Rose- so then you thought the second part wasn’t adorable. Hehe, just kidding. I know you don’t like interruptions. None of the kittens do but dammit cats this is not smut! I can’t have them doing it like bunnies EVERYWHEER. Oh, wait I can!

and they’re not always interrupted. Just a few times. lol. A many few times.
Ten ten- hi snookums! HUGS! Funny but I cant remember how to play Uno though I know I played it a lot while growing up. Love hurts?! Hehe, yeah. Not having a tara like real person hurts. I just love that punching smilie! Hehe but don’t ever forget to dance!!!!!
V#12- HAHAHA!!!! You’ve got breasts! Can I check just to make sure. Hehe, I’m all blushing now. How naughty of me. Jamie, jamie, jamie.

always ready for anything!
Barnabas- the girl’s are leaving but they still have two more weeks! Hehe. Strip Uno. I’ll have to remember that…
Ashley- I wanted Jamie to interrupt them, don’t know why. Buffy always ended up interrupting them before but it’s not like Jamie will be interrupting them from now one. Or that anyone will be interrupting them from now on. I’ve had enough and let it be known that willow never leaves a “Tara craving unsatisfied” from here on in. hehe… I loved that line of the comic.
Singgirl- well, willow’s been knocked out enough already. I was going to have tara be on top and I don’t know why I didn’t. hehe… oh well…
Spice- hugs honey. I’m looking for my tara as well. No worries. And you’re not a dork.

