As for a spin off, I'd guess it wouldn't be one of buffy's team
giles/willow/xander/tara/anya
which leaves dawn or spike
but a show based on a bad guy isn't likely and dawn would always require buffys protection from the knights even if glory were gone
So I'm thinking the spin off would come from Angel's crew or a past buffy character
perhaps Faith or Gunn?
