Well hello again ... I had this thought and thought why not post , I don't know if many people really read on here anymore but I know I do soooo I wanted to post this I had been working on it for a while now it's already almost done I have over 14 chapters written and it is only a 18 chapter fic so there won't be much to any wait between posts so no waiting really ! yay !!!!!!!! lol I hope you like it if you do let me know and I will post more if you hate it then let me know and I will delete it here it is

Willow looked at the girl on the stage her whole being totally captivated by the woman singing softly .
Blonde hair blue eyes , Willow could hardly make them out , she had her head down almost the whole time her hair covering those wonderfully brillint eye's .( I wonder why she hides those eye's) the red head thought to herself . (she has the voice of an angle) Willow smiled softly sitting further back in her chair to listen to the words of the song .

( wow that's slightly haunting) Willow shivered a slight chill running up her spine.
not a bad chill just a sad chill ....Willow went on listening intently.

Why is it so hard?
Why can't you just take me?
I don't have much to go
Before I fade completely
(she sounds so sad) Willow sighed wondering why she cared so much she wasn't much into really listening to music but this girl was different she caught Willow's attention completely.
"wow she's depressing" Xander stated as he walked up behind the red head making her jump about twenty feet in the air. " easy tiger" He slightly laughed as he placed his hand on her shoulder to calm her down knowing he just scared her finding it slightly funny "Pretty girl" He nodded his head towards the stage.

"Ya she is" Willow smiled " Hi Xan " she moved over and let him sit down beside her on the couch she was lounging on .

They finished listening to the song Willow crunched her nose looking softly at the sad looking girl on the stage noticing her eye's were full of tears.

"she's so sad , she's almost breaking my heart " Xander stated , finally after a moment , the girl on stage was taking a sip of her water and clearing her throat.

"She broke mine" Willow sighed wiping her eyes from the tears that were starting to build up.

Xander softly smiled at her and placed his hand on her should again to comfort her , he knew she had been going through alot lately , a recent break up really hard break up 5 years together and then she just left not a note not a word not even a good bye .. it had been hard for the red head but she was getting better each day .

He had finally gotten her out of her room after about 3 weeks , then out of the house after another 2 now he was getting her to go do fun things like the Bronze for that matter .

Both their heads turned to the stage as they heard the beautifully sad girl start speaking .

"That song was a painful song for me" she softly spoke explaining it to the few people that were standing around watching intently " it was to my mother she passed away a while ago now it's been a few years but it's hard to sing that one still" she whispered .. her eye's catching the redheads .

A small half smile crossed the blondes face notcing how water the other womans eye's were she tilted her head slightly her hair moving from her face she lifted her right hand slowly tucking her hair behind her ear smiling a bit more at the redhead "how about we turn to something a little more upbeat" She said keeping eye contact with Willow .

Willow smiled her cheeks flushing a bit knowing that the beautiful blonde singer noticed she had been crying a bit , yet she didn't move her eye's didn't even blink (if I blink she'll turn her eye's away) Willow thought starting to wonder why the blonde hadn't stopped looking at her (there's magic in her eye's) "wow" Willow whispered .

Xander looked at her confused , then he looked back at the stage noticing the eye contact between the two women , He was about to say something and thought he better not distract Willow from the goddess on stage (maybe this is what Willow needs) he thought to him self (A rebound girl) he held back a giggle know full well that Buffy was bitching at the red head lately telling her she needed to get a rebound girl needed to play the feild there were plenty of fish in the sea and Willow needed to test the waters .

A faster paced song started playing and Xander knew it from somewhere he wasn't sure where but he knew he knew it !
He intently looked over at Willow again then back to the stage notcing how the pair still hadn't turned their eye's

"Hey you two" Buffy said from behind them making them both jump this time , breaking off the eye contact that Willow had been holding for so long .

Xander grabbed his chest "Geeze Buff tryin to kill a guy ?" He mock questioned

"HI BUFFY" Willow gritted her teath slightly pissed that she had to break her eye's away from the beautiful girl on stage .

"Gee Will not so happy to see me ?" Buffy questioned jumping over the back of the couch sliding into the small spot between Willow and Xander wrapping her arms around both her best friends .

"No no" Willow sighed "I'm happy to see you Buff ... I was just a little distracted is all" She nodded her head towards the stage smiling .

"Willow's growning fond of the girl with no name" Xander joked and hugged Buffy back.

"Ohhhhhhh a rebound girl" Buffy clapped her hands looking like a dork bouncing in her seat , making Willow laugh .

"Not a rebound Buff just a pretty girl with a pretty voice and beautiful eye's and lovely hair and skin that sounds like a goddess and looks like one too" WIllow sighed as she looked back at the stage . slinking further back into her seat as another song came on she knew and didn't really like untill she heard the nameless girl singing it now she seemed to have a liking for it .

"uh huh" Buffy mocked , smiling and looking at the stage notcing Willow was right she did look and sound like a goddess . "wow" Buffy said her jaw slightly lacking musciles .

"Wow Buff if I didn't know any better I would think you like the girly type too" Xander laughed and shoulder bumped her .

"She's just really beautiful and has an amazing voice" Buffy said as she looked over at Xander bumping him back and almost right off the edge of the couch . "Just because I claim to be straight doesn't mean I can't enjoy something beautiful when I see it" Buffy admitted looking back to the stage .

"Exactly!" Willow added out of nowhere making both of them jump this time "goddess why are you two so jumpy" she smirked knowing full well they deserved to be scared slightly after both of them had already scared her tonight within 20 mins of each other .

"humm" Buffy and Xander both said at the same time looking back towards the stage in silence ...

The beautiful blonde sang a few more songs the entire Bronze quit , so quiet you could almost hear a mouse if there was one , everyone had their eye's on her couldn't peal them away even if they wanted to , a monster could come tumbling through the door right now and not a single head would turn to see what it was .

The blonde softly ended the song and looked at everyone watching her ducking her head slightly to cover her eyes again "Thank you" she quietly said to the appluse "I'm going to take a little break now to get a drink and some air I'll be back in about 20 minuets if anyone is still interested in listening" She smiled and looked over to where the red head was leaning against some blonde girl taking a small breath (I knew someone that pretty wouldn't be single, Stupid Tara) the beautiful singer thought to her self as the red head made eye contact once again , Tara ducked her head a little more blushing at being caught staring .
she slowly exited the stage and headed towards the bar for another bottle of water .

"Well she is one pretty little thing isn't she" Faith said as she walked up and leaned on the back of the couch making all three friends jump a foot in the air , Faith laughed loudly scruffling Xanders hair "such a tough man you are" She picked on him .

"Oh shut it Faith you're always so lurky and stuff ya scared me" Xander winned pouting slightly .

"I scared him too " Buffy giggled wiggling her eyebrows at Faith .

"Ya and I scared them both" Willow added raising an eyebrow at the pouting Xander .

Faith laughed even harder "as I said real tough man you are" She also jumped over the couch landing on Buffy "So B what ya doing?" she questioned tucking Buffy's hair behind her ear , trying hard to get a reaction from the girl .

"I'm being a couch" Buffy grunted smiling slightly at the soft touch.

"Funny B real funny" Faith said moving in closer and closer making sure her body was pressing against the smaller girls, still trying hard to get a reaction .

"Faith you try so hard every time we get together to get into my pants and every time I tell you I'm straight but you don't seem to care do you ?" Buffy questioned with a small smile playing across her lips , she didn't mind really she liked the closeness of Faith it had been a while since Buffy was with anyone and well every once in a while she'd think about it , but Faith was her best friend , had been since they were 14 ... friends for almost 15 years and she didn't want to ruin it , and well Faith was just a flirt anyhow she flirted with the wind if she thought it would flirt back . and well she herself was as everyone kept reminding her straight ... though she was starting to question that herself , she couldn't seem to keep a man even if her life depended on it .


"I try B I try" Faith sighed , she knew they were friends and only friends but for the last few years well if she were being honest with herself she had always wanted more she had never kept a partner because she needed to be free incase Buffy ever realized she liked her too , she had wanted more she was just to scared to say anything , all her friends knew she liked women that wasn't a question, and they knew she loved to flirt with Buffy , but they all thought it was to drive Buffy crazy none of them knew the truth ...... well none of them but Willow .

"Keep trying Faith she'll give in one day!" Willow encourged with a heartfelt smile towards that dark haired girl she knew Faith liked Buffy , long story short it was a night of drunkeness one thing led to another and Faith blurted out how much she was in love with their best friend.

Willow would never tell Buffy but she did encourage Faith , Buffy needed someone to love her and well Faith would love her with everything she was if Buffy would just let her .

" Ya ya ya Red I keep trying but this cute lil blonde won't give in" Faith nipped at Buffy's nose slowly sliding off her lap and squishing in beside the group of people ..

"Why don't random hot girls hit on me like that " Xander whined again getting a small mischeous smirk he looked over at Faith "Ya know if ya ever get tired of the ladies I'm always free!" He stated and got smacked by all three women "Oww" he rubbed his shoulder

"You're an ass" Faith smiled

"I agree" Buffy laughed

"I need a drink" Willow stood quickly , her eye's catching blonde hair flowing through the crowd .
before any of them could put in their orders the red head was gone ...

"well that was odd:" Faith questioned watching to see where Willow was going in such a hurry .

