Poor Anya... no matter how hard she tries, she ends up screwing up... oh well. It was funny.

And poor Willow and Tara too. Our girls need their smoochies!

MINIATURE UPDATE

Immediately continuing from the last post, read that first before you read this.

~~~
The red-orange fire in the large red cup aka bucket continued to burn brightly, the heat from the miniature inferno was pulsating, the hot waves of fire sending beads of sweat down Anya and Xander's body, they were immediately warmed.
Anya and Xander were utterly at a loss, too stunned to even move to put the fire out. They stood shell-shocked for a long moment, eyes wide as two flying saucers, just staring at the burning donation container as if the fire would put out itself.
The first good thing Anya had tried to do, the first selfless good deed in a thousand years, and it ended in disaster.
Utter disaster.
Absolute catastrophe.
Pure calamity.
Through no fault of her own, through no fault of their own, just a man with a ciggarette and Anya's vauge attempt at putting out the grey smoke. Alcohol and fire, well....they just don't mix. They don't mix well at all.
But how could she know that there was alcohol in that cup anyway?
There's just no way.
All of the donations that were in the large cup were probably pretty much in ashes right about now, Willow's money was gone, along with everyone else's...Buffy's, Dawn's, Tara's, not to mention the money they themselves had donated. As well as a good number of currency that a few other strangers were generous enough to donate from their own pockets.
It was all gone.
It wasn't fair to them, it wasn't fair to the poor.
They had to make up the money somehow, no matter the cost.
"Xander!" Anya screamed as she pointed to the burning bucket frantically, she was hopping up and down while waving a hand at the fire, she was panicked, so was Xander. "Xander!" she yelled again, her arms waving frantically at the large bucket. "Do something!"
Xander looked at the burning inferno, then back at his girlfriend, then to the burning inferno once again.
He didn't move.
"XANDER!" Anya clenched her teeth and fist, stomping her foot rapidly, her eyes were still wide like volleyballs, they were practically popping out of her head.
She couldn't believe that her boyfriend wasn't trying to do anything, trying to help her, the money for the poor depended on it. Her duty at making the world a better place for all humans depended on it.
That money inside the donation container meant everything, otherwise all their efforts in front of the Macy's store, all her bell ringing, the tons of joy she had spread to everyone around her....was for nothing.
Nothing.
It was all a waste.
"Umm..." Xander tried to think of something to do, anything. "I don't see anything to..." He looked around them for some water, anything liquid that wasn't flammable, anything at all. There was nothing, only some snow near the sidewalk...and there was some kind of....snow!
Xander looked down near their feet and grabbed a large handful of white snow, roughly pouring it into the oversized burning bucket, the flames decended instantly, grey smoke came floating into the air where the fire was.
Xander bent down again to shovel some more snow from the ground, as well as Anya, the both of them placing it into the oversized bucket, making sure all of the fire was completley out.
They needed to be sure.
The couple both hovered over the donation bucket, some snow still in their hands.
They were ready.
"I think it's out." Xander said after a moment, panting a bit at their frantic efforts to put out the mini inferno, he frowned at the large bucket, sure that any type of paper money was pretty much burned into ashes.
He seriously doubted that there was anything left, maybe a few charcoal coins, but most likely...everything would be gone.
"I'm sorry, Anya." he said softly, eyeing the burnt bucket, he sighed as he shook his head, putting down his handful of snow that he obviously didn't need anymore.
Anya looked up at Xander with tear shot eyes, she looked at her boyfriend, hurt.
"I know how much all this meant to you." he finished gently, attempting to put an arm around his girlfriend, but Anya just pushed him away.
"Stop." she just said, throwing her own handful of snow to her feet, her eyes angry. "Just stop." she said again, letting out a deep breath, her eyes hard.
"Nobody! Nobody respects the bucket! Look!" she hands the bucket to Xander.
"Okay, does this look like a garbage can to you?"
Xander just shook his head.
"Does it look like an ashtray to you?" she asked, her jaw clenched.
Xander shook his head again.
"Everything is ruined!" she cried out, throwing her hands into the air.
"Anya..." Xander strarted to say, worried about his girlfriend. He had never seen her this upset about anything, never at all, it unsettled him a great deal. He tried to put his arm on Anya's shoulder to comfort her. "It can be replaced." he said softly.
"No, I just..." Anya shook her head, aggravated, she pulled away from Xander roughly. "I really thought that this would be my time...my time to help...to make up for all, for everything I..." she put her hands over her face, shaking her head from side to side. "Forget it." she said after a moment, stepping a few feet away from her boyfriend, walking towards the burnt bucket and ruined money, she picked up the red cup and peeked inside, all the white snow blocking the view of the charred remains. "Just forget it, everything I do ends up in disaster."
