left behind. They entered a small round dark tunnel, and followed the twisting and turning path to the end where they sawm up thirty-foot, and entered another tunnel. Golden glowing trident markers showed the way as the group entered a third tunnel and ended up near a large light blue and green palace.



The group kept their guard up as they entered a large garden five-hundred-foot away from the palace gates. Large multi-colored sea grass, and nine-foot tall mushrooms grew in the garden, allowing for a great hiding spot if anything wished to attack them. Willow and Faith kept their hands on the hilt of their blades as they swam over and in front of the mushroom and grass.



Tara would look over her shoulder every few seconds and kept her guard up; Buffy would watch the ravine near edge of the garden, and would look up to make sure nothing would attack from the top. Donald and Goofy had Sebastian and Flounder between them, seeing as they were the smallest in the group.



Everyone felt a small sence of relief once they crossed inside the palace gates, and fail to see the two young mermaids speeding toward them. Tara and Buffy were pushed back by Willow and Faith's twins -who had a rather stunned look at their faces.



"Hey, how'd you get in front of us?" Faith's twin asked, and then shrugged, "Who cares, here's your reward." she leaned in and pressed her lips to Buffy's, just as Willow's twins' lips covered Tara's.



Faith turned red and was just reaching out to grab her twin when she was turned around, and found herself no more than a few inches from Buffy's twins smiling face. "Got ya." was all the twin said before she kissed Faith.



Willow had let out a growl before she was pulled back and into a very hot kiss by Tara's twin. Ariel giggled just wondering what her sister and her friends would think when they found out it wasn't their lovers they were kissing. "This is going to be fun." she whispered to Flounder, who grinned.



Willow pulled back from the kiss, red as a beet, but had a dreamy look on her face. "Wow, who knew Tara's twin could kiss that good!" she said with glazed eyes, and looked down only to get lost in a fantasy.



The only difference from Tara and her twin was the size of the seashells covering her beasts. Well, they really weren't covering her breasts, the shells were only big enough to cover her nipples. The same went for the other twins, only their nipples were covered, leaving their breasts in full view for anyone to see.



When Tara had heard her lover speak she broke the kiss and shot a glare at Willow -who now had a silly smile on her face. Tara's twins' jaw hit the ocean floor, soon joined by Willow's twins' jaw.



"Oh, my... there's two of you!" Tara's twin said looking at her own stunned lover, and smiled, "That might be fun."



"Oh yeah!" Willow's twin nodded franticly getting lost in her own fantasy.



"Holy shit!" Faith's twin shouted when she'd pulled back from the kiss and saw herself kissing another Buffy, and smirked as her own lover looked at her. "Can we keep them?" she asked causing Buffy to swim behind Faith and peek over her shoulder.



"I want them!" Buffy's twin nodded.



"Fayth on the Farplane, help us, they're just like the twins in Alices' world! Well except for the whole whip and leash thing." Buffy quietly said into Faith's ear.



"Whips? Ooh! We've got lots and lots of whips! Wanna play?" Willow's twin clapped in glee, scaring the hell out of Willow, not to mention Buffy who squeezed Faith tighter.



"What is going on here?" A voice asked causing the girls to turn, the twins sighed and rolled their eyes, as the others were hit with a fit of giggles. The voice had been Giles', but he looked just like Sebastian, he was a small light red crab, with a dark red shell, and was wearing glasses.



"We have visitors, Giles." Sebastian spoke and watched his brother look the new group over, take off his glasses, pull a cloth from his shell and begin polishing them. "Oh my, why they look just like our resident touble makers, are they anything like them?"



"They can fight, we were chased by more of those creatures, and they fought them off." As Sebastian told his brother what had happened; the girls were inching away from their twins -who at the moment looked as if they were about to have their way with them, and possibily break out the dreaded whips.



Why do we run into twins who have whips? And want to use them on us! Willow thought backing up with her arms around Tara's waist.



Two fish swam in between the eight girls and looked back and forth, "Whoa! When did you get twins? You been holdin' out on us?" the small yellow and blue striped fish said in Xander's voice.



"By the looks on the girls' faces, I'm thinking they want to make them orgasm buddies." The second fish said in Anya's voice. She was the same size as Xander and Flounder, but she was yellow with red stripes.



"An! You shouldn't say that...but I think you're right." The fish-Xander nodded.



"Probably keep the whole damn palace up, anyway." Faith mumbled to herself glancing at a glaring Willow, and a blushing Tara.



"Ohh, they scream, just like our Will and Tara." Buffy's twin said happily. "We like hearing them scream, it turns us on."



"By the Fayth! Waaaay too much information!" Buffy shouted covering her ears.



"I'll agree to that!" Faith nodded.



"I'm with you there!" Donald shouted covering his own ears, as Goofy blushed.



Willow and Tara blushed bright red and saw their twins smirking, as they advanced forward a foot, causing them to back away. Willow's eyes went wide and she raised her hand, "Heartless!"