"Unnamed singer girl" Buffy pointed out nodding her head towards the beautiful girl leaning against the bar waiting to be served .

"Ohhh niiiiiiiiiiiiice" Faith drawed out tilting her head a little to take the blonde in , she looked from her feet to the top of her head , Faith smiled slightly "really nice" she nodded noticing Willow had good taste .

"ya and her voice is like a goddess" Xander stated "well thats what Willow said anyhow" He looked at his best friends waiting to be hit again even though he didn't say anything wrong he always seemed to get hit by the two of them .

"she does have a damn good voice" Buffy admited nodding also watching Willow intently

Well thanks for checking it out and for the two of you who replied ! I guess I'll post chapter two since some people showed a little bit of interest so here it is ..

Chapter Two .

"May I have two waters please" Willow ordered from the bar maid noticing how the beautiful blonde singer hadn't been served yet Willow was hoping she could get the water before the singer did so she could take her one .

"Sure that'll be $5.00" the bartender said and handed the water over Willow gave her six dollars and darted off towards the singer . (why am I being so bold I'm never this bold she was just so good I want to tell her she has an amazing voice) Willow questioned herself knowing this was odd she never just went up to people , sure she wasn't anywhere near as shy as she used to be but she still wasn't this bold .

"Need a water" Willow softly questioned as she placed her hand on the singers mid back to get her attention, making her slightly jump."Everyone is so jumpy tonight" Willow thought aloud .

"p...parden" Tara questioned as she turned around wondering who just scared the crap outta her and also wondering why said person was calling her jumpy (you don't sneak up on peo........) Her train of thought stopped once her blue eyes met green , she took a small breath , she had been watching this girl while she sang there was just something magical about her Tara couldn't keep her eye's off her ."S....s...sorry"
Tara said softly with a half smile as she accepted the water that was being held out by a small yet strong hand "Thank you" she smiled wider , (stop stuttering you ass) She cursed herself for her stutter , she could sing without a single beat , or note missed but to talk to someone that caught her eye she stuttered .

"You're welcome" Willow rolled slightly up on her toes to make her self look a little taller and well she was slightly nervouse for some strange reason she was only there to tell her how nice her voice was why was she so nervous ."I saw you waiting for a little while and thought I would grab you one while I got mine" Willow stated wanting to let the blonde know she wasn't trying to freak her out "well and I wanted to tell you that you are beautiful" Her eye's went wide "I mean your voice YOUR VOCIE" she said almost too loudly making the blonde chuckle a little "I meant to say" Willow blushed and lowered her head (Dumbass) she chied herself "Your voice is beautiful well not that you yourself isn't beautiful bec ause you are but I just meant wow I'm shutting up now " She sighed and rolled her eyes slightly laughing a little as she looked back up at the blonde noticing how wide her smile was now , (she almost looks like she's about to laugh) Willow thought and couldn't help but smile wide herself .

And Tara did laugh "Why thank you" she said almost flirty like " You're not so bad yourself" and now it was her turn to blush , she was just trying to joke she didn't mean to say it so seriously , instead of digging a huge hole and burrying her self in it she just looked at the redhead and reached out her hand "Tara" she simply said , making the redhead look a little confused "i i ...I m...m. mean my name is Tara" She rolled her eyes a little knowing she wouldn't be able to help the stutter when the redhead would look into her eyes like that .

"OH" It finally dawned on Willow she took the offered hand "Willow" She said back holding Tara's hand maybe just a little too long noticing how it tingled a little.

Tara didn't pull her hand away either she felt it as well she just looked at their joined hands , Willow slowly pulled her hand away , she took the way Tara looked at the wrong "Sorry" she whispered to Tara thinking the girl was going to start getting freaked if she didn't say something else soon .. "Anyhow I just wanted to say I liked your voice and the song for your umm mother was beautiful" Willow smiled softly not wanting to make Tara sad again but wanting her to know she loved the song ..
Tara smiled "thank you" she said softly touching Willow's should then her eye's widened slightly realizing that maybe Willow didn't want to be touched like that she moved her hand quickly .. "I should umm g...get b...back to singing" Tara lowered her head and tilted it towards the stage .. It had been almost thirty minuets and people were starting to get annoyed..

"Yes you should I don't want to keep your fans waiting" Willow smiled seriously "I Have to go back to my friends anyhow their more then likely wondering where I've gone" She laughed knowing they had been watching her the whole time ..

"Nice to meet you Willow" Tara whispered and Willow's heart skipped a beat as Tara placed her hand again on the redheads shoulder this time not moving it ..

"You too Tara" Willow instictivly placed her hand on Tara's hip she took a deep breath trying not to freak not realizing that she had just done that to a total stranger ..

Tara also took a deep breath closing her eye's for a moment (wow) she
thought ( her hand is on my hip and I really never want it to leave, wow you sound like a total perv ( she mentally slapped herself (or a forteen year old boy) She chuckled at herself ..

"anyhow" Willow said finally removing her hand from the blondes hip " Go sing some more I'm going to go watch" Willow laughed and started to back away not breaking her eye's from Tara's

"I'll see you again" Tara almost said in a questioning tone, maybe more of a hopeful tone .. as she slowly broke the eye contact and turned toward's the stage ..

Hello all Another post today hopefully people are reading I can't really tell if they like it or not but I have these written and I didn't write them for no reason lol so I must post if you hate it let me know please and I'll stop posting or I wont I'm not sure lol anyhow enjoy it's another short chapter but it's going to be picking up soon it does have a story line I swear and it'll get there sooner or later !



Chapter 3

Willow's friends watched everything that happened between the two women at the bar , and everyone of them had a huge smile on their face when the red head came bouncing back to the couch empty handed having forgotten her water on the bar .

"Sooooooo"Xander asked moving over a little more on the couch so Willow could fit between them all .

"ya soooooooo" Buffy repeted with a big smile looking over at Faith who was about to say something more then likely something pervy..

"well I for one would do her" And there it was the something pervy from Faith "Hey red if you decide not to hook up with that one can I have her number" Faith wiggled her eye brows at the red head making her growl a little .

"I didn't get her number" Willow sighed at the realisation of it (all of that and you couldn't ask for her number!) she mentally yelled at herself "I just
wanted to tell her she had a nice voice" Willow smiled and looked towards the stage waiting for Tara to come out and sing some more ..

"so what is nameless girls name anyhow?" Buffy questioned jokingly looking over at a smitten looking Willow .

"Tara" Willow sighed like it was the holy name "her name is Tara isn't that pretty it suits her" she stated keeping her eye's glued to the stage ..

"That is a rather pretty name" Xander said looking up to see if Tara was coming out yet to sing again.

Faith sat quietly thinking for a moment when buffy looked at her slightly confused "what are you thinking" Buffy questioned

Faith smirked her evil little smirk "I was thinking that is one name I have yet to scream" she laughed making the redhead growl a little more and a little deeper , she loved getting under Willow's skin ..

"easy there tiger" Xander said yet again looking at the blush creeping up Willow's neck "she's just being Faith" he rested his hand on Willow's shoulder .

"True Red I'm just being me !" Faith smiled and nudged Willow a little lightening the mood .

"Go back up to her after the show Will" Buffy smiled at her best friend " ask for her number ... remember rebound" Buffy giggled making Willow laugh a little more .


Willow leaned back against Buffy to be more comfy "I don't want a rebound Buff" She sighed "I don't want anything really ..."

"then whey all tiger girl over the blonde on stage" Faith questioned with a small smile she knew it was time for Willow to start moving on , to start moving foward with her life again , she had waited long enough for that dumb bitch to come back , if someone was stupid enough to leave Willow then well they were just down right stupid .That's what Faith thought anyhow .

"I don't know" Willow sighed " there's just something about her" she smiled as she spotted Tara at the side of the stage getting ready to come back out ..

Well here is the last chapter of the night incase I get tired and don't want to stay on line dishes and kids ya know might be busy lol

Chapter 4

(well this is either going to be way to bold or extreamly stupid) Tara thought as she talked to her band members about the next song she was going to sing , it was new , fast tempo , and well different, it popped into her head as soon as Willow had put her hand on her hip at the bar and well she wanted to get it out of her head so she was going to sing it .( I'm not singing it to her I just want to sing it , I haven't sung many that I wrote myself yet just covers of other peoples things and well I want to sing this) Tara reasoned with her self as her drummer nodded his head understanding what she just told him ..

The band headed back onto the stage and the lights dimmed a little bit more ..
the beat of a song started , electirc gutiar rather quick , sexy , smooth .

Then Tara stepped to the mic .. her eye's finding the red heads instantly she couldn't help it she kinda wanted to sing it to Willow from the first moment she set eyes one her tonight , she wasn't normaly like this yes she was usally foward with people she was attracted to , but not woman she knew were already taken .(she's all over the blonde and yet I'm staring at her like she's my dinner and I'm starving ..

Tara half smiled an extreamly sexy smirk the beat of the song finally stopping her thoughts she got into it , looking the redhead dead in the eye's she started singing

Willow gulped at the first verse of the song not breaking eye contact but wishing she had that bottle of water she wondered why Tara was looking at her that way "holy god" is all the redhead could say .

"damn" Faith said looking at Tara " who knew someone who looked so shy would be sooooo" She was at a loss for words her mouth going dry as well .

"Ya damn" Xander agreed .

