I find her "lyrics" (cough) to be extremely simple, and her "music" really isn't my genre, something I'd buy, but I can imagine kids liking her (adorable, hugable cuteness factor ?) and wanting to imitate her and stuff... /shriek/ What is this world coming to ? I'd rather have a raging evil lesbian wicca as one of my rolemodels. Anyway, her hotness-level turns people on and since ME seems to go for the money... I admit I might even consider dancing to one of her songs, when drunk and ready to make a fool out of myself. And she might be a sweet person in real life, though she doesn't strike me to be all that bright (smart enough to reel in the money still), but I do NOT want to see her in BtVS !!! The show has always upheld a high quality of acting, so it would be damn stupid to start with throwing in wannabees. Then again, the series is already on the decline, and with Tara gone... Pff, if they're going down, they might as well dunk deep...

You know, if you like Britney's songs, that's great, but one of the main reasons that I don't is because it's all sweet and bubblegum pop-y sounding. But, if you totally rock it out, it's not as bad. One of my friends is in a band, and they do a rocked out version of hit me baby one more time, and when they do it, it's actually possible to sit there and listen to it. Plus, it's just different when a 23-year old male sings it, period (or should I say full stop? I never understood how one side of the ocean calls it a full stop and the other calls it a period, hmm).

Yeah, ROC's more my thing, he, he... I swear I've heard a Britney-cover before once on one of these summer festivals... Can't remember who sung it... Hmm, Marilyn Manson ? He'd be so "razor" at it But I agree, everyone's free to listen to whatever the hell they want to (but Britney, baby, just don't come pretending you can act in one of my ex-favourite shows, 'kay...)