"That's not true." Xander shook his head, stepping closer to the ex-demon turned humanitarian, or at least trying to be a humanitarian.
"Yes it is Xander." Anya stated her voice high. "I go ice-skating and I crash...I try to help Willow and Tara with their dresses, try to help them and I know they hate all my suggestions, I see it in their eyes...And now this!" Anya pointed at the bucket she was holding. "I hate it Xander, I hate trying to help people."
"The fire wasn't your fault, Anya." Xander said adamently, pulling his girlfriend in his arms ignoring Anya's attempts at pulling away, her just pulled her closer. "And Willow and Tara...they appriciate everything that you're doing, they really do."
Anya lifted her head which was buried into Xander's chest, looking into his eyes. "Really?"
"I know they do." Xander voiced, staring at Anya's eyes. "I just don't think they like the burlap too much." he shrugged.
Anya chuckled. "Yeah..."
"You okay?" he questioned, wiping a tear from Anya's cheek.
Anya just nodded, burying her head back into Xander's chest.
They stood like that until they heard a group of people singing Christmas Carols, their voice sounded amazing. It was breathtaking to hear, even more breathtaking to see.
Xander and Anya both looked at the group, still in each others arms.They turned their heads to the group just a few yards away from them, silently watching. All their anger subsiding, the money in the bucket momentarally forgotten.
'Oh come all ye faithful,
joyful and triumphant,
Oh come ye, oh come ye to Bethlehem.
Come and behold him, born the king of angels....'
"Merry Christmas, Anya." Xander said softly, still watching the carolling group in front of them.
"Merry Christmas." she said in a whisper, watching the group as well continue to sing. 'Willow and Tara should see this.'
------
At the Macy's store the four girls are shopping, looking at all the merchandise intently. The four girls were eager to buy some new stuff to bring back home to Sunnydale.
Dawn had found a really inexpensive Jansport bag that she wanted to buy, and Buffy was looking at a really nice leather jacket, studying it, the look in her eyes told Willow and Tara that she wanted to buy it.
Willow looked at the jacket that Buffy was eyeing and her eyes widened, she looked at Tara and motioned her hands at Buffy.
The jacket Buffy looked like she wanted to buy was the exact jacket Willow and Tara had got for Buffy, it was almost like the one Willow had worn when the gang had walked in on them, just a liitle bit different in the design. But it was definetley the same jacket they had bought that Buffy was ready to put in her shopping bag, the exact same jacket.
Tara looked confused, she tilted her head at the redhead questionably, frowning.
Willow's eyes widened at Tara's confused look, as Willow moved towards Tara pulling her to one side.
"Willow, what..." Tara was about to say until her lover had interuppted.
"Baby, Buffy is about to buy the same jacket that we already bought her, it's in our room remember?" the redhead remined her fiancee, her voice in a hushed whisper. "She can't buy that jacket, Tara." she said adamently, glancing back at her best friends who was in the process of placing the rather expensive leather jacket into her shopping bag.
Her mind was made up.
Tara frowned slightly as she looked towards where Buffy and Dawn were, her eyes caught the sight of the familiar jacket and her eyes widened as well. "Well, stop her." Tara suggested urgently, gently pushing Willow to where Buffy was standing, oblivious.
Willow rushed to where Buffy was, once she was a few couple of feet next to her best friend, she stopped, looking back at Tara. Tara just waved a hand at her, telling her to keep going.
Willow nodded dumbly, and carefully walked the couple of feet towards Buffy.
Buffy saw her best friend from the corner of her eye and smiled at her.
"Hey, Willow." the slayer smiled at the redhead.
"Hey." Willow managed to utter, smiling back at Buffy. "Whatcha got there?" she asked meekly, her hands folded behind her back, she kept her smiling feature.
Buffy looked up at her friend and dug through her shopping bag, pulling out the leather jacket. "I got this." the slayer stated, still holding out the jacket for Willow to see, Tara was in the backround looking on with interest and curiousity.
"It's really nice, huh?" she asked Willow, smoothing a head over the leather material of the jacket reverently.
Willow's eyes widened as Buffy's gaze was elsewhere, on the jacket. As soon as Buffy looked back to Willow, the redhead went back to her smiling, her grin as wide as a yellow banana.
Buffy was oblivious.
"We got you one already, Buffy." Willow muttered under her breath, barely audible.
"Huh?" Buffy asked Willow with a frown, straining to hear what the redhead had just said. "What was that?"
"I said, don't you alreay have tons of leather jackets?" she questioned, her brow furrowing.
Willow had decide that she needed to divert the slayers attention elsewhere, away from the jacket.