Tara's hips swayed a little as she sang not for a moment breaking eye contact with Willow .

Willow couldn't move
she was in awe of the blonde knowing she had to talk to her after the show now she just had to .

"damn" Again Faith said as she listened to the song smiling at Willow , who's eye's were glued to the blondes body .

Then the beat changed slightly and all eye's turned back to Tara.

Tara closed her eye's finally breaking the spell she had on Willow tilting her head back slightly exposing her very toned neck , removing the mic from its stand she opened her eyes and started walking towards the stairs on the stage walking down them she kept singing as she headed toward the redhead who was lowering in her spot on the couch.

Faith chuckled nervously "Well I guess we know shy blonde singer is a slight sex kitten"

Buffy laughed and looked over at the flushed redhead "so Will ya gonna get her number now?" she questioned and got a small nod in response .

Tara almost growled out the last part of the song making Willow lower further in her seat .

"again I say Oh my" was all Willow could get out .

"I must say that was hot" Buffy looked over at the now blushing blonde take a drink of water before starting another song this time not looking at Willow once .

"Hot !?" Xander finally said something "HOT?" he said questioningly "that was more then hot that was like ... like ... damn"

"she wasn't hot she was damn?" Buffy busted out laughing at her three friends who were all trying to find words "One pretty blonde girl made you all bumbling idiots" she was in tears now laughing at her friends.

"Hey B" Faith looked at the laughing girl she couldn't help but start laughing herself.

"I'm not an idiot" Willow finally spoke up laughing as well not at them but at Buffy who just couldn't seem to stop herself .

"Me either" Xander interjected also chuckling .

"Okay okay I need a drink" Buffy said after a moment trying to get ahold of her self .

"my treat" Xander said as he stood smiling at the three women " what do ya'll want ?" He asked

"Bud"

"Vodka Cran"

"water" Willow said after she thought about it for a moment she didn't want anything in her system if she was actually going to think straight to talk to Tara after the show "on second thoughts same as Buff" she said thinking it over , realizing it might relax her a little it had been a while since she tried to well get someones number ..

"good I was about to kick you out of the Bronze if you didn't say something other then water" Xander joked as he headed towards the bar ..

Faith jumped up and over Willow and landed back in Buffys lap once more .. " So B?" She questioned getting a confused look from Buffy .

Buffy smiled completely clueless of her bestfriends love for her "Ya wanna hook up later " she wiggled her eyebrows .

Buffy again laughed "Sure Faith Sure" Buffy gave in "But only if I can be on top !" She stated making the dark haired girl blush ..

Chapter 5...

"well everyone that's it" Tara smiled a slight gleam of sweat on her forhead and chest (should have worn a skirt these damn jeans are too tight) it was hot under the spot lights and well she sang for almost an hour longer then she was supposed to she just didn't want to face the redhead yet well she wanted to face Willow she just didn't want to face Willow's girlfriend ..

"Again I say thank you all for coming and supporting me tonight I hope you enjoyed" she smiled again and walked off the side of the stage to go change into something a little less warm and comfy .

"well" Faith smiled still sitting in Buffy's lap "I guess this means its time to dance" she jumped up grabbing Buffy's hand and heading to the dance floor to leave Willow to it .

Buffy laughed and followed along (Hey I might be straight but Faith sure as hell knows how to get a heart pumping on the dance floor why not) she thought as she grinded against her friends thigh not for a second realizing the affect she had on her ...

"I guess this means it's just you and me eh kid" Xander joked then he noticed that Willow wasn't looking at him she was looking past him so he turned to look , his mouth nearly fell open when he saw Tara walking towards them wearing a pair of black leather pants and cherry red tank her damp hair pulled into a tight pony tail "as I was saying I guess this is my cue to go dance too!" He quickly moved off the couch and to the dance floor .

"Guys check it out" He whispered to Buffy and Faith whos heads both turned towards the couch and just like Xander both their mouths fell open when they saw what the so called shy singer was wearing ..

"damn" Buffy stated staring ..

"Ya know I'm starting to rethink the part where you think you're straight" Xander joked making Faith laugh nervously

Chapter 6

"H..hey" Tara spoke softly walking up to stand infront of Willow "Do you mind if I sit for a moment with you?" she asked pointing to the now empty couch beside Willow .

"no no no not at all sit you must be tired all that singing and standing and sweating and everything" Willow slightly babbled not knowing what else to say ..(Should I mention the song "yeah" or not ?) she questioned herself slightly .

"thanks" Tara smiled as she sat down close to the redhead, then realized how close she was and moved slightly thinking maybe the redheads girlfriend was going to come back and get pissed off ."just a little tired" she agreed "Still have lots of dancing yet to do" she smiled trying to break the tention between the two of them .

"dancing?" Willow squeeked (oh ... my ... god ...) was all the red head could think without turning to goo ..

Tara laughed at the pitch in Willow's voice "Ya you know where you move your body to the music that blasts out of those big black boxes?" Tara mocked with a half smirk ..

"Oh ya those things" Willow joked back a little trying to get control of her mind .

"So I noticed you weren't here alone" Tara softly questioned wondering where Willow's friends went "Where did your friends go?" She finally just asked ..

"My friends?" Willow questioned totally forgetting about them even being there she was trying so hard not to look down at Tara's chest ."Oh oh MY friends you mean Buffy Xander and Faith?" She questioned knowing full well Tara meant them since they were the only friends with her tonight ... well actually they were the only friends she had ..

"I guess so" Tara looked slightly confused ..

"They went to go dance" Willow finally started to relax back into the couch and into the conversation .

"let me guess which is which?" Tara asked with a smile then continued "Xander is they guy" Willow nodded smiling slightly that was obvious "Faith is The dark haired girl and Buffy is your girlfriend?" Tara questioned it was the perfect way to find out for sure ..

Bad timing actually Willow was just taking a drink of her Vodka and Cran and ended up spating it out her nose and choking for a lil while .. Tara looked shocked to see such a reaction from the red head then she realized that Willow was choking and moved closer to rub her hand up and down her back trying to help her a little (Maybe she isn't gay at all) Tara thought in a panick (Crap what if she isn't and is totally against gay people) Her brain was in over drive so much so she didn't notice that Willow had stopped choking as did her hand and it was now resting on the small space of skin that was sticking out at the bottem of Willows tee shirt at the bottem of her back ..

Willow held her breath feeling Tara's hand touch her made her catch her breath then feeling it stop moving and the warmth of it staying right on the most sensitive spot of Willows back made her stop catching her breath again well actually it made her stop breathing all together .

"I'm guessing Buffy isn't your girlfriend?" Tara finally said extreamly quietly almost so soft Willow didn't hear her ..
"no Buffy isn't my girlfriend I am single actually" Willow smiled looking up at Tara her face still slightly red from the lack of air .

"we're all just best friends" Willow finally finished (Please dear goddess don't move your hand don't move your hand) Willow chanted to herself .

"ohhhhh" Tara said her eye's going slightly wide (she's single YES) she was bouncing ... well her brain was anyhow ..( I should move my hand she's probably really uncomfy with me just touching her like this ... though she is single maybe she doesn't mind if she minded she'd tell me right ?) Tara questioned herself yet still leaving her hand just were it was .."well sorry for making you choke then" Tara laughed slightly and finally Willow looked down noticing how when Tara laughed it made her well ya (mind out of gutter rosenburg) she shook her head looking back up into Tara's eyes blushing slightly knowing she was just caught ..

"It's not a problem" Willow laughed "I just found it funny how you thought Buffy and I were together when Buffy is the only one of the three of us that is straight" Willow's face dropped slightly realizing she just outted herself to a total stranger (smooth move dumbass) she just shook her head hoping Tara wouldn't jump up and run off .

Instead Tara did the oppiset she moved slightly closer and started to move her thumb unconsesly in circles on Willow's lower back .

"soo she's straight eh" Tara laughed slightly again " My gaydar must be broken" she half smiled .

Willow laughed and relaxed into this total strangers touch "I didn't know straight people had gaydar?" Willow questioned hoping to every goddess she knew of that Tara wasn't straight .

Tara just raised her eyebrow and looked at the redhead for a moment "what makes you think I'm straight ?" She questioned playfully flirty .

"assumed" Willow tilted her head (I can do this I can flirt with this beautiful woman) she thought to herself "I guess the old saying is right eh" She laughed a little tilting her head back and shaking it ..

Tara ran her free hand over the back of her own neck trying to become a little less stiff smiling at the redhead "I guess it is" she smirked obviously letting the red head know she wasn't straight she was actually far from it .

"so" Willow started leaning back a little more into Tara's touch "not to change the subject but are you new in town or are you just visiting for a while?" she asked really wanting to know ..

"New actually" Tara smiled "Still looking for place staying at the bronze here for a few days till I find one " She nodded towards the back room .

Willow crinkled her brow "staying here?" she questioned wrinkling her nose a little " You don't have a friends you could stay at for a while or something?" again another question..

"Nope don't know anyone here just well you now" Tara smiled moving her thumb a little more ..

"I know a place" Willow said then her eye's went wide realizing how that might have sounded "Not my place I mean not that I would mind if you stayed at my place just didn't want you thinking I meant my place I just meant if you didn't want to stay here I thought you well wow shutting up now" She blused bright red from where her skin started to show to the tips of her hair ...