"Hey, we're not heartless. We just wanna have some fun." Willow's twin pouted.



"No! I mean Heartless!" Willow shouted pointing over the twin's shoulders when she saw three of the fish creatures appear. "Get outta here, well take care--" she was cut off when the twins grabbed them and swam for the palace throne room.



"What in the hellfire are you doing? We can fight them!" Faith growled and was cut off when a huge bolt of lightning destroyed the Heartless.



"That was too close." A musclar merman with a golded crown and holding gold trident in his right hand appeared. "As long as I have my trident, I will not tolerate those things inside this palace."



"Daddy!" Ariel and Willow swam forward giving the merman a hug.



Triton embraced his daughters before looking down at them, and shaking his head, "When will you girls listen? It's dangerous our there! You know there are strange creatures lurking outside the palace walls."



Sebastian cleared his throat, "Behold. You swim before the ruler of the seas: His Majesty, King Triton."



Triton looked at the group and was surprised to see doubles of one of his daughters, her lover, and her friends. "Who are they?"



"Don't worry daddy, they helped us fight off those creatures." Ariel smiled at the group, and fought off her giggles when she saw them eyeing their twins.



"Why do you look like my daughter and her friends?" Triton asked and eyed Donald and Goofy, before turning his attention to Willow.



"Well, you see, we...uh, we come from an ocean...very far away."



"Yup," Goofy nodded. "we came to find the Keyhole."



"The what?" Triton gripped his trident narrowing his eyes at the group.



"What's that?" Ariel and Willow's twin asked in unison.



"Well, it's a-" Goofy started but Triton cut in.



"There is no such thing. Certainly not here."



Ariel looked between the girls and her father, "But, daddy..."



"Not another word, Ariel!" Sebastian cut in shaking his head.



"You girls at not to leave the palace, understood? Giles, take Willow, Tara, Buffy, and Faith with you, and make them study. I do not wanting them running wild, it is too dangerous. And Ariel, shoe our visitors to their rooms, and stay inside the palace."



Ariel frowned but nodded. I know you're hiding something, and I'll find out what it is.

WickedReds - Oh yeah, just wait... I had to have a little more fun with the twins and our girls... Also I thought Giles would have been a good brother for Sebastian, and Xander a brother for Flounder, as for Anya, can't leave her out.

Chapter Twenty-Six: A Crystal Trident



Triton and Sebastian watched the group leave the room, the king of the seas sighed and slowly sat down on his throne. The little red crab watched his king for a long moment before turning toward the entrance.



"Sometimes, I think I'm being too strict on the girls...but, I'm just concerned for their safety."



"Of course, Your Majesty." Sebastian held his head high as he turned to face Triton. "But I must admit, now I'm quite curious about this Keyhole."



Triton looked at the crab and shook his head, "That need not concern you. Do you have anything to report?"



"Yes, Your Majesty, it is just as you suspected. Those creatures seem to be coming from Ursula's grotto."



"I knew it!" Triton rose from his throne and began slowly floating from side to side in a swimming pace. "That sea witch is up to no good again. "I see that exile from the palace has taught her nothing."



Sebastian nodded, "Yes, she poses a serious danger."



"And I told you to keep Ariel away from such danger, did I not?"



"Your Majesty, please. I, uh..."



"Sebastian, if anything happens I can, and will give Giles your position, is that clear?"



"Yes."



"Good. Now go keep an eye on the girls, and make sure those other girls stay out of trouble also."



Outside the throne room...



Tara's twin swam over to Willow, with what Tara herself would call her sexy grin, and she didn't like it one damn bit. But she was stopped from interfering by Willow's twin, who at that moment pulled her into a kiss, just as her twin pulled her Willow into one. Buffy and Faith tried to back away but didn't get too far, and soon found themselves on the receiving end of another kiss.



"Ariel, why don't you let us show our twins to their rooms?" Tara's twin smiled at her lover's sister. "You know, just so we can show them our rooms also."



"Umm, sure, but I want them conscious later. I need to show them something."



Willow's twin smirked trailing her finger over the top of Tara's shell covered breasts, and heard a soft moan escape. Even though Willow herself was in dreamland, hearing the moan snapped her out of it and caused her eyes to narrow. She's touching my Tara! It must stop!



Oh calm down, I'm touching you, aren't I?



Huh? T-Tara?



Not your Tara, but still, anyway, why are you mad? I'm touching you, but you get mad when your twin touches your Tara. Now, for some reason I don't think that's fair, do you?"



Uhh...well, hey! You shouldn't be touching me either!



"Don't worry little sis, they'll be conscious, but it won't be our fault if they can't move." The sound of her twin's voice caused Willow to turn, and glare.



"That is quite enough young ladies." Giles said as he perched on Faith's twins' shoulder. "Leave these poor girls alone, and get to class. Ariel will be showing them to their rooms."



