“Tara it changes everything, what’s gunna happen when they find the guy that wants to resurrect the demon and you’re out of danger?....is your farther going to take you out of school and this all go back to the way they was?”



“I don’t know, Will... I’ll ask him if I can stay...”



**********************UPDATE******************************



Tara had been seen by the nurse and was thankful to learn that her injuries only consisted of bruised ribs, the nurse couldn’t quite understand how Faith had managed to hurt her with a fake sword, but it seemed the blonde was accident prone, this was the second time she had been to the nurse in about 4 weeks.



The nurse had told the blonde witch to rest easy, until the swelling subsides. Which would take a couple of days at least, but she figured it’s the price you pay for having super human friends, she didn’t care who they were or what they were, they still meant the world to her, especially Willow, and that’s why she was currently up in her room making a circle out of red coloured sand on the floor, making the circle as circle-like as possible, Tara put the sand under her bed where she kept her magic supplies and reached for a spare pack of candles. Standing them two on each side of the circle, she then closed the curtains and made sure the room was as dark as possible and lit the candles. Sitting in the middle of the circle, she focussed her mind on calling out to her mother. Letting their bond guide her.



Letting all her energy focus on it’s goal Tara felt as if she were on air. Her whole body relaxed her mind concentrating on calling her mother.



“Tara?” the blonde witch heard out loud. Opening her eyes she was greeted with an image of her mother standing as a transparent figure in front of her.



“Mom?... stupid of course it’s you” Tara chastised herself.



“Baby-girl it’s dangerous for you to be doing this, if these.... these lowlifes track you....”



“Mom” Tara interrupted “It’s important, please?”



The blondes mom stopped and took a step closer towards her daughter, Tara looked, different. Her aura was glowing in places that once showed no light. Her daughter was happy, happier then she had ever been and this warmed her. Manifesting herself physically she Grasped her daughters hand and listened intently.



Realising she had gotten her mothers full attention, Tara continued.



“I like it here, Im happy.... I have friends, and ......and.....and”



hearing her daughter faltering she gently urged. “Baby-girl, we haven’t got much time”



“I’ve met someone, a special someone that means more to me than anything, and I want to stay..... here, but Farther will never allow it, not if he knew who I was, what I am.” Tara explained, her eyes welling up at the thought of having to go back to her old life, alone and without Willow. Her mother knew who she was, what she was and was proud to have a daughter so unique, however her farther with his old fashioned ways and frigid principles would not see the uniqueness of it.



“Shhhh, darling” her mother soothed “I know you have met someone, I can see it and Im truly pleased for you, if she means that much to you, then you can stay, but my baby-girl be careful, your heart is something you must give to someone who is willing to trade”



the blonde nodded, she knew her mother would understand, be proud of her, welcome the person who made her daughter so happy in with open arms, her mother was beautiful, and Tara was so proud.



Wiping away a tear with her hand the young girl smiled gratefully, words failing her, but there was still some doubt.



“And farther?” she asked hesitantly, she knew her farther loved her dearly, but his rules and regulations were unfair to say the least.



“I will see to him” her mother stated, firming her jaw, she rarely confronted her husband, she just let him be, but this time her daughters happiness was far more important.



Kissing her daughter gently on the head Tara’s mother faded softly away, their connection gone but not lost. Sighing happily the blonde witch decided to clean up the mess she had created, go have lunch, then find her girlfriend.