Tara gave a full throaty laugh " Willow babble" she stated trying hard not to make the redhead blush more ..(she's cute) she thought to herself ..

"What I meant was I know of a place you could stay till you found one" Willow finally got it out right ..shaking her head at the Willow babble comment (just met her and already sounding like a doofus) she sighed but still kept smiling ..

"really that would be nice I mean well I don't know you or well I just don't know you at all that was a nice offer" Tara started a mini babble herself ..

"It's not just an offer I mean anywhere would be better and more home like then ..... well here" Willow felt sad for Tara didn't know anyone I mean why where did she come from why no family...

"Are you sure cause that would be really nice" Tara sighed a bit releaved she didn't want to stay at this ranchy place for a moment longer ... she had already spent 4 nights here and 5 days it was getting old really ..

"Great" Willow smiled anything she could do to help this beauty sitting infront of her..

"well hello there beautiful" Faith said as she came up behind Willow and Tara startling them both Willow rolled her eye's while Tara looked up at her with a raised eyebrow and a smirk ..

Tara was going to screw with her if she wanted to flirt then there was going to be flirting "I know I am Faith but you don't have to go telling the world " the blonde smiled when she saw the suprised look on Faiths face ..

Willow's jaw dropped (she is a total flirt ha and I thought she was shy)

"ah ha well I wasn't expecting that in reply but okay" The darkhaired girl smiled and reached out her hand " Since you already know my name I don't have to tell you it soooo " she paused "nice to meet you"

Tara shook the small yet really strong girls hand " nice to meet you too"

"Ah ya Faith I was wondering if Tara could have your beach house for a few days ?" Willow blurted out the question not even thinking to ask Faith first ..

Tara's eye's widened (Beach house?) she questioned herself .

Faith looked suprised (Man Red moves fast) she thought with a smirk (I've taught her well) ..

"Mind out of the gutter Faith" Willow scolded "This lovely lady here is staying here at the bar and well this place isn't good enough for someone with a voice like her's" Willow finally decided it was time to flirt ..

Tara blushed (I didn't know Willow had flirtyness in her) she looked up at Faith her eye's almost pleading .

"Of course she can" Faith smiled and patted Willow on the shoulder her mind still not out of gutter "here's the key" she tossed the single key and rainbow keyring to the red head "Buffy Xanman and I are off to watch the movies I'm guessing we won't see you for a while ?" Faith questioned wiggling her eyebrows at Tara .

"oh shut up Faith" Willow groned going red once again ... (Maybe that's why she calls me red)

"If I'm interrupting something I'll just go wonder around town for a while give you my cell number..." Tara had started to get up moving her hand slowly out from behind Willow's back not wanting Faith to know she was already touching her best friend ... but Willow quickly grabbed her arm not letting her stand fully cutting off Tara's sentence ...

"No they were just going to watch a movie and eat popcorn I'd rather stay a little longer" she finished short of breath trying to get it out before Tara ran off ..

Though Tara tried hard not to let Faith notice ... the dark haired girl did anyhow she smiled and squeezed Willow's shoulder ... "I'm out see ya Red ..." she started to walk away " nice to meet you Tara" she waved grabbed Buffy who was waiting by the door by the arm and headed out after Xander who had gone to call the cab...

"B...beach house?" Tara questioned with a slight stutter looking confused at Willow ..

Willow laughed " not really a huge type beach house " She finally let go of Tara's arm " it's just a small little cottage type house on the beach , Faiths parents left it to her when they passed away , but Faith doesn't like living in it so she has it fully furnished incase someone she know's come's into town , she lives in the Summers house ... well she has an apartment in the summers house " Willow finished confusing Tara even more ...

"Summer's house?" Came the next question from Tara ....

"Buffy's mom has a huge big house it's three apartments , Buffy lives in one I live in the middle one and Faith lives on the top floor ..." Willow tried to make it more simple for the poor girl ..

" and where does Buffy's mom live?" And yet another question making Willow chuckle...

"Well you could say we are all orpahns.." She looked sad for a moment , Willow never really thought of it that way but none of them had parents anymore ..."well okay long story short" Willow started "wait I'm more then likely totally boring you to death with all this talk about me" She laughed softly and looked into Tara's eye's which suddenly seemed sad ..

"Not boring at all" Tara said urging the girl to keep talking (I like the sound of your voice) she thought.

"Well okay then" Willow sat back a bit ... "Xander's parents moved off and never told him" she laughed making Tara look at her funny "It was the best thing for Xander" Willow fixed quickly realizing that it sounded bad of her to laugh at her friends loss ... "They weren't the best of people, Faiths parents and Buffy's mom were out one night got into a car accident and well no more parents " Willow's eye's finally started to water , she loved Faiths parents and Buffy's mom they were her family ..."and well me I've always been an orpahn, My mother gave me up at birth as far as I know she told the people who took me she didn't want to ruin her career ... " Willow laughed a little at how heartless some people could be "It doesn't matter though I had a pretty good life in foster care..." She paused for a moment " wow now that you know my whole life history ! how about I get to know something about you ?" she questioned with a small smirk hoping to change the subject from something so depressing to maybe something a little lighter ...

"I totally understand" Tara agreed ."ever been married?" was the next question from Tara and as soon as it was out of her mouth she knew she shouldn't have asked ...

Willow lowered her head slightly "not really married ya know gay marriage still not leagel here but I've been in a long term relationship that was like marriage" Willow again answered honestly with a smile herself noticing how it didn't hurt to talk about it with Tara it's like it ended years ago ... it just was something that happened and it didn't matter anymore ...

"sorry" Tara whispered feeling bad for having brought up some obviously bad memories ...

"no don't be it just ended a few months ago , was hard but now it's like it doesn't matter" She placed her hand over Tara's to let her know it's honestly alright ...

And Tara couldn't stop herself she wanted to know she was nosie she needed to know what happened "what happened if you don't mind me asking" she gave Willow a small smile and intertwined their fingers making the redheads heart skip a beat ..


"not at all , I came home from work one day and she was gone , no note no good bye , and its been months I've talked to her family they said she was fine , that she would call when she felt like it , she was cold she just didn't want to live the picket fence life anymore I guess .."Willow smiled "We were united for five years , but had been together for 9" Willow smiled when Tara squeezed her hand a little bit "but the past is the past right " she winked at Tara " and if we were together still I would never have been here tonight and I would never have met you" Willow rastionalized "which means" Willow let her sentence fade away as Tara leaned a little closer ...

"which means what" Tara questioned her hand was tingling from Willow's touch , she wanted to kiss the girl , she wanted to take all her pain and hide it keep it from ever hurting her again ... so she leaned in a little more ..

"Means We " Willow breathed a little heavier , shivers running up and down her spine ..

"RED!" Anya said excitedly breaking the two tranced girls apart lightening fast ...

"HI ANYA!?" Willow nearly yelled back at the girl who was standing looking down at the two of them ...

"Just saw you from the bar thought I would say hi I haven't seen you in a while " Anya ended her sentence short finally noticing a really annoyed looking blonde girl sitting rather close to Willow ...

"What I meant was I know of a place you could stay till you found one" Willow finally got it out right ..shaking her head at the Willow babble comment (just met her and already sounding like a doofus) she sighed but still kept smiling ..

"really that would be nice I mean well I don't know you or well I just don't know you at all that was a nice offer" Tara started a mini babble herself ..

"It's not just an offer I mean anywhere would be better and more home like then ..... well here" Willow felt sad for Tara didn't know anyone I mean why where did she come from why no family...

"Are you sure cause that would be really nice" Tara sighed a bit releaved she didn't want to stay at this ranchy place for a moment longer ... she had already spent 4 nights here and 5 days it was getting old really ..

"Great" Willow smiled anything she could do to help this beauty sitting infront of her..

"well hello there beautiful" Faith said as she came up behind Willow and Tara startling them both Willow rolled her eye's while Tara looked up at her with a raised eyebrow and a smirk ..

Tara was going to screw with her if she wanted to flirt then there was going to be flirting "I know I am Faith but you don't have to go telling the world " the blonde smiled when she saw the suprised look on Faiths face ..

Willow's jaw dropped (she is a total flirt ha and I thought she was shy)

"ah ha well I wasn't expecting that in reply but okay" The darkhaired girl smiled and reached out her hand " Since you already know my name I don't have to tell you it soooo " she paused "nice to meet you"

Tara shook the small yet really strong girls hand " nice to meet you too"

"Ah ya Faith I was wondering if Tara could have your beach house for a few days ?" Willow blurted out the question not even thinking to ask Faith first ..

Tara's eye's widened (Beach house?) she questioned herself .

Faith looked suprised (Man Red moves fast) she thought with a smirk (I've taught her well) ..

"Mind out of the gutter Faith" Willow scolded "This lovely lady here is staying here at the bar and well this place isn't good enough for someone with a voice like her's" Willow finally decided it was time to flirt ..

Tara blushed (I didn't know Willow had flirtyness in her) she looked up at Faith her eye's almost pleading .

"Of course she can" Faith smiled and patted Willow on the shoulder her mind still not out of gutter "here's the key" she tossed the single key and rainbow keyring to the red head "Buffy Xanman and I are off to watch the movies I'm guessing we won't see you for a while ?" Faith questioned wiggling her eyebrows at Tara .

