Ok so this is not Willow / Tara related, but I am just trying to get a little video whoring done around here and Xita is making things all psychedelic. Sheesh, one day out of work and she is already causing chaos.

Ok, I know, so Xita along with messing with fonts, and icons and such is flip flopping colors. So for your lame W/T question of the day, what are their favo colors, or colours for you other folks.

It's lame granted, but this is, after all the daily thread. So talk about whatever the hellya please.

I think Willow has an unnatural obsession with the color pink. This reared its ugly head mostly during Season 3 (who can forget the awful fluffiness of [b:d03211f2ae] Dopplegangland[/b:d03211f2ae]?) and, thankfully, appears to have gone into hiding in successive seasons.

Tara? She's a blue girl. I can't forget some of the lovely blue she's worn. The outfit in [b:d03211f2ae] Superstar[/b:d03211f2ae] with that long denim skirt. Just yummy. And then of course, there's always the ass-hugging jeans-clad delight of [b:d03211f2ae] Tough Love[/b:d03211f2ae].

Yes, that's right. I'm not so much led by colors as by what's in 'em.

I have to say that I didn't notice the change for a while... looks awesome, though. For the record, I'm off to China this morning (for 6 WEEKS!) and so tired that I'm averaging 3-4 typos per sentence

Tara is definitely one for the blue. Blue's a good color, used to be one of my favorites. Then I liked green for long time, now somehow I find myself obsessed with orange. A nice bright, cheery color.

Willow's harder to place a favorite color on for some reason. Not black, red or yellow. Perhaps the lovely color of their bridesmaids dresses? Or maybe she's a blue girl as well.

That's what I think. They both like blue.

And as a side note, I just watched the trailer for the movie Swimfan which is coming out in the fall, and Erika Christensen (Michael Douglas's daughter in Traffic) is in that. She's damn cute. But it also has Shiri Appleby in it, who I find slightly iritating (though I don't know her from anything other than her Roswell role, so I suppose I should keep an open mind). But it also has Jesse Bradford in it, who was in Bring it On with Eliza Dushku ... so by some twisted logic, maybe I'll go see it anyway.

Have a good time in China, Penrose! What exactly will you be doing there? I've only been to the 3 main tourist cities (Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai), but I loved it.

Well I thought I would say how much i love the new look too, just to jump on the band wagon.

But now I am gonna lower the tone cos my life is crappy and I want to share. We found out yesterday that my mum has a growth in her breast that is really looking like cancer. Its tiny and we will know the results of the needle biopsy on wednesday next week. This is my mums second round with this bloody deasease. Last time it was in her other breast adn she recovered well, took all the preventative drugs and is just about to be signed off when this happens. Both my parents have had cancer and I think i am becoming more of an expert than I would like. To anybody else out there having similar problems, I feel for ya cos this sucks.

Is it just me, or do the new colors make the screen captures at the bottom easier to see? I use to look at them, smile, then move on. This morning, they look so bright and well defined that I can't take my eyes off of them.

I wish you lots of courage, Hotfood. We've seen our share of cancer too in this family... But you gotta have faith. My aunt had the same, and she recovered nicely.

La, Shiri Appleby was also in the Xena-eps "Forgiven" and "A tale of two muses". Yeah, she played another irritating character... at least at first: picking a fight with the Gabster: never a good thing.

Noticed immediately that this board has changed. Not bad, not bad at all. Hey, it's still in in blue, my favourite (next to black, although that colour has nasty negative connotations now). Blue's maybe a lil tainted too now, since Tara wore that beautiful blue sweater. I wonder if it was Willow's since, she was looking for it in "The Body". I love it when they exchange clothes. Like when Oz asks Tara if she's wearing Will's sweater... He, he: duh ! "She's all over it ? Do you know that." But of course Ok, enough with the gloating. I like Seth Green... in his place... But I'm straying: colours: ok, I think they both love blue, but it probably looks a tinge better on Tara: blond hair, blue eyes: such a beauty. Then again: Will can make everything (almost) look cute. Further, Tara has a preference for Red of course ("Try it, Red, and you'll lose an arm" - Faith) "Flaming red, flaming red !" i think Tara's favorite color is either red based upon her love of a certain redhead or blue. Willow's favorite color probably is blue also.

As for colors, I think that Tara is definatly either a blue or a red kinda gal. And I have to agree with Ruth in that I don't care much for the colors themselves as for whats in them.

For Willow? Hmmmm, I'll have to agree with ruth again that pink was a major theme, and that outfit in [b:81ac680403] Doppelgangland[/b:81ac680403] was rank. But in the newer seasons I would have say either red or blue.

But hey, I'm only 13, what do I know?

Yeah! After being gone on vacation for two weeks and then catching up from the vacation for two weeks. I finally have time to stop by my favorite board from more than a minute. Xita - I love the new look - very nice!

As for Willow's favorite color, I have to go with the red/reddish-orange contingent. Remember the dead fraggle outfit? Tara would be blue or maybe red as she has lots of nice stuff in both.

So, which kitty works for the emmy's? Hmmm?? Seems poor Mr. Whedon is upset because they "accidently" left Once More With Feeling (the only ep he wrote this season) off the ballot for best writing. And here I thought my computer was just going all wonky yesterday when the colors started to change. Guess my computer is just fine and the board DID the wonky thing.

I like the new colors. Very subtle, yet for some reason much easier to read. I like the lighning bolts for the "Hot Topic"s too.

As for the favorite colors of Willow and Tara? Hmmmm tough to figure out. Tara's fav is probably Blue as she tends to wear alot of it. Willow's fav used to be Pink (re: Season 3) but I think it changed to Reds and Browns.

But then I could be totally wrong and both their favorite color is Rainbow. (trust me it is a favorite color just ask my sister)

Hey thanks, I tried out the darker look and thought it was easier to read and looked better. So I dumped the lighter blue from the scheme and added the darker blue which was the color of the background (if the background gif didn't load). Thanks, I am glad you like it, cause I do It's a change but it still looks like the kitty.

The hot topic, yes it is for topics with 100 replies, for now , the reason I did it is because of the new very cool community page, linked on the kitten front page. In there you will find the hot topics of the board, but it wouldn't show them unless I enabled that gif, so I tinkered with one that could look like the other round buttons on the board. It looks like that page is a bit buggy still. Ezboard upgraded the software yesterday and had big boo boos all over the place. Luckily, we were not involved in that. Anyway, I imagine that is the reason the page is still buggy cause they are too busy fixing bigger problems elsewhere!

Willow clearly likes things like orange and green together , while Tara likes nice earth tones.

I Love the new look and the colors, I think they rule. Go XITA! You Rock1 Blue is my favorite color, so it's no surprise that I love this look. I think that Willow's color would be pink, only considering, she wore it often in season 3 and a little bit of 4. I also think that Tara's color is Blue, She wears that often and looks really good in it might I add.

Hotfoot~ I'm really sorry to hear about your mom and I hope things will be okay, I'm sure they will be. I've been there myself, Of course it wasn't my mom with the cancer it was me, But I am in remission, and hopefully the cancer will not show up again. So, always think positive as corny as that sounds. My thought are with you.