"Oh, come on! Why can't we?" Buffy's twin almost whined.



The crab looked at the innocent expression on the twin's face and sighed. "That's why. If you girls were allowed to leave, I wouldn't see you till perhaps tomorrow! And these ladies would not get their rest for the rest of the night!"



"Okay, fine you tight shelled crab! But know this, we'll get ahold of our sexy twins, and there'll be nothing you can do about it!" Buffy's twin replied, leaned down, kissed the top of Faith's breasts, and swam off.



"Can't wait to see you tonight." Faith's twin smiled sweetly at Buffy, and ran her hands across the under sides of Buffy's breasts before following her lover.



"We can have a lot fun before you leave." Tara's twin smirked at the blush covering Willow's neck and face, and leaned down brushing her lips over Willow's, and leaving a trail of kisses down her neck.



"Yeah, and we'll get the whips out, too!" Willow's twin giggled and kissed Tara between her breasts, before she and Tara's twin followed Giles toward the study room.



Ariel watched her sister and friends leave and turned toward the flushed girls. "Please, come to my grotto, I want to show you something."



The four girls could only nod and follow Ariel towards the palace gates, with Donald and Goofy in front of them. Buffy just happened to look over her shoulder and sucked in a breath plus a small amount of water, and coughed.



Willow watched Buffy look toward the study room again and found herself following Buffy's line of vision, her jaw hit the floor as she grabbed Tara's hand and squeezed. Tara's twin, not to mention Faith's twin, were just outside the doorway, totally topless, seeing as they were holding the nipple covers in their right hands.



Tara tried to cover Willow's eyes, but dropped her hand away when Willow's twin swam out of the door, and holding a short leather whip. Tara's jaw joined Willow's on the ground as she watched Willow's twin run the end of the whip over her lovers nipples, and heard her twin let out a moan.



Faith was trying as hard as she could to get Buffy turned around and stopped when Buffy's topless twin held up a set of -what Faith could only guess could be handcuffs. She'd guessed right and watched Buffy's twin cuff her twin to the wall, and begin trailing kisses down her twin's neck.



"Oh! They're at it again!" Ariel giggled swimming up beside the girls, "I hope Giles is alright, last time they did this, he'd been tied up and gagged. I found him asleep a couple of hours later, and was he mad!"



"They...uh, they do this a lot?" Tara asked keeping her eyes glued to the scene, and wishing she was alone with Willow for the moment.



"Yeah, but you know, sometimes they do stay inside their rooms. But not a lot, Will told me they liked the thrill."



"That's nice..." Willow turned and stared at Tara. "Baby? I need to talk to you...in private! Like now!"



"No! No way! We've got work to do, besides it's your fault for watching them..." Donald trailed off with his back turned.



"Hurry back." Tara's twin called and smiled as she cuffed Willow's twin to the wall. "Then, it'll be your girls' turn."



"Now, we're leaving now!" Donald quacked grabbed Willow's hand and pulled her toward the palace gates.



Ariel giggled shaking her head. "If you stay the night, I hope you know that no one will get any sleep."



Tara blushed bright red and turned to catch up with Willow, who at that moment was struggling to get away from Donald. Faith and Buffy hurriedly followed, especially after they'd saw Buffy's twin grab her whip.



The group stopped outside the gates and once again was on guard. The area looked safe enough, but the girls knew that things sometimes weren't as they seemed. "This way." Ariel nodded toward a small mushroom. "There's a secret entrance leading to my grotto. Follow me."



The young mermaid led the girls through two tunnels and to the bottom of the ocean floor about what Willow thought was a mile from the palace. After the first fight with the Heartless the girls were relieved that they weren't attacked. Ariel stopped and pointed to a large boulder, "There it is. Can you help me push the rock away?"



Willow nodded, as she and Faith helped the mermaid push the boulder to the right, reveiling a small entrance into a cave. Once everyone was inside they were surprised to find seven shelves in the circular room, all were filled with different man made things. Music boxes, forks, spoons, knives, statues, books, mirrors, and anything and everything that you could think of was there.



"Flounder and I've collected these wonderful things. I think it's all from the outside world, and someday I'm going to see what's out there. I want to see other worlds...does that sound strange?"



"No." Buffy spoke shaking her head. "It's wonderful, I used to feel that way too."



"Used to?"



"Ah, well I still do." Buffy giggled scratching the back of her head.



Ariel smiled and looked around her secret place, "Hey, why don't we try looking for that Keyhole you were talking about?"



"But your father said..." Tara trailed off seeing the look in the young mermaid's eyes.



"Oh, he treats me like a little girl, just like my sister Willow. He never wants to let either of us to do anything. He just... He just doesn't understand."



Willow glanced around the group, Buffy and Faith both shrugged, not caring either way. Tara smiled slightly, Goofy nodded, and Donald sighed.