"oh shut up Faith" Willow groned going red once again ... (Maybe that's why she calls me red)

"If I'm interrupting something I'll just go wonder around town for a while give you my cell number..." Tara had started to get up moving her hand slowly out from behind Willow's back not wanting Faith to know she was already touching her best friend ... but Willow quickly grabbed her arm not letting her stand fully cutting off Tara's sentence ...

"No they were just going to watch a movie and eat popcorn I'd rather stay a little longer" she finished short of breath trying to get it out before Tara ran off ..

Though Tara tried hard not to let Faith notice ... the dark haired girl did anyhow she smiled and squeezed Willow's shoulder ... "I'm out see ya Red ..." she started to walk away " nice to meet you Tara" she waved grabbed Buffy who was waiting by the door by the arm and headed out after Xander who had gone to call the cab...

"B...beach house?" Tara questioned with a slight stutter looking confused at Willow ..

Willow laughed " not really a huge type beach house " She finally let go of Tara's arm " it's just a small little cottage type house on the beach , Faiths parents left it to her when they passed away , but Faith doesn't like living in it so she has it fully furnished incase someone she know's come's into town , she lives in the Summers house ... well she has an apartment in the summers house " Willow finished confusing Tara even more ...

"Summer's house?" Came the next question from Tara ....

"Buffy's mom has a huge big house it's three apartments , Buffy lives in one I live in the middle one and Faith lives on the top floor ..." Willow tried to make it more simple for the poor girl ..

" and where does Buffy's mom live?" And yet another question making Willow chuckle...

"Well you could say we are all orpahns.." She looked sad for a moment , Willow never really thought of it that way but none of them had parents anymore ..."well okay long story short" Willow started "wait I'm more then likely totally boring you to death with all this talk about me" She laughed softly and looked into Tara's eye's which suddenly seemed sad ..

"Not boring at all" Tara said urging the girl to keep talking (I like the sound of your voice) she thought.

"Well okay then" Willow sat back a bit ... "Xander's parents moved off and never told him" she laughed making Tara look at her funny "It was the best thing for Xander" Willow fixed quickly realizing that it sounded bad of her to laugh at her friends loss ... "They weren't the best of people, Faiths parents and Buffy's mom were out one night got into a car accident and well no more parents " Willow's eye's finally started to water , she loved Faiths parents and Buffy's mom they were her family ..."and well me I've always been an orpahn, My mother gave me up at birth as far as I know she told the people who took me she didn't want to ruin her career ... " Willow laughed a little at how heartless some people could be "It doesn't matter though I had a pretty good life in foster care..." She paused for a moment " wow now that you know my whole life history ! how about I get to know something about you ?" she questioned with a small smirk hoping to change the subject from something so depressing to maybe something a little lighter ...

Tara took a deep breath she couldn't help it she wanted to reach over and hug the red head but she didn't she kept to herself , she did only meet her a few hours before ... hugging was like a first date thing not a first meet thing .. "well .........hummm... My name is Tara McClay ... I'm orignally from Canada , alberta actually ... to cold there so I moved here ..." she smiled that was pretty much it ... she would save the deeper stuff for when she actually got to know Willow more ........ If she got to know Willow more (please let me get to know her more) she thought hopefully ...

"that's it?" Willow questioned "I want to know things I want to know what makes Miss Tara McClay From Canada tick ..." She laughed and mocked a serious look or at least Tara thought it was mocked ...

"well my favourite colour is red as you can tell ... " She looked down at her top and Willow's eye's couldn't help but follow stopping at Tara's breasts ... (oh gawd) Willow thought (what I would give to be that shirt) a small blush started creeping into her cheeks (she's wearing a black bra ...hmmm is it leather OH MY GOD I THINK ITS LEATHER) Willow took in a sharp breath ..

Tara smiled knowing exactly what Willow was thinking (I knew the leather bra was perfect) she smirked as she finally caught the redheads eyes with hers once more ...

Tara continued without mentioning a word about the bra "I'm well I think I'm older then you , I have no kids , never been married , I love chocolate and I'm allergic to shrimp." she finished hoping that would be enough for the red head ...

"Older then me you think ?" Willow questioned she knew it wasn't polite to ask a lady her age but she wondered how old Tara looked she looked wonderful what ever her age was ...

"How old are you?:" Tara asked Willow wanting to know first ..

"29" Willow honestly answered with a smile ..

"well then yes I was right I am older then you" Tara replied which supprised Willow she didn't think Tara was older maybe a year younger , or same age but not older not that it matter at all ..." I'm 31" Tara finally answered...

"see that wasn't so hard was it" Willow joked , nudging Tara a little with her knee .

"Na I guess not"Tara smiled ... "So what about you any kids?" She asked wondering

"nope just lil ole me" Willow smiled "Not that I wouldn't mind having a baby one day just once I meet the right person to have one with"

"I totally understand" Tara agreed ."ever been married?" was the next question from Tara and as soon as it was out of her mouth she knew she shouldn't have asked ...

Willow lowered her head slightly "not really married ya know gay marriage still not leagel here but I've been in a long term relationship that was like marriage" Willow again answered honestly with a smile herself noticing how it didn't hurt to talk about it with Tara it's like it ended years ago ... it just was something that happened and it didn't matter anymore ...

"sorry" Tara whispered feeling bad for having brought up some obviously bad memories ...

"no don't be it just ended a few months ago , was hard but now it's like it doesn't matter" She placed her hand over Tara's to let her know it's honestly alright ...

And Tara couldn't stop herself she wanted to know she was nosie she needed to know what happened "what happened if you don't mind me asking" she gave Willow a small smile and intertwined their fingers making the redheads heart skip a beat ..


"not at all , I came home from work one day and she was gone , no note no good bye , and its been months I've talked to her family they said she was fine , that she would call when she felt like it , she was cold she just didn't want to live the picket fence life anymore I guess .."Willow smiled "We were united for five years , but had been together for 9" Willow smiled when Tara squeezed her hand a little bit "but the past is the past right " she winked at Tara " and if we were together still I would never have been here tonight and I would never have met you" Willow rastionalized "which means" Willow let her sentence fade away as Tara leaned a little closer ...

"which means what" Tara questioned her hand was tingling from Willow's touch , she wanted to kiss the girl , she wanted to take all her pain and hide it keep it from ever hurting her again ... so she leaned in a little more ..

"Means We " Willow breathed a little heavier , shivers running up and down her spine ..

Tara could feel Willow's breath on her lips and she really really wanted to lean the rest of the way in just one soft kiss just one ..." wouldn't be here together" Tara finished for Willow her breath warming Willow's lips this time ...

"exactly" Willow took a deep breath and held it Tara so close she could almost feel her lips against her own , not even half an inch between them...

"RED!" Anya said excitedly breaking the two tranced girls apart lightening fast ...

"HI ANYA!?" Willow nearly yelled back at the girl who was standing looking down at the two of them ...

"Just saw you from the bar thought I would say hi I haven't seen you in a while " Anya ended her sentence short finally noticing a really annoyed looking blonde girl sitting rather close to Willow ...

"WELL THAT WAS NICE OF YOU ANYA" Willow said grinding her teath into dust ...

"Is this an orgasum friend?" Anya being like anya always is blurted making Tara blush ten shades of red .

"was hoping to be soon" Tara whispered under her breath no one hearing or well she thought no one heard , untill she felt Willow's hand squeez hers and a small sqeek come from the peitet red heads mouth ...

"No Anya This is a friend of mine Tara , Tara this is Anya , Xanders ............. Well I don't know what they are really she just hangs out with him alot ..." Willow explained ... getting really frustrated expecially after she just heard what Tara said .

"I'm Xanders sometimes orgasum friend" Anya smiled and reached her hand out to shake Tara's , Tara was ever as polite and took the offered hand for a quick moment ...

"Nice to meet you Anya " Tara smiled and let go of the other girls hand ...

"Well Anya it was nice talking to you but Tara and I have to go she's staying at Faiths beach house for a while .." WIllow stated as she stood up bringing Tara with her ...

Anya finally noticing what Tara was wearing "Well I must say if I didn't love penis so much I would be all over you girl" Again with no class Anya made both girls blush and then headed off towards the bar to get another drink..

"I must say I agree with her " Willow smiled as she walked beside Tara towards the door of the Bronze .."well not the penis part cause well yuk but the all over you part" Willow blurted out then realized how foward it sounded ...

"I must say Little Miss Willow you don't look so bad yourself" Tara smiled a flirty smile as she fully took in what Willow was wearing it was simple a pair of black jeans that sat low on her hips and a tight white tee shirt v neck ...

Willow blushed a little again " I have to say if I blush anymore tonight I think I might turn into a tomato .." She laughed making Tara laugh as well ..

"you'd probably make a cute tomato" Tara admited her fingers still interlocked with Willows as they flagged down a cab ..."May I ask a question Willow" she asked ...

"where are we going?" ....

Chapter 7

The cab pulled up infront of a rather large house , it sat alone , a huge wrap around pourch , the light on .
Willow paid the drive and stepped out taking Tara's hand helping her out of the backseat ...

The cab pulled away ... "this is your new home sweet home" Willow smiled and started to walk but got resistence from Tara she turned to look and see what was wrong and saw Tara's eye's wide

"I thought you said it was small?" The blonde questioned .. gently following Willow towards the front door ..