Willow simply stared at her camper in shock. How would she ever get out of talking about this now?
Jamie knew what Willow was thinking. “What? I’m not blind.” She said. There was that fact and the fact Willow’s free hand was very openly consoling Tara at the moment. Tara’s upper thigh in particular.
Tara had always feared them getting caught and inwardly blamed herself for being so reckless. It was her fault. She’d kissed Willow in her cabin, of course someone would have accidentally dropped by. The blonde, finally getting a hold of her emotions, looked over at Willow, “Will?”
Her blue orbs were so sad it hurt Willow to look at them. “Tara, it’s ok.” She assured her. Her eyes turned to her camper before the rest of her hurting head did, “Jamie. Look, Tara and I- We’re…” How could she say this to a 15 year old? Her explanation would have probably made herself squirm when she was 15 years old so how could she expect any better from Jamie?
“Lesbian gay type lovers?” Jamie said without any effort. She’d even said it with a bit of a smile to it.
Willow was agape by the answer. “What? Uh, how did you know? I mean, duh, with the kissing and all but-“ She quickly looked over at Tara and realized where her hand was. What it was caressing, what it was nearing to. She moved to back it away but Tara’s quick speed kept it in place. She noticed a tiny smile slowly spreading over her lover’s lips and could sense her calming down. Everything would be ok.
Jamie grinned at the display between the two girls in front of her. “I won’t tell anyone. Don’t worry.”
“That’s not what I was going to say.” Willow mentioned although she’d forgotten what it was she was going to say in the first place.
“Though we would appreciate that you didn’t tell anyone.” Tara interjected finally looking at Jamie.
“Tara?” the redhead asked.
“We could lose our jobs”, she whispered. And if her father were ever to find out…
“Oh. Right.” That, lamentably, was true and it made her mad. Any other couple would be allowed but just because she and Tara were girls… Willow didn’t know what else to say and simply looked over at Tara. Her half smile just melted her to the core and she grinned back.
Tara mindfully reached out and held the pack against Willow’s head, hoping to give her girl’s cold fingers a rest.
Jamie simply filled in the silence after half a minute. “This is weird.” She shuffled her feet.
“Weird how?”, Tara whimpered at the statement.
Willow sensed her nervousness rising again and reached out to comfort her girlfriend. “It’s not weird. We’re not weird. We’re normal.” Willow quickly and painfully turned over to Jamie, “I’m sorry but we are. Jamie-”
“I didn’t mean you two were weird. I meant just the whole thing is weird. This. Catching illicit smoochies in the cabin kinda weird. Couldn’t you find somewhere less public?” Once what she said registered she realized this was as private as they could get. Everyone was in the dinning hall after all.
“We’ll there was the truck,” Willow said under her breath unaware that Jamie actually heard her.
“Truck?” her eyebrows rose.
Tara blushed profusely. “Oh boy, look at the time. Maybe you should get back to the dinning hall, Jamie. Buffy might get worried. ” Jamie couldn’t help but laugh at Tara’s weak excuse. Tara then looked at Willow, “And you need to find Miss Calendar.” she added.
“Again?” Willow groaned as lowered her head in disappointment.
“Yes. I want to make sure you’re all right.” she said as she stood up off the bed and held her hand out to her girlfriend to help her up. “And I need to go home. I’m really late.”
Willow slowly nodded. She didn’t want it to end like this. Not at all. “Right.” She looked at Tara and nervously held her breath. “Ok. Bye.”
Tara daintily smiled. She knew Willow wanted a kiss, hell, she wanted a kiss too but Jamie was still there and that would be inappropriate. “Bye.” She said as she began to walk away.
“Aren’t you going to kiss her goodbye?” Jamie asked. “I’ll turn around.”
Willow looked at Jamie and realized she was right. She should never be afraid of kissing her girl no matter what. “You don’t have to.” With her resolve face on she walked over to Tara and kissed her burning cheek. She winked as she backed away knowing too well that Tara had been scared Willow would actually kiss her in front of the camper.
“Oh, that was so lame!” Jamie snickered.
***********************
“You’re not going to be weird with me are ya, Willow? You’re kinda cool.” Jamie said as they neared the dining hall.
Willow had been so scared of starting any conversation with her camper after such an interruption she was relieved to hear Jamie talk first. “Oh, Jamie, of course not. I just don’t want you to be weird with me. Or Tara.”
“I wont...” She affirmed. “It’s kinda sad though.”
“What is?” Willow asked, concerned.
“That you can’t really be with her. Outside. With others. Like with your friends. Do they even know?”
“Yes, they do.” Willow smiled comfortably knowing that at least her closest friends knew she was in love with Tara. It had been so awful to hide from them those first weeks but now she was glad they had fully accepted her.
Jamie’s voice disconnected her contemplation, “So, how long have you known? You know, about you?”
“I don’t know if we should be discussing this.”
Jamie stopped in her tracks. “You’re doing it. You’re being weird.”
“I’m sorry.” Willow turned over towards her. “It’s just- this is fairly new and I’m still processing it all. Well not all-all cause I’ve processed most of it already and I’m really comfortable and happy now but- It’s…” How could she explain?
“Like foods?”
“Excuse me?” That was so not what she had planned on saying.
“Foods. You don’t know if you like it until you try it.”
“Well, um…No.” Willow didn’t like that analogy at all. They were talking about falling in love not… Her thoughts seemed to wander though and she wondered if Tara were a fruit what kind fruit would she be? What fruit couldn’t she get enough of? Willow sighed once she realized what she was doing. This is not how she wanted her relationship with Tara to be explained.
Jamie saw Willow’s near sneer. “Ok, so maybe it’s not that simplistic cause I, like, can never see me kissing another girl.” Jamie winced. Perhaps that wasn’t the best thing to say either. “Who knows though. Maybe one day- I’m sorry that’s not what I meant. At all. I just…” Jamie sighed in resignation.
“What?” Willow pried. She could tell Jamie wanted to say something really important. She remembered being fifteen and wishing she’d had someone other than Xander to talk to. She couldn’t talk about certain things with him and was relieved when Buffy moved to Sunnydale.
Jamie looked over at her counselor and asked. “What’s it like to be in love? To really be in love? And I mean in general not just girl-girl love.”
“Well, there is no difference. Love is love.”
“But what’s it like?”
“What’s it like?” Willow wondered aloud hoping to find a simple enough answer for her. “It’s like taking a bite of your favorite food after not having it for a long, long time.”
“Now you’re just making fun of me.” The camper crossed her arms.
“Oh, Jamie, I’m not. You’ll fall in love when you fall in love. But see, falling in love with someone is not all of it, being loved in return by that person is what matters most. That you both love each other wholly is what makes love, well, being in love. Do I make any sense?”
“Yes. I know exactly what you mean. I’m all obsessed with Ben who’s so never going to ask me to the banquet cause he’ll never see me being more than his good ole pal Jamie.”
Willow chuckled at the irony. She’d been there once herself. “Trust me, he’ll notice. One day. But he’ll definitely notice.”
“You think?”
“I do.” She gently tugged her campers sleeve. “Come on. By the time we get there dinner will be over.”
“So, do you think I should still go to the banquet?” Jamie asked as she trailed behind Willow.
“I wasn’t aware you weren’t going.” She looked back.
“I was going to pretend I was sick.”
“Oh no, missy. You’re definitely going to the banquet.” She said as she looped her arm around Jamie’s and sped up her pace.
“I don’t really have anything to wear.” the camper whined.
“You certainly do. We’ll raid Buffy’s wardrobe. I’m sure she’ll have something.”
Jamie’s eyes went wide. “I’m, like, twice her size. Have you seen her? She’s tiny.”
Willow chuckled, “All right. We’ll find another way.”