"If we let you come with us, you've got to promise the first sign of trouble you'll hide, okay?" Donald said just knowing even if they told Ariel to stay behind, she'd follow anyway.



"I promise. There's an old shipwreak just beyond where we first met, I know a shortcut. Come on." Ariel swam outside with the others following, no one noticed Sebastian step out of his hiding place, and head for the palace.



What the little crab didn't know was he was also being watched by two gray eels, Jetsam and Flotsam had also been watching, and smiled as they heard their mistress in their heads. Follow them



Meanwhile...



Ursula was watching everything through a cauldron an evil smile crossed her face as she watched the going ons.



"Those impudent fools will never find the Keyhole. But the girl could prove useful. And I've got the Heartless on my side... Triton, my old friend, your day is coming." The sea witch's laugh echoed across the room.



Back with the others...



Ariel had shown the group to a small but safe tunnel, and led them through. When Willow poked her head from the hole, she saw an old shipwreak ahead of her and saw from the tunnel. Flounder scared the girls when he shouted and bolted for the sunken ship. "Huh?" Turning around Willow shrieked, grabbed Tara's hand and swam after Flounder, who now had Ariel at his back.



"What in the hellfire are you guys worried about?" Buffy asked before turning, and letting out her own scream and bolting after the others, as she held on to Faith's right hand.



Donald turned, grabbed Goofy and followed. "Shark!"



The duck made it into the ship just before the shark rammed into the side, he chomped down just barely missing Donald's tentacles, and continued trying to force his way inside. The group swam down to the lower deck, and heard the shark crash into the ship twice more, causing some of the wood to fall and break through the floor. Tara pulled Willow back when a set of stairs cracked and fell leaving a large hole in the floor, where something shined.



Faith reached into the hole and pulled out a trident made of crystal and looked it over before giving it to Willow. "Wow, this is beautiful." Willow whispered as the room lit up with a rainbow light covering the walls, ceiliing, and floor.



"That reminds me of something..." Ariel trailed off as a bright smile lit up her face. "In my grotto, there is a trident shaped slot, maybe it fits inside."



"Can't hurt to try." Buffy said and looked through a broken window, only to see the shark swimming around the ship. "But that's gonna be a problem." she pointed to the shark.



The group was silent for a moment, Willow watched the shark trying to form a plan, and looked to Faith, who caught on to what she was thinking and nodded.



"Me and Faith will distract him while the rest of you head for the shortcut."



"No!" Both Tara and Buffy shouted worriedly.



"Don't worry, we'll be fine. You just get inside the tunnel and we'll be right behind you." Willow placed a reassuring kiss on Tara's lips. "Come on, Faith."



The two girls swam out a small opening and swam for the shark, Willow cast a Firaga spell to get the shark's attention, and waited as it made a beeline toward her. Faith watched and just as the shark passed overhead she thrust her blade up, and left a eight-inch long wound on the shark's belly. The shark turned and snapped at Faith narrowly missing her tail, and was knocked away by a Flare spell.



"Come on!" Donald shouted from the tunnel entrance and ducked inside.



"Go!" Willow shouted to Faith and cast a Thundaga spell before she followed with the shark right behind her.



Faith entered the tunnel just a few seconds before Willow plowed through with the shark right on her tail, and heard a loud snap. Turning she saw the shark snap again, and smirked when she realized the shark was stuck and couldn't move closer.



"It can't break through, can it?" Goofy asked with his head inside his shell.



"I don't think he can. It would take a lot of strength to break the stone." Ariel said and turned to lead the group back to her grotto. Once the group was out of site the shark gave up and backed out of the hole Damn, and I wanted a snack!



With the crystal trident in hand the girls easily made their way inside the grotto and waited for Ariel to remember where she saw the trident shape. She moved a few things around near the floor and nodded when a trident marker was uncovered.



"There it is. Try it."



Willow nodded and raised the crystal trident, she only fit it halfway into the slot when she turned at the sound of an angry voice and lowered her head. This sucks



"Ariel, you've dispbeyed me again!" Triton said angrily swimming into the room. "I told you not to leave the palace!" A rainbow colored light caught his attention causing him to look passed Willow and see the crystal trident. A wave of anger rushed over his body, and he raised his trident.



Ariel looked from Triton to the crystal trident and her eyes went wide, "Daddy, no!" she shouted.



A bolt of lightning shot from Triton's trident shattering the crystal trident in the slot.



"How could you..." Ariel shouted and sawm away upset as tears welled up in her eyes.



Triton watched his daughter go before turning back to the group, "Young lady, you're not from another ocean. You're from another world. Aren't you?"



"Yes, sir." Willow answered staring at the floor, and not meeting the king's eyes.



"Then you must be the key bearer."



Willow's head snapped up and she looked at Triton surprised, "How did you know we're the ones who hold the keys?"