"well it is compaired to all the others around here" Willow pointed down the road where a 4 story house about 3 times the size of this one sat Tara shook her head and chuckled "it has 3 bed rooms , two baths 4 fire places ya know just your normal run of the mill rich peoples house " Willow laughed a little glint in her eyes ...

"Willow I can't stay here it's bigger then the farm I used to live on I mean the actually whole house is bigger then my WHOLE FARM " Tara sighed she didn't want to seem like she was using her new found friends but it was a nice house ...

"Faith doesn't mind at all and well it's better then the Bronze" She smiled a goofy smile making Tara laugh ..

"sweetie anything is better then the bronze" Tara kept laughing as she followed Willow to the house

Willow unlocked the door and flicked the inside lights on .."I'll show you around then maybe we can finish our talk?" Willow questioned she didn't want to leave yet she didn't want to go home to no one she wanted to stay right here and well talk to Tara "That is unless you're tired and want to go to bed then I'll go home" She walked towards the stairs towards the bedrooms ..

"No stay" Tara whispered "I'm not tired yet" and she suddenly stiffled a yawn ..

"uh huh" Willow laughed ..." big house give you the wigges ?" She asked

"a little" Tara was honest .. it wasn't big it was huge ...

Willow finally finished showing Tara where everything was then she headed into the kitchen while the other girl went and put on some jammies that Willow had pulled out of the closet for her..

She made two cups of tea and brought them into the living room sat them on the table and pulled a blanket out of the chest at the window ...
she sat on the big couch and made herself comfy while waiting for Tara ...

Willow heard the water to the shower upstairs stop and a few moments later Tara came bounding down the stairs drying her hair with a towel .. she walked into the living room and saw the two cups of tea and smiled .."Tea?" She questioned she didn't want to just assume

"Yup" Willow smiled and handed one to Tara who greatfully took it and sat beside her folding her feet up underneath herself leaning back and yawning again ...

"thank you Willow" Tara smiled , " You don't even know me and well you've found me a place to stay made me tea , made me feel at home in a town I don't even know"

"no need for thanks" Willow smiled and threw some of the blanket over Tara's lap to keep her from getting a chill "how could I not help such a pretty lady"

Tara sat her tea down and covered Willow's hand with her own once again.."so where were we" she asked ..

"I think you were about to kiss me" Willow boldly stated holding onto Tara's hand ...

Tara raised an eyebrow "Well see I thought you were about to kiss me" Tara stated with a smirk moving her body to face the redhead fully..

"oh really" Willow whispered getting slightly nervous she really wanted to kiss Tara , really did but again she didn't know Tara at all even though if felt like she did in the end she didn't know her at all..

"yes really" Tara moved in a little closer so Willow could feel her breath on her lips again..

"oh" Willow squeeked making Tara let out a throaty chuckle which just made Willow's next squeek higher pitched .

"I saw you watching me Willow" Tara whispered against Willow's lips making sure she got her point across , knowing her at all be damned , she was going to kiss the redhead tonight come hell or high water (Time for bold out there Tara) The blonde thought to her self as she moved her body to lean slightly over Willow's making the redhead sink further into the big couch ..."I sang that song for you" she leaned in just a slight more till there was only an inch between their bodies and not even half an inch between their lips she gave enough room for Willow to move away if she really wanted to .. "Everything inside you, about you
I want to know, taste, hold, love you anytime I want to" Tara almost moaned out the one line in the song that made Willow turn into a huge puddle of goo ...

"oh" Willow breathed "oh" was all she could say she could almost feel Tara's body against her's how she wanted to feel Tara's body against hers , pressed tightly into each other , legs against legs , thighs against thighs, hips against hips , breasts against breasts , lips melting into lips ..

"Why don't you just kiss me Willow" Tara asked slowly lowering herself onto Willow who some how managed to lay flat against the couch ..

"hmmm" Willow softly moaned when the blonde finally pressed against her, she couldn't take it any more and just when she was about to lean the half inch up and press her lips against Tara's ...

Tara leaned down and did it for her softly at first , testing , teasingly, brushing her lips over Willow's gently sucking on the redheads bottom lip softly running her teath across it ...

Willow leaned into Tara slowly wrapping her arms around the blondes back pulling her tighter against her if that was possible .. Willow moaned when she felt Tara's tongue run across her lips she opened her mouth letting the wet warmth in , Tara teased at first , running her tongue across Willow's lips peaking in and out of her mouth across her teeth ..

after a few moments Willow couldn't take any more she wover her hand through Tara's wet hair and pulled her tighter to her mouth sucking on her tongue gently making Tara moan into her mouth ...

Tara started to grind her hips softly at first , small almost not there movements , almost like she was just trying to get comfy , untill Willow's other hand found it's way to Tara's hip grabbing a hold almost digging her fingers in hard pulling Tara closer to her , Tara started to move more , she wasn't like this she didn't just jump people the first night she met them she got to know them dated them then jumped them not the first night though .
But this this was different Willow was different , she wanted her , she wanted every ounce of her , every inch of her she wanted it she wanted it all over her , inside her , from the moment their eye's met just a couple of hours ago she wanted the red head as her's she wanted to take her ...

And Willow wanted to Willow wanted so badly to take Tara , but she wasn't this type of person either she took her time she got to know people , it had been years since she had dated she hardly knew what she was doing any more but she wanted Tara if there was only one thing on this entire earth she knew it was that she wanted Tara ...

after a few moments Tara slowed her hips , her mind winning over her body , and Willow slowed her kiss her mind also winning ... their kiss ended what started off so sweet so slow turned so quickly into something so hot full of fire need want desire ...

Tara tried to lift herself from the redheads body so Willow could catch her breathe but Willow pulled her back down .
so she laid there softly ontop of the redhead , she stilled herself , and calmed her breathing before trying to speak

"I'm so sorry" she whispered slightly embaressed , "I'm not usally like this , I don't just ya know try to get into peoples pants I don't know what's up with me tonight" She said not know what else to say ...

Willow smiled and ran her fingers through Tara's hair calming the blonde girl completely "Don't be sorry , you didn't see me pulling away" Willow replied , " I'm not like this either usally" Willow smiled a small smile ..."just so you know" she finished so Tara didn't think she was some kinda floosy or something

"you're just I don't know how to put it , I spotted you sitting on the couch , I never look at people when I sing I get too nervous but you calmed me , I couldn't pull my eyes away." Tara slightly babbled laying her head down on Willow's shoulder ...

Willow sighed , and reached down pulling the blanket up over the two of them "I couldn't pull my eye's away either , I didn't want to" she said as she ran her hand over Tara's back "But I should get going let you get some sleep if you want I'll come back in the morning and bring you some things then we can go get your stuff from the Bronze and to the store to pick you up some food since the fridge is somewhat empty .." Willow smiled and was going to move but Tara stopped her , while trying to stop another yawn ...

"stay..." Tara asked in a whisper "Please" she didn't want to sound to foward but she felt .......safe...

"I'll take the other spare room you can have the master bedroom...there's a fireplace in there it'll keep you warm" Willow smiled and ran her fingers back through Tara's hair ..

She waited for a moment , after about thirty seconds there was no reply she turned her head a little to look down at Tara's face she smiled when she seen Tara had fallen asleep soundly , her breathing evening out ..

"well this turned into an interesting night thats for sure" Willow said and then yawned looking over at the clock she noticed it said ten past four in the morning ... "No wonder she's tired" Willow chuckled which made Tara shift her head onto the redheads chest and wrap her arms around Willow's body ... Willow stiffened for a moment then relaxed ...

"such a pretty woman , a beautiful voice , hiding from something... or someone" Willow softly whispered knowing a girl like Tara didn't just show up with nothing knowing no one in a small hick town like sunnydale unless she was hiding from something or someone ...

Tara snuggled down tighter drifting off into dream land while Willow started to doze her self ...

"good night Tara" Willow finally whispered just before she herself fell fast asleep ...

Chapter 8

"please no please" Tara whimpered in her sleep almost tossing the redhead off her ..

Willow woke with a start catching herself before she hit the ground , she looked at the clock it said 7:37am she realized they had only been a sleep for a few hours then she heard Tara again ..

"I swear I swear I won't run just let me up please " she begged in her sleep , Willow almost panicked knowing the girl was having a bad dream she softly leaned down and kissed the blondes forhead , then cheek "Tara sweetie wake up love" She urged "Tara please sweetie you're having a bad dream it's only a dream" she calmly spoke while running her fingers through Tara's sweat soaked hair ... Willow realizing she must have been dreaming for a while to be this distressed ..."Tara please sweetheart wake up I'm here you're safe it's just a dream" this time she finally got through to the tossing girl ... Tara slowly opened her beautiful eye's which were filled with pain and tears this time , they were hurt scared and haunted and Willow's heart raced feeling so much for the girl she hardly knew ..

Willow was almost in tears herself seeing those wonderful eyes filled with so much hurt made her feel sick "Tara sweetie I'm here okay you're safe no one's going to ever hurt you again okay" Willow continued to sooth even though she knew Tara was wided awake .. and every word she meant ...

"oh god Willow" Tara finally broke down into fully blown tears sobbing holding onto the redhead for dear life .. and Willow let her she held her she ran her hands up and down her back soothing her untill the sobbing settled into small hickups ...

