BtVS novel Unseen: Door to Alternity (with Tara!)

According to Amazon.com, the sequel to "Unseen: The Burning," which is a Buffy/Angel crossover novel and the first to include Tara (oh yeah, and that Riley guy), is going to be released on June 26. According to Borders.com and the publishers' website, it'll be released sometime in July. Either way, it's coming up awfully soon now. I plan to get my copy ASAP, and will keep y'all posted on the amount of W/T goodness it contains.

Ordered mine from B&N down the street. It was published last Friday and be available in three to four weeks... from then. So now, two to three weeks as they are on back order at the store...

ok, i finally just got and read unseen: the burning. i stayed up 'til 4 in the morning to finish it, and they leave me with the world's biggest cliffhanger. so when is the next part coming out?

The on sale date for Door to Alternity is next Tuesday, June 26th. I for one am looking forward to it greatly. Unseen: The Burning, was cool. the very first buffy book i ever read. There were some cute w/t scenes in it. Like the scene when everyone was saying goodbye, and buffy and riley were of course making out, tara dnw ill snuck a quick kiss before others could notics...awww...
and when tara called LA, buffy said someting along the lines of 'shes to shy to call her own sweetie' or soething. i cant remember, But still some cute stuff in it cant wait for the sequel. I wasnt getting into The Burning really, just skiing through and looking for w/t scenes and just reading the sunnydale stuff cuz i dont really like Angel, and then it got tothe end with the 'to be continued' and i was liek 'no, i dotn want it to end' *sad times*

Interesting. That would explain where Willow learned the trick and how she was able to talk to Spike in "The Gift." I wonder if they set that up on purpose...

This doesn't seem like the same thing Willow did in "The Gift." Her communication with Spike didn't require her to talk out loud, nor did it require a ritual in preparation. It seemed like genuine telepathy rather than "audial projection."

BTW I'm pretty sure "audial" isn't a word. I think it ought to be aural projection.

But heh..."Thanks for calling"...such a Willow thing to say. Love it.

Well Tara says it is not the same thing as the mind link they've been working on (that sounds more like what Willow did in the Gift).
I absolutely *love* this. It is short but, oh so very sweet.

That might explain why when Willow shot her hand out in "The Gift," Tara grabbed it like she knew exactly what was coming - like she was hearing Willow's thoughts, too.

"Unseen - The Burning" is the first book with Tara and it's already out. "Unseen - Door to Alternity" is the second with Tara and is just coming out.