Triton shook his head. "You may fool Ariel, but you can't fool me. You don't know your dorsal fin from your tail." Willow grinned and heard a light giggle from Buffy. "As the ones who hold the keys, you must already know this, but one must not meddle in the affairs of other worlds."



"Of course we know that, but..." Faith started but was cut off.



"You have violated this principle. The key bearers shatters peace and brings ruin."



Goofy's head poked out from his shell as he looked at the sea king, "The girls are not like that."



"Look, I thank you for saving my daughter. But there is no room in my ocean for you or your keys." Triton turned to leave and stopped at the entrance. "You'd best leave before you cause more trouble. Trouble that will be the doom to us all." He said and sawm outside leaving the group behind.



"I don't care who he is, we've got a job to do, and he's not gonna run me off that easily." Willow mostly growled.



"If we don't find this keyhole, this world will be taken over by the Heartless...and as much as I want to escape our twin's grasp, doesn't mean we can leave yet." Tara said and saw everyone nod.



"I wonder where Ariel went?" Buffy asked and saw Faith staring at the trident slot. "What's wrong?"



Faith shrugged, "Nothing really, I was just thinking. Why did Triton destroy that crystal trident?"



"Well right now I think we should look for Ariel, she might get into trouble." Donald said worried for the young mermaid, and saw the others nod in agreement.



There's 26 and I'm working on 27 right now...plus another story. I know I said it was going to be Star Ocean, but I gave that one up for now. The one I'm working on now, is from an anime...but I'm not sure if I want to post it, although I am thinking it over.

To be forgotten is worse than death.

Wow again the twins, with the whips now, and not wearing their shells... OMG you don't want me to recover from before uh?



Well, well so Triton don't want the girls in his world anymore and he's hiding something that has a lot to do with that trident and the slot, maybe the keyhole or well some answers of another kind... anyway if he only knew that the girls are only trying to save his world and not destroy anything well nothing other than the heartless.

Chapter Twenty-Seven: A Stolen Trident



After Ariel had swam away from her grotto, she knew that her father was most possibly at that very moment, destroying everything she held close to her heart. She knew he would be angry, but she'd never seen him that angry, and it scared her.



Was she a bad daughter, for again disobeying him, and leaving the palace? Was he a bad father for trying to make her stay somewhere she didn't want to? Or it could have just been, he was trying to protect her from things she still didn't know, and understand.



Her tears fell to the ocean floor as she sat down on a small three-foot tall boulder, and silently cried her heart out. Somewhere on the surface a cloud passed in front of the sun, and darkening the the spot Ariel was sitting.



Unknown to the young mermaid she was being watched by Jetsam and Flotsam, who in turn was recieving orders from their mistress.



"My, my, the poor child suffers such deep sorrow." Jetsam said in a rough voice as he and the other eel appeared.



Ariel ignored the two eels that were swimming around her, and continued to cry. On the their second pass the mermaid looked up, and saw them looking at her.



"What a pity. If only there were something we could do..." Flotsam trailed off and looked at his brother.



"Wait." Jetsam smiled showing two rows of sharp teeth. "Maybe she can be of some help to you."



Ariel sniffled and stopped crying, "Who're you talking about?"



"Oh, yes, she will surely help you." Jetsam nodded.



"Yes, she'd make all your dreams come true." Flotsam smiled as he and Jetsam formed together.



Ariel covered her eyes as a bright light lit up the area, when she looked again Ursula was floating in front of her, and gently smiling.



"You're Ursula?" Ariel asked and saw the octopus woman nod. "I was just wondering if-"



"It's all right." The sea witch interupted. "Helping othrs is what I live for." she said and sat beside Ariel. "Let me guess, you wish to see other worlds. That shouldn't bee too hard. After all, your new friends are from another world."



"What?"



"Yes, child, they are. But they had special help from that mysterious key."



"I don't understand." Ariel looked confused for a moment, and thought about the only 'key' the girls had were their weapons.



"Now, now. Cheer up, sweetie. For you see, you too, have something special."



"Huh?"



"Now listen carefully." Ursula said and let an evil smile cross her face when Airel looked toward the ocean floor.



Meanwhile...



Willow was bloody and pissed. And she was wondering just how in the hell blood could still linger on her body, even with them in the water! After Triton had left Ariel's grotto the group had took off in search for the runaway mermaid. The first couple of thousand feet had been easy, and after that the Heartless fish creatures, and jellyfish appeared, and kept appearing. The group would kill off three and four of the creature, only to have another group appear.



It had been the fourth group of Heartless that had appeared when Buffy had been thrown into a stone wall cracking her head open. Tara had hurriedly swam over casting a healing spell as she went and protected the Al Bhed girl until she woke.



Faith had growled, sounding so much like Willow, it had scared Goofy who swam off toward a jellyfish, just to get away from her. Willow watched Faith speed toward the fish creature that'd knocked Buffy into the wall, and took it out with just one swipe of her blade.