She had to convince Buffy that buying that jacket would be the worst idea in the world, that the money used to buy it could be put to better more useful use.
She needed to think of a way of getting Buffy to walk away from the jacket without telling her that they had already bought her the same one just days before.
It needed to be a surprise. Surprises were great. Eveybody loved surprises.
All with the surprises.
"No..." Buffy dragged out her words, her brow furrowing as well. "I only have one back home, which is all scratched up, this one is..." she couldn't finish her sentence as Willow had interuppted her in an instant.
"Horrible?" Willow finished for her, her eyebrows raised.
Buffy was confused, her beloved jacket, the one she had fallen in love with was horrible?
Willow must be mistaken.
"You think this jacket is horrible?" Buffy questioned, looking at the jacket in her hands.
Dawn, seeing the scene, stopped her browsing and listened on.
"It's horrendous, Buffy." Willow stuck out her tounge for extra effect, causing Tara from the backround, to giggle.
"How many cows had to die to make that?" Willow asked her best friend, grabbing the jacket into her arms and placing it back onto the rack.
Buffy was completley and utterlty shocked at all of Willow's actions, it didn't make any sense.
"Are you serious?" Buffy asked, utterly shocked and confused.
"Yes, Buffy, c'mon." the redhead grabbed onto Buffy's shoulders and led her away.
Buffy glanced back towards the rack where the jacket was with broken puppy dog eyes while Willow led her away even further, Tara and Dawn followed behind them.
The blonde, who had been watching on seemed utterly amused, Dawn seemed confused, Buffy was heartbroken and confused, while Willow seemed satisfied, a wide grin enveloping her face.
When Willow was sure Buffy was as far away from the jacket as possible, and that Buffy wasn't going to go anywhere near the rack, she walked self-satisfied and pretty smug towards her lover.
"I can't believe you did that." Tara smiled at Willow, grabbing a quick kiss.
"I'm a master." Willow shrugged matter of factly, smiling a huge grin at her lover.
"You really are." Tara nodded, glancing momentarily at the changing rooms, Willow followed her gaze and smiled sensually.
They had made love only once at a dressing room, unable to control themselves. And what with the gang interuppting them, and Buffy and Dawn walking in on them last night, they were very much sexually frustrated.
All their pent up sexual energy were just bursting to come out and be realeased. They tried to be as self-controled as possible, but they were only human.
"You want to?" Willow asked softly, kissing Tara gently on her lips, her hands began burying themselves in blonde hair.
Tara just nodded, pulling Willow towards the changing rooms.
This time, no one was going to interrupt them...hopefully.
I know it's a 'G-rated fic' but I can easily change that, just say the word and I can make it NC-17, I'll think of a way to make it a really romantic and sexual scene right after I eat my Thanksgiving dinner.
Willow and Tara deserve some smoochies. :)
Christmas Carols
Renee85
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

NOTE: The following is rated NC-17.

I just changed the rating of this fic to NC-17...'shrugs'....I'm sure all of us are 18 and over, right? If not, well...if you think you're mature enough, then keep reading, if not...turn back. I'm sure you're parents taught you about the birds and the birds, right?

The decision to change the G-rating is soley based on the needs of Willow and Tara, and well, of us. We need it as much as they do. After being interrupted TWO TIMES, well they pretty much NEED this.... I can't ignore that! :)

Now...I've never, ever written a love scene before, so bear with me if it sucks. I'll try my best to write the following well, or as well as I can get it. Hopefully it comes out okay.

Continued:

"I'm a master." Willow shrugged matter of factly, smiling a huge grin at her lover.

"You really are." Tara nodded, glancing momentarily at the changing rooms, Willow followed her gaze and smiled sensually. They had made love only once at a dressing room, unable to control themselves. And what with the gang interuppting them, and Buffy and Dawn walking in on them last night, they were very much sexually frustrated. All their pent up sexual energy were just bursting to come out and be realeased. They tried to be as self-controled as possible, but they were only human.

"You want to?" Willow asked softly, kissing Tara gently on her lips, her hands began burying themselves in blonde hair.

Tara just nodded, pulling Willow towards the changing rooms.

This time, no one was going to interrupt them.

Tara held tightly onto her lover's hand, gently pulling Willow towards the changing room, the rooms had doors instead of curtains which were closable and lockable, so there was no reason they would be interuppted, that is if they could control themselves and be as quiet as possible, seeing as the rooms were pretty much connected, other people would be just a few feet away from them.

They didn't want to alarm anyone.

As the two girls neared the changing rooms, Willow hurriedly rushed to grab some clothes off a rack, not caring what it was, not even looking at what it was, she just grabbed it, as if they were going to try them on, but they both knew that they were only going to try on each other.