"Oh Tara luv , I don't know what that dream was about but I promise as long as you stay with me I won't let anyone hurt you ever again" Willow did promise , she didn't know the girl from a stranger on the street but she knew she would do everything in her power to protect her even if they just stayed friends ..

"I'm so s..s...sss....sorry Wil..will..Willow" Tara's stutter was back and in full force ...she hid her head in the crook of Willow's neck so Willow wouldn't see her cry anymore ..

"Shh Tara just shhhh it's okay I promise it'll be okay" Willow kept on soothing not knowing what else she could do to help...

Almost an hour had passed and Tara had calmed down enough to sit back , Willow finally moved onto the couch , she leaned back and pulled Tara against her chest , "if you want to talk about it I'll listen I'm really good at listening" Willow smiled and kissed the top of Tara's head ..

"I bet" Tara whispered back relaxing and leaning further into the redhead ...

"I know you don't know me Tare , but I'm hoping we'll get the chance to get to know each other alot better" Willow admited nervously.."I'm not gonna run away at what you tell me I swear nothing could scare me away from those pretty eyes !" Willow smiled letting the blonde know she wasn't kidding

"I hope we get to know one another better too Willow" Tara also admited she really wanted to know the red head she wanted to be part of her life , but Tara was scared , "I'm here in Sunnydale because I'm running" she closed her eye's to try and stop the tears that were threatening to fall once again .. Tara knew she had to tell the redhead at least to protect herself if her ..... if they came looking for her

"from what love" Willow softly questioned running her hands up and down Tara's arms ..

"from my father" Tara admited ... the tears really starting to well up in her eye's ..

Willow held her breath for a moment ..." why sweetie" She urged Tara to tell her " Tell me Tara , I won't hate you, or not want to be around you , You can tell me and I won't run"

"he well I ..." Tara took a deep breath and turned her body a little to look at Willow's eye's she needed to make sure she wasn't going to go away , she needed , wanted to trust her ..and she did without question she trusted the redhead she didn't know why she couldn't explain it but she trusted her with her whole being "After my mother died he locked me away , beat me , did things " Tara shuddered and took a deep breath "he tried to do them while my mother was alive but she was sick I would have run sooner but she needed me so I stayed and when she died my life ended" The tears were falling freely from her eye's but they were being caught by Willow.
Willow kept whiping them away soothing her so she went on "I ran away a few years ago , but he seems like he know's where I go everytime , he finds me ..." she took another breath before going on "he beats me I have scars alot of them , emotional , physical, mental.. and he knows what to use against me "

Tara turned back around and leaned back into Willow's body ... not once did the redhaired girl flinch pull away or look angry with Tara ... so Tara relaxed completely ..

"I won't let him near you again Tara" Willow offered "and if he finds you here , he won't hurt you" she placed another soft kiss on Tara's head ...

"he found out I was gay when I was 22 , instead of disowning me like most parents do , he called me a demon he beat me he locked me in a closet for 12 days " Tara took a breath , she had never shared any of this with anyone and here she was telling a total stranger everything "I was an adult it wasn't any of his business" she was angry , her hands were in tight fists and Willow noticed this she reached down and clasped her fingers through Tara's , Tara smiled slightly , "you calm me" she whispered to Willow ..

"It's what I'm here for" Willow smiled and gave Tara's hands a light squeez.

"My mother was sick from when I was 17 I took care of her she passed away when I was 22 , I've been running since then" Tara sighed " ten years and I can't get away from him" a shiver went through her body and Willow wrapped their arms around her tightly holding her "everytime he finds me he breaks me a little bit more mentally" she chuckles in a hurt way "physically" Tara closes her eye's "last time he broke 6 ribs and my collar bone"

Willow tightens her grip a little more trying to take the mental pain away , she took a breath to calm herself so she didn't get angry because that was the last thing Tara needed right now .." He Will Not Hurt You Ever Again" Willow states and Tara believes ..

"I for some odd reason believe you Willow I don't know you but I believe you" Tara smiles and looks up at the redhead ..

"and if he tries ...." She takes a moment to calm herself down again " Faith and Buffy have black belts , as well as kick boxing training" Willow smiles slightly which makes Tara let out a small giggle "well more then training really " she laughs a little harder "they own the biggest kickboxing training centre in Sunnydale" Tara looks up at her suprised " they both have alot of pent up agression" she shrugs

"They look so small" Tara wonderes aloud .

"ya but they are fiesty" Willow jokes and makes Tara laugh and lean into her more ...

Tara yawns again "how about we go upstairs" Willow suggessets .

Tara raises her eyebrow " not for anything but sleep" Willow jokes " okay and maybe some snuggles I think someone I know might need some" she smiles down at Tara who is starting to stand ..
Tara reaches a hand down to Willow and helps her up .

"I'm going to change into some jammies and you get into bed I'll be in , in a moment " Willow says as she heads towards the bathroom..

"an amazing girl" Tara whispers as she turns the bedroom light on and climbs into bed pulling back the covers for Willow to get in when she's done ...

After a moment Willow comes out of the bathroom in sushi jammies , Tara can't help but laugh "cute" she says as Willow blushes

"it's the only ones Buffy had left here" she pouts a little and melts Tara's heart a little bit more .

Willow climbs into bed beside Tara and lays on her back pulling Tara almost on top of her before pulling the covers up ."Have a good sleep Tara" she whispers

"You too Willow" Tara smiles back as she leans up and places a small soft kiss on Willow's lips "thank you" she says before laying her head on Willow's chest and falling fast to sleep this time to no bad dreams just the softness of the new person below her .

Chapter 9...

"funny shape or round?" Tara asked as a sleepy Willow comes crawling into the kitchen in her well in Buffy's sushi jammies ..Tara can't help but smile the girl is just to cute..

"huh?" Willow questions confused... as she stretches slightly and sits down at the island in the kitchen watching Tara cook .."Where did you get food from?" She sends another question Tara's way.

"I got up a little while ago got dressed and headed to the store to get some food" Tara smiled at Willow and waved the spatula around "so Funny shapes or round pancakes?" She askes again getting another smile from Willow

Willow thought about it for a moment "Funny shapes I've never had funny shapes" She bounces a little .

"Oh that's so sad" Tara laughes "and I'm glad you want funny shapes cause I'm not very good at making rounds" She laughes again and Willow joins in..

"yum those were good" Willow sighs as she curls up on the couch with a warm mocha in her hand.

"thank you" Tara looked at Willow and grabbed a blanket sitting down beside the redhead she covered them both and curled into Willow's side..

"chilly darlin?" Willow wrapped her arms around Tara holding her close trying to warm her ..

"A little" Tara covered her mouth as she yawned ..

" You're tired you should have a nap and I'll call Buff and get her and Faith to meet me at the Bronze" Willow smiled and ran her hand up Tara's arm looking at the clock seeing it was still rather early in the day realizing Tara must have only slept for another hour if that .. "We'll get your stuff and bring it back here"

Tara stretched a little " that sounds almost tempting" she smiles "but I can't let you get all my stuff and bring it here without helping" she threw the covers off so she wouldn't fall asleep ..

"I guess you can come but you don't need to lift a thing" Willow had her resolve face.

"fine" Tara pouted she already felt bad for everything Willow had done for her especially last night, the blonde woman's face turned sad a little "thank you for last night by the way or maybe I should say this morning " she looked into Willow's eye's leaning foward off the couch a little .

"Don't ever thank me Tara for being there for you" Willow kept her resolve face and ran her hand down Tara's back "Now lets get dressed and head to the girls house" Willow smiled and got up off the couch grabbing Tara's hand and heading towards the stairs ..

Chapter 9 1/2

" I Can't wait to get the rest of my clothes" Tara sighed walking down the street close enough to Willow that their shoulders kept bumping , She felt a little uncomfy in her leather pants , it was rather warm out today and well she was sweating and leather and sweat not a good combo.

"Uncomfy?" Willow giggled bumping her shoulder into Tara's on purpous "Well I must Say Miss McClay you look rather inviting in that outfit"

"Oh I do do I " Tara questioned with a raised eyebrow and a smirk .

"yes yes you do" Willow agreed again .. smiling back at the blonde .

"oh well then I guess I will suffer a little longer in the heat and stickyness of these pants just so you can oggle a little more" Tara laughed as she stretched her arms over her head giving Willow a full view of her shirt pulling extreamly tight over her chest and toned stomach .

"gulp" Willow squeeked quietly staring intently at Tara as she finished stretching ... Willow noticed how her shirt lifted and showed her stomach a little .

Tara laughed having gotten the response from Willow that she was hoping for .

They walked a little further down the road in silence for a while , Tara sighed she really wanted to hold the redheads hand but she didn't want to seem to foward (you dork Tara , seem to foward you practically jumped the poor girl last night I doubt she would mind if you held her hand now) her inner thoughts were running wild , The blonde slowly reached her hand down brushing her knuckles against Willow's hoping Willow would get the hint ... and yes Willow did she reached and clasped Tara's hand within her own twining their fingers tightly ..

Willow smiled she had been waiting to see if Tara would grab her hand or make some sort of attempt .
the red head smiled wider as she came up to the summers walk way seeing Faith sitting on the pourch swing Buffy's head in her lap "Are you sure they aren't together?" Tara whispered to Willow seeing how the two seemed so close almost like they had been a couple for years .