Twisting her body, Willow let a Flare spell fly toward the octopus Heartless that was trying to sneak up behind her. The octopus had flown toward Donald, who waited for just the right moment and released the Thundaga spell he'd been holding back. They heard it pop and saw it disappear, and heard another three pops, and turned. Goofy had taken out another jellyfish, Faith had thrust her blade into one of the last two fish creatures, and Tara and Buffy had killed the last one.



Thinking the fighting was over for the moment Willow began swimming toward Tara and Buffy, when Donald suddenly flew by her. It was then Willow knew she'd made the mistake of letting her guard down too soon, and joined Donald in speeding forward, and slammed into the same stone wall Buffy had -only she'd hit a sharp jagged spot, and ripped her side open.



She bared her teeth as she turned, and first thrust her right hand out, quickly followed by her left. Two Flare spells hit the giant Heartless fish ripping it open, as a loud pop echoed across the area.



Now, as she held her side Willow watched as Tara sped toward her and felt the warmth of a Curaga spell roll over her body, healing her wound, and mending her cracked ribs. She smiled when Tara wrapped her arms around her waist, in a tight embrace.



No matter how many times they ran into different twins, and no matter how many times any of Tara's twins kissed her, she knew none of them would ever come close to her own lover.



Buffy eyed Donald, and tossed him a Potion when she saw his bloody beak. For now, the area was calm and quiet, and they were thanking their lucky stars for it. Faith sighed and shook her head glancing around, even though they'd only been just a little ways from the grotto at first didn't matter anymore, now they were out of site of the small cave -and still no sign of Ariel.



Buffy floated on her back and stared upwards at the surface as the area went dark from a cloud covering the sun, "Maybe we should head back to the palace... Ariel might have gone back."



"I agree. For some reason this doesn't feel right." Faith once again glaced around the area, "After having to fight off that many Heartless, I would think they'd just keep coming."



Goofy nodded, "You're right, they would."



"If you can get the two lovers apart, we can go." Donald jerked his thumb over his shoulder at the now liplocked Willow and Tara. "I swear that's all they ever do!"



"Well, atleast they're not like any of the twins...well, Will and B were like their ape twins." Faith teased, getting a glare from Buffy.



"Hey! I resent that!" Willow shouted pulling away from Tara and narrowing her eyes at Faith.



"She's right, sweetie, you really were." Tara giggled when her lover growled.



"Whatever." Buffy sighed, "Come on, let's check the palace out...and hopefully not run into out twins."



The group began swimming toward the palace, unknown to them was Ariel leading Ursula to the palace at that very moment.



The sea witch stopped just outside the palace gates and smiled at Ariel, "I think the Keyhole your friends seek is somewhere in the palace. If you can take me there without your daddy know, I can help you get to those other worlds you long for, my dear."



"Okay, follow me." Ariel said and led the way.



Jetsam and Flotsam were swimming behind their mistress and smiled evilly as Ariel led them into the throne room. Seeing as they were the only ones in the room the two eels began circling the room, as Ursula grinned and grabbed the trident.



"At last! The trident is mine!" The witch laughed, and turned toward Ariel, "And I couldn't have done it without your help."



Ariel backed up looking horrified, "Ursula, no! I didn't want this!"



"And why not? Aren't you sick of following your dear daddy's orders? Oh, yes. We had a deal, didn't we? Well, it's time for a little journey to the dark world of the Heartless." Ursula pointed the trident at Ariel, but stopped when her two eels swam in front of her.



"We cannot fine the Keyhole." Jetsam said and swam behind the witch.



"It is not here." Flotsam growled.



"What?!" The witch screamed just as Willow and the others sped into the room. "Looks like we have company, but I'm afraid you're a little too late!" she laughed and disappeared.



Triton slowly swam into the room looking pale, and sat on his throne. "Daddy!" Ariel screamed swimming over to the king of the seas.



"The trident... We must get it back."



"We'll get it back." Tara said and turned. "Come on."



"Wait! I'm going with you! My father is hurt and it's all my fault." Ariel hung her head, "I have to stop Ursula."



"Okay, but please be careful." Buffy said and recieved a firm nod.



"That's right. I'm behind you, Ariel." Sebastian swam up and perched on the mermaid's shoulder.



Triton raise up and looked the group over for a moment, "Listen, Ursula draws power from her cauldron. To defeat her, you must strike the cauldron with magic."



"Got it, and don't worry, we'll bring your trident back safely." Willow said and followed Ariel out of the throne room.



Ariel led the group back to the sunken ship and poked her head out of the opening, not seeing the shark anywhere she swam out, and waited. Once the group was in front of her, she pointed to a large boulder.



To get to Ursula's Lair we have to move that rock, and enter through the Den of Tides. Willow nodded and with Faith's help tried to push the boulder aside. After five minutes the two girls gave up and glared at Sebastian when he pressed a small gray button, causing the boulder to move on its own.



