B,

I thought you had abandoned me for my last creative effort. Sorry! I will try so hard not to make you cry in the next part of the story. *Kris crossing her fingers behind her back, completely unnoticed by B* Promise! *Kris smiling her most famous 'trust me' smile*

I think C has finally thrown in the harassing towel and hit the sack!

Very dark, much pain. And yes it looks like Tara did sacrifice for Willow, for the others. .. waiting begins.

Miss Evil aka Kris,

no i did not throw the harassing towel. i was just reading the replies from the kittens - so many tears and you further enjoy your taunting :spin and you just made fake promises to my beloved B :rolleyes

so let's get back, us to the nagging, you to the tick-tick-taunting. so :bounce tell me when you'll update next :bounce say it's tomorrow. it's not just us now anymore you have distressed, so many others will come demanding - i hope it'll turn into a true harassing fest!

B,

my love, always missing you too. i backed you up in that other thread confirming that you were a registered harasser, when nobody wanted to believe it. i hope it helps.

take care.

Kris, I believe, you, but my beloved c says you are not telling the truth....is she right? would you lie to me? I don't doubt C, after all, trust is important to our relationship, so this leaves me wondering why you would give me false hope. By the way. nag nag nag nag nag nag nag...

C, thanks for backing me up, I love it when you are all supportive of me. Remind me to reward you later! ;)

Ghostwriter: Thank you! Hope you stay with it.

C, you know how I am. I won’t be divulging the date for the next update. It’d spoil the surprise!

B, I don’t think it’s so much about lying as it is “the suspension of disbelief.” Oh, you with the nag, nag. What am I gonna do with you!

Another gripping update. You have a great handle on these characters and I love the plot so far.

Tara's reminiscences at the beginning, of various moments with Willow were really well edited together. I was expecting them to be from Tara's p.o.v not Willow's though. I wonder how it would have worked to read the same bits we'd already read, but from Tara's p.o.v this time.

Terrific story so far. Looking forward to reading more. Thanks for sharing!

wow, i can't believe you made me cry. i've never cried from reading fanfic before, ever. it was the "Willowheart" that did it. i don't know why but it just got to me. one minute i'm reading, and it's such an emotional read that it's impossible not to be sad, and next i see the word "Willowheart" and i'm crying like someone shot my puppy. this was such a heartbreaking but beautiful update. you've got me for a permanent reader. thanks so much.

-KT

but then what kind of scale compares the weight of two beauties, the gravity of duties or the ground speed of joy? tell me what kind of gauge can quantify elation? what kind of equation could I possibly employ?

I just caught up with this fic. This is great! I'm a sick puppy, but I love the angst. Any story that can rubberband my emotions so quickly leaves me wanting more.

Hell of a cliffhanger. Can't wait for the next update.

Tulipp,

you are of course more than welcome to our wedding! but you know we only allowed Kris to come if she carried 24 pages of updates with her, the same still stands for any writer here at pens, thus we'd love to see you at our wedding with some Terra Firma chapters. :) we can bribe - you'll love the cake!

B,

i wear you out ... huh ... and you only say it now?! haven't i worn you out until now :cry , this is so not good for my self-esteem ... :( you better come here and reassure me, sleep can wait. *from now on there will be nothing but wearing B out!!*

Kris,

B wants some kind of update. what B wants she gets so...

Oh my, I swear my breathing was constricted while I read this. I'm glad Willow regained consciousness in this chapter, because its bad enough worrying about one of our girls, but when the two are in mortal danger - yikes!

Excellent addition to this fascinating story. Thanks so much.

Morning responses

Postby KrisBo5 » Mon Jul 29, 2002 10:09 am

Pretty tired today, had 2 hockey games in a row last night. But let's give it a go, shall we. . .

Murasaki S: Well, I toyed around with how I would do the memory-thing, and I thought I’d use things that Willow had said to Tara for Tara’s memories & things Tara had said for Willow’s memories. Thanks for reading & for taking the time to respond – I love it, ya know.

OhGroovetasticOne: WOW! That’s, sorry to say, very high praise, if I made you cry. I would never shoot your puppy, though. Glad you will stick around for the eventual finish.

tiredsoul: Thanks, happy you joined in on the angst-fest that is my story. And, as some people will tell you, I love cliffhangers!

mollyig: Thanks. Hope you’ve caught your breath. . . .

Tulipp: Please, don’t encourage them! You’ll never get any work done – and I know, I’m telling you this from my own, er, lovely experience.

B & C,

You two, look what you’ve done? Corruped Tulipp – she’s at work and not working. It’s all the smoochies and lovin’ you’re throwing around. Drives all of us to distraction. Keep it up. Um, when is that wedding by the way? Cake sounds good.

Kris, what a relief to know I've been corrupted. I'm SO relieved that I finally have a scapegoat for my bad work habits. Because you know, all along I thought I was just kind of lazy and had a lack of focus, but here it was C and B all along.

And as for cake, this may be the unpopular vote, but I really like white cake. With white frosting. I don't like anything to get in between me and my sugar.

Tulipp: See how that all works out for ya. It’s all about assigning blame! Just explain it to your boss. Ooh, show your boss the last few messages from B & C, with the shower and the cleanliness and the lovin’. I’m sure he/she will understand your work pace then.

White cake does sound pretty good. . . .

B, my love,

this is an entire conspiracy : -->>: against us innocent harassers!!!! god, Kris (Miss Evil) so it's all our fault, soon and i will be blamed for the decline in American economy, if there ever was to be one. and i thought i was doing the good thing here, pushing you all blessed writers to unveil your hidden talents in as many updates as possible. it was a selfless act as far as i am concerned and now me and my fiance are the root of all evil. :cry i am so bad, i don't deserve to live! i'm going now

Tulipp,

white cake - check ... = 10 chapters of Terra Firma.

and we haven't decided upon a date yet, but with all this blame thrown around here, i don't know whether B wants to have me anymore if she finds out how much damage i have done to you.

:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( i'm going now...never to be heard of again :(

Okay, and now I really am going to work, but I will take back my blame because I really do not want anything getting in the way of the beautiful relationship of B and C.

As for the cake....ten updates? TEN? Sigh. I will go start writing. See? You are still inspiring words.

C,

Darlin’ you are soooo funny. With the melodrama and everything. How can you think that Tulipp and I mean you any harm or hurt. Especially me? You KNOW I love you and B both, so much. You push me just enough so I keep on writing. Your harassing is unparalleled and I would surely miss it if you were never to be heard from again. Please say it ain’t so, or I may start to cry. And that ain’t good!

Tulipp,

thanks for taking back the blame though i kind of enjoyed being the bad naughty keeping-people-from-work kitten ;)

yep, 10 chapters, c'mon you can do it, i know you can, we'll take into account your progress with the chapters in planing our wedding and you can have a big slice of cake, of white cake with lots of sugary goodness and whipped cream ... excuse me one sec *pictures B covered in whipped cream - whipped cream is good, afterwards we need to shower, a lot ... "B wake up, i bought whipped cream!"* - sorry Tulipp, hope i didn't distract you from your work again. :)

C,

You are mad. I'm sorry! Very, very sorry. Um, but as for smut, there will be some, but it won't be what you expect, or want -- that's all I can tell you. Now, I could whip up a little scene not from my story, but just a little somethin'-somethin' to tide all the kittens over till I post the next update, but then I'd be writing it instead of my update. It's a vicious cycle! Don't be mad anymore! Please!!!