"I'm sure" Willow chuckled "Faith only wishes , though they are best friends for years now almost 15 I think " Willow smiled to Tara ..

"Nice to see you finally dragging yourself home there Red" Faith smirked as she seen Willow's hand wound through Tara's ..

Willow blushed slightly even though she was a grown woman and could do what ever she wanted whenever she wanted she still felt as though she had to answer to her friends sometimes (they are so over protective sometimes) She thought to her self as she stepped up beside her friends.

"I crashed at the beach house last night Tara didn't want to stay alone her first night and it was late and I didn't want to walk home that late by myself " She reasoned with a small smile playing on her lips ..

"uh huh" Buffy nodded sleeply opening one eye to look at Willow just realizing that Tara was standing right beside her , Buffy shot up, rubbing the sleep from her eye's

"good morning sunshine" Faith smiled bumping Buffy a little making Willow and Tara laugh ..

"my head hurts" Buffy pouted leaning back against Faiths shoulder ..

" uh huh maybe from a little to much drinking ?" Willow questioned with a bigger smile knowing her friend was plastered last night .

"Hi Tara" Faith smiled a wicked little smile making the blonde lower her head and blush slightly , she felt as if she had to answer to Willow's friends too ..

"Buffy this is Tara , Tara this is Buffy my other best friend" WIllow introduced since she realized that Buffy hadn't actually met Tara yet only Faith had ...

Buffy reached out her hand to take the one offered by Tara "You're the girl from the bar last night the one with the beautiful voice" Buffy blurted out making Tara blush a little more as she let go of the Smaller blonde girls hand .

"yes she is" Willow smiled proudly and she was proud just to be standing beside this beautiful girl .

Tara yet again blushed a deeper shade of red becoming very shy compaired to the girl Willow met last night .

"Hey what was the name of that really hot song you sang last night to Red here?" Faith questioned making Tara , Buffy and Willow's eyes go wide

"FAITH!" Willow and Buffy moaned at the same time , if there was one thing about Faith that everyone knew it was that she wasn't affarid to say what she was thinking ..

"What!??" Faith questioned with a smile knowing why they were both yelling at her "it was a nice song I liked it" She reasoned softly shrugging her shoulders making Tara chuckle ..

"i i ..It's called .... Y,..Yeah .." Tara stuttered nervously .. smiling at the same time .

"that was a pretty hot song" Buffy had to agree making both Tara and Willow blush .

both for the exact same reason too .. It made Willow flushed thinking about the way the blonde sang it last night while looking her dead in the eye the entire time ..

and Tara because she thought it was one of the most sexually charged things she had done to a total stranger and Willow got the hint ..

"ya good song" Willow also agreed once she got control over her mind again ..

"thank you" Tara smiled at all three girls ..

"So" Willow started " Can we borrow Faith and your truck?" She looked towards Buffy with hopeful eyes

"sure want my help too?" Buffy asked her head slightly hurting but it would be nice to get to know Tara more since she seemed to have grown on Willow alot since last night ..

"if you want to but if you're not feeling up to it it's alright" Willow smiled knowing how hungover Buffy really was , even though she was trying not to seem that way right now ..

"oh whats another hangover ! not like I haven't ever had one before !" Buffy insisted With a smile

"Hey why did I just get volentold and Buffy gets to stay home if she doesn't want to go" Faith pouted but then smiled she didn't mind really she just liked to bug the redhead ..'Not that I mind to much Goldie locks here is kinda hot " Faith stuck her tongue out at Willow

"Because" was Willow's only answer as she scruffled Faiths hair and headed into the house "Faith I'm raiding your closet" She yelled out as she dragged Tara behind her , Tara gave a small wave as she was wisked into the house .

"I like her" Faith stated as she ran her fingers through Buffy's hair ..

"me to I think" Buffy agreed but scrunched her nose a little "I think she's hiding something though" She added as she fully leaned back into Faith getting comfy , and yawning ..

"maybe but she still seems nice so far , much more shy then I thought she was last night though" Faith added wondering where the upfront , bold Tara went to ..

"true she is nice" Buffy agreed closing her eye's again, dozing back off slightly..

Faith smiled and held Buffy close to her enjoying every moment she could ..

"Raiding her closet?" Tara questioned as she headed upstairs following Willow who opened a door and there was a whole different apartment ...

"Ya thought I would find you something more comfy" Willow smiled as she walked to the bedroom and opened the closet door ..

Willow pulled out a hoody , and a pair of hip hugger jeans .."Better?" Willow asked as she handed them to Tara

"oh much" Tara sighed , it would be nice to get out of those damn leather pants "Are you sure Faith won't mind me wearing these?" She asked worriedly

"not at all " Willow smiled looking at Tara wondering why the girl hadn't started changing yet then realizing that Tara might want some privicey "Sorry I'll leave" Willow chuckled and started to turn towards the door ..

"No it's okay just turn around" Tara smiled blushing slightly she would have changed with the red head watching but she was sort of missing an undergarment " I usally wouldn't care" She added "But I'm kinda missing some umm undergarments" Tara blushed as she slowly slid out of her leather pants throwing them on the bed she grabbed the jeans ..

"Oh" Willow squeeked wanting so badly to turn around , she wanted to see Tara , see her beautiful legs leading to somewhere else that would be no doubt beautiful ...

Tara gave a throaty laugh "okay all done" she said as she started to pull the hoody over her head ..

Willow turned around a little to fast and bumping into Tara the hoody staying stuck on Tara's head as she fell to the groud with Willow on top of her, they both started laughing until Willow opened her eyes and took a sharp breath when she realized she was laying on a half dressed Tara ..

Tara's breathing also quicked once she felt the heat from Willow's body pressed against her naked torso .
They didn't say a word and neither of them moved, they didn't want to embaress the other...Tara didn't mind , really she was slightly shy about her body she didn't want Willow to see all the scars from her father but she didn't mind Willow wasn't really looking actually Willow was advoiding looking down at all .
(oh my god she's naked and she's under me) Thoughts went through Willow's head a mile a minuet .

(She's laying on top of me and I don't have a shirt on , hummm it would be so easy to kiss her right now) Tara thought noticing how Willow's soft lips were only inches from hers ..(I think I just might) and with that thought Tara leaned in the rest of the way and kissed Willow full on...kissed the redhead heated wanting needing longingly kissed her...

Willow couldn't breathe Tara was kissing her like she is the only person she will ever want again and Willow couldn't think all she could do was kiss back she slowly moved her hand up beside her on the floor to support herself while she softly ran her tongue over Tara's lips and as she rested her hand beside Tara her arm grazed the side of Tara's breast making her inhale sharply into Willow's mouth .

Which then caused Willow to moan into Tara's , Tara intertwined her fingers in Willow's soft hair pulling her closer moaning slightly.. neither of them heard the bedroom door open and neither of them knew Faith was standing there with a massive smirk on her lips getting ready to interrupt them .

"ah hum" Faith cleared her throat smirking down at the two girls who flew apart like they had just been struck by lightening then Faiths eye's almost popped out of her head "Oh damn I'm sorry leaving now" she slowly back out of the room not wanting to bump into anything since she just slammed her hand over her eye's after she noticed Tara was slightly topless..

Tara blushed about forty shades of red as she crossed her arms over her chest to hide herself from Faith and Willow "well" she said as she took the offered hoody from the red head who had closed her eye's but they popped open when they noticed a rather large scar on Tara's ribcage..

"Tara" she whispered moving closer her eye's suddenly sad moving Tara's arm she ran her fingers across the old scar ..

"Willow" Tara said self consessily trying to hide she wasn't shy about Willow seeing her body she just was scared Willow would be discusted with her scars ...

"I'm guessing this is one of the causes for the nightmares?" Willow asked softly placing her hand over the scar trying with all her might to help the blonde forget the pain it caused ..

Tara looked into Willow's face for a moment trying to judge her thoughts realizing all she seen in the other girls eye's was care , worry , softness .. "ya it is he thought it would be funny to see how sharp his hunting knife was that day went a little too deep that time " Tara whispered back lowering her eye's from the redheads Willow reached up and lifted her chin softly with her index finger ..

"Tara" Willow said trying to get the other girl to look at her "Tara sweetheart look at me" Willow pushed softly" These scars don't make me think of you any differently" She gave a small smile trying to ease the other girls mind .."they just make me what to kiss all the pain away from them" she tilted her head a little trying to figure out what Tara was thinking ..

"oh Willow" Tara sighed tears forming in her eyes she didn't know how she could feel so much for a total stranger she didn't realize a total stranger could care so much for her ... she had never felt this before , she had never had someone look at her like this she had never had someone care like this ... and yet she didn't really even know Willow yet ..

Willow wrapped her arms around Tara holding her tight letting her know without words that it was okay she could let go she could cry if she wanted to she could scream if that made her feel better and Willow wouldn't let go .. if she could hold onto this wonder of a woman infront of her forever she would ....

There is going to be a slightly delay on the fiction Working on it ... My computer's word program has kind of gone and deleted everything I had written so far .. which was about 10 more chapters so I have to start over from the last chapter hopefully it won't take me long but I'm slightly pissed off about it soooooo I'm taking a little break but I will hopefully have a few chapters written tonight and tomorrow and I will be able to post them ... if not there will be a week or two wait !