"Why didn't you do that in the first place?" Faith asked with anger lacing her voice.



"I didn't think you needed the help." Sebastian smiled and sat back on Ariel's shoulder.



The group swam into the opening and through three more tunnels before stopping at a large skull like entrance.



"This is it. Is everyone ready?" Willow asked gripping her blade and saw the others nod. "All right, let's go."



Donald swam ahead of the group and stopped a few feet away from the cauldron, "Come out! You can't run from us!"



"Your time has come!" Sebastian shouted.



Ursula appeared and frowned at the group, causing Buffy to back up, "Damn! A face only a mother could love!" Ursula narrowed her eyes at the Al Bhed girl and shot a blast from the trident.



Buffy dodged the to right and hit Flotsam with her blade, Goofy spun into Jetsam knocking him into the sea witch. Willow, Tara, and Donald began glowing as each let a powerful spell fly, and hit the cauldron. The greenish cauldron cracked and shook but didn't break, seeing they needed more time, Buffy and Faith swam forward and began attacking Ursula.



Another set of spells hit the cauldron and broke it down the middle, just as both Buffy and Faith's blades hit the sea witch knocking her into the wall. Ariel spun around and slapped Ursula with her tail. "That's for tricking me!" Ursula screamed when Sebastian clamped down on one of her tentacles.



"That's for stealing the trident!" Sebastian laughed and snapped at the witch again.



A burst from the trident sent everyone flying into the back wall as Ursula rose, "You'll pay for this!" she shouted and hurriedly swam away.



"Let's go. We must get the trident back!" Ariel said and followed the sea witch with the others right behind her.



There's 27 and I'm working on 28 at the moment...hope you enjoyed.

Chapter Twenty-Eight: Fight for the Trident



After leaving Ursula's lair the group followed Ariel deeper into the caves, and into another large room, covered with the marks of the Heartless. A heart cut into three parts, darkness covered the paintings all over the walls.



Since Tara was nothing more than a white mage, she could feel the darkness in the room, and wanted to get out fast. Even the others could feel the darkness, especially Willow, seeing as she was a gray mage and delt with both black and white magics.



Faith glanced over the paintings and saw a patteren, each painting was over a different world, and judging by the looks of it, it was the worlds the Heartless had destroyed. Faith had to wonder if this was all of them, or just a few, she hoped it was all of them.



Buffy must have made the same connection as she did, seeing as her shoulders slumped, and her head hung low. Faith placed her hand on Buffy's shoulder and smiled. "Don't worry, once this is over, these worlds will go back to normal."



"I know...it's just...awful to think about."



Willow ran her hand over one of the paintings, and quickly pulled her hand back as if she'd been shocked. Tara watched, and wondered what had happened, and saw Willow touch the painting again.



"Will? What is it?"



Willow pulled her hand back, and turned toward the group with wide eyes, "I don't know what you guys were thinking about these, but I was thinking it was the worlds that'd already been destroyed." She looked back at the painting she was in front of and sighed. "They're not. These are worlds the Heartless plan on taking over."



"How do you know that?" Donald asked suspiciously.



Willow turned and saw the worried look on his face, "Don't worry, I'm me. How I know is...is because this painting is of...Spira."



"What?!" Faith and Buffy shouted in unison as Tara felt weak. "The Heartless is going after our world?" Faith asked.



"When? Wills, do you know when?" Buffy asked franticly.



"No, I can feel Spira's life force...and know the Heartless will destroy it if we don't stop them, or seal the keyhole."



"For now, Spira is safe." Tara firmly nodded getting confused looks from everyone, but Willow, she only nodded in agreement.



"How do you know?" Goofy asked swimming over.



"Simple." Tara smiled. "My mother, the Fayth, Sir Giles, Sir Ira, Willow's mother, any of them would appear to us in our dreams, and tell us if Spira was in danger."



"That's right, I forgot they help us." Buffy giggled.



"Okay, since we know Spira's fine...for now, all we gotta worry about is this witch, and the Heartless."



Ariel and Sebastian joined the group and motioned for them to follow. "This is the only way." Ariel said as she led the group to an opening. "The water here moves fast, and it's hard to swim through, but like I said: it's the only way."



"That's fine, let's go." Willow said and swam into the speeding water, and was pushed backwards. She began moving her tail faster and soon was swimming against the flow, and moving forward, slowly, but surely. It took the group almost an hour to reach the open area Ursula was at, and by that time they were tired, but knew they had to get Triton's trident back.



"You pathetic fools! I rule the sea now!" Ursula laughed and the group could only watch as the witch grew bigger and bigger. "The sea and all its spoils bow to my power!"



"I don't think so!" Willow shouted swimming forward, unsheathing her blade with Buffy at her side.



Tara cast a Holy spell and dodged one of the many bolts of lightning Ursula was causing with the trident. Faith glowed for a moment before letting a Thundaga spell fly, just as Donald's Firaga spell hit the giant octopus-woman. Buffy swung her blade around hitting Ursula's face, and backed up when Ursula bit at her. She tried to eat me!



Goofy spun into the sea witch's stomach, and was knocked back by one of her tentacles, he shook his head to clear it, and spun forward again. Willow had swam to the back of the giant woman, and hit the back of her head with the Keyblade, and let a Flare spell fly.



Ursula screamed as the spell exploded around her head and turned to snap at Willow. Seeing this, Buffy cast her own Blizzaga spell, freezing Ursula's arm, and causing her to turn her attention back to Buffy.



Willow noticed a difference in the witch, and hurriedly swam around, grabbing Buffy and swimming toward the others. Ursula opened her mouth and began taking a long deep breath, sucking in everything in front of her, Willow fought against the current and pulled out of range with Buffy's help. She stopped beside Tara and turned, narrowly missing Ursula's trident attack.



Five different colored glows lit up the area, Tara glowed white and was soon joined by Willow's blue, Faith's dark blue, Buffy's orange, and Donald's green, Goofy, Ariel, and Sebastian backed up as the glow got brighter. Tara took Willow's hand, who in return took Faith's as Buffy took Faith's, she reached over and took Donald's. The glow's mixed and swirled in front of the four young women, and one duck.



No words were said, none needed to be said, as the energy shot forward and wrapped around Ursula, and began shrinking. The sea witch fought against the enclosing energy and screamed as it exploded and disappeared, taking her with it. The trident fell to the ocean floor as the girls and Donald slumped forward, weakened from the energy drain.



"Don't wanna do that again for a while." Buffy chuckled wrapping her arms around Faith, trying to support herself and her lover.



"I'll agree to that." Tara said laying her head on Willow's shoulder.



Ariel swam down and picked up the trident with a relieved smile. "Now to get this back to daddy."



"Yes." Sebastian agreed, and watched the others follow them at a slow pace.



Once the worn-out group got back to the palace, they glanced around hoping their twins were no where to be seen. Xander, Anya, Flounder, and Giles, met the group at the entrance of the throne room, and laughed at the looks that crossed the girls' face when the heard screams of pleasure from both Tara's twin calling Willow's name, and Faith's twin calling Buffy's.



"Don't worry, if you stick around for a while, you'll get used to it...or you'll be screaming along with 'em." Xander smirked as the girls hurried past him and into the throne room.



"Daddy, I'm so sorry." Ariel apologized handing the trident to Triton.



"Please don't be angry with her." Willow spoke as she bowed to the king.



Triton shook his head, "It's my fault." he said to the group and turned to Ariel, "You followed Ursula because...I wouldn't let you follow your heart. And when you found that crystal trident, I lost my temper and destroyed it."



"Oh, yeah,! Why did you destroy it?" Goofy asked swimming up to Triton.



"That crystal held the power to reveal the Keyhole. The Keyhole is dangerous, and I had to keep you away from it at any cost."



"Daddy... don't worry. I should have listened, but I didn't."



Triton leaned down and left a kiss on the top of Ariel's head. "I love you daughter." he smiled and looked at Willow. "As the key bearers, I have a request: Seal the Keyhole. My trident also hold the power to reveal the Keyhole. Will you do it?"



"Of course." Buffy grinned.



"That's what we had in mind from the start." Tara bowed.



"Daddy, where is the Keyhole?"



Triton chuckled, "You should know better than anyone, it's in your grotto."



"Really? Come on, let's go." Donald said and swam outside.



At Ariel's Grotto...



Once inside Triton raised the trident and shot a beam at the trident slot, revealing the Keyhole. Willow's Keyblade rose into the air, and shot out its red beam sealing the heart of the world, as a piece of paper appeared in Tara's hands.



Triton and Ariel escorted the group to where they had appeared, "Tell me, Buffy, what is your world like?"



"I'm sorry about that...you know, lying to you and all."



"It's okay." Ariel smiled and hugged Buffy, "Besides, if you can travel to other worlds, maybe I can, too, someday."



"I'm sure you will." Buffy smiled and watched the mermaid hug the others.



"So many places I want to see... I know I'll get there someday. I promise I'll find a way somehow, I'm sure of it."



"Well, if you find it, do me a favor and leave me out of it!" Sebastian said from Triton's shoulder.



The group bowed to the king, "It was an honor meeting you, King of the Seas." Faith said straightening up.



"We'd better get going." Donald said and disappeared with Goofy.



"Tell our twin's we're sorry for, umm...not, uh, sticking around." Willow blushed thinking about the twin's and was very glad they'd been too busy to see them off. No telling what they would've done! she thought as she and the others teleported back to the ship.

They saved another world, funny thing's that their own world is in danger now, but is a good thing that they know, so they can be prepared to save it. Oh! and they defeated Ursula; another baddie out of the way, that's cool.