Clothes be damned, they weren't going to be needing them this time.

Not at all.

Willow and Tara were relieved to find out that the changing rooms were pretty much empty, all the doors were opened slightly, telling the two that there was no one in them, and that meant that they could pick and choose which room to go in.

Tara's eyes darted across the small hall and pulled Willow into the far end of the hallwa, gently dragging her into the tiny squared room, locking the door behind them.

As soon as the two girls were sure that they were alone, Willow gently shoved Tara against the wall, capturing the bllonde's lips in a firey kiss, their toungues entwining with each others, their kiss was utterly passionate and loving.

Completley uninhibited.

They kissed for a few more minutes as Tara buried her hands into her lover's bright red hair, her slender fingers dissapearing into the auburn tresses, pulling Willow's face closer to hers, kissing Willow more intently. Tara kissed her like she has never been kissed before, it was more passionate, more loving, more forcefu,l yet gentle at the same time.

The kiss was filled with more desire, more arousal, more...love.

It was just more.

Always more.

Everytime they made love, everytime they kissed, everytime they would just look into each other's eyes...more love enveloped them, surrounded them, filled their hearts and body like something natural, something that would always be, like it was part of them. Every single day, every single minute, every single second that passed, they seemed to want each other more.

They always wanted each other.

The two girls couldn't get enough of each other.

Tara pulled her face back slightly after a moment, panting. Breathing in and out frantically, it was as if they had both run a mile, it sure felt as if they did, it also felt as if they had floated on air, being with each other always felt that way.

Willow was panting as well, her breathing was just as shallow as Tara's.

Their faces were both flushed, pale lipstick were smeared, their hair was messied.

After the two witches had pulled back, they looked intently into each others eyes, just staring deeply into each other's deep orbs, staring into them as if they were looking into each other's souls, as if they could see into each others aura's, reading each other's innermost feelings and thoughts and memorizing them. Always memorizing them.

Their faces were mere inches away from each other.

Their mouths were centimeters away from each other.

Their lips were so close that they were breathing the same air, sharing the same breath.

Their eyes were still locked.

Like they couldn't look away even if they wanted to.

It was magnetic.

It was always magnetic.

"I love you, Tara." Willow said softly, almost in a whisper, her eyes were still locked onto Tara's deep azure orbs. She didn't ever want to look into anyone's eyes, only Tara's, always Tara's. The blonde's deep blue eyes seemed to go on forever, neverending. Willow could look into them for all eternity.

The redhead's words brought a soft smile to Tara's face, her eyes sparkled with a thin sheen of tears, happy tears.

Always happy tears.

"I love you, too." the blonde whispered, her voice just as low as her lover's, their mouths just centimeters apart. Tara watched Willow smile as well, still staring deeply into each other's eyes, Willow's eyes seemed to glimmer under the dim lights of the changing rooms, the deep emerald green of her orbs shining brightly, sparkling a bit under Tara's intense gaze. "I love you more than I've ever loved anyone." she added soflty, bringing her lips to Willow's in a gentle, loving embrace.

"I know." Willow managed to utter between passionate kisses, her hands busying themselves under Tara's long skirt, pushing the soft material up slightly to give herself better access.

Willow carefully broke their kiss, burying her mouth against Tara's neck, kissing the skin under her lover's chin gently and lovingly, sucking the blonde's pulsepoint feverishly. "I always know." Willow declared softly, her voice sending tiny gooseflesh throughout Tara's body, causing her to shiver.

Willow's hands were still busy caressing Tara's inner thigh, her slender fingertips playing with the waistband of the blonde's panties, digging a bit deeper into the material of her undergarmets, pulling the thin fabric lower and lower down her legs, finding...

"Oh, Willow..." Tara let out a soft moan, her eyes closing in passion. She bit her lip slightly to stifle any more moans that may come from her throat, deep from the innermost of her soul, from her heart.

The place where she had kept Willow's. The place where she always kept Willow's. The place where she would always keep Willow's.

Willow brought her mouth back towards Tara's full lips, kissing her gently, kissing the corner of her mouth softly, bringing her tongue to trace in between them, before pushing it's way inside, into the valley of her mouth, their tongues entwining like two vines.

The redhead's hands and slender fingers were still busy playing with the soft blonde hairs of her lover, just inbetween Tara's thighs. They kissed each other again, gently and full of unhibited desire and lust.

Pure and utter arousal.

Pure love.

"Tara..." Willow moaned as Tara pulled up the material of her thick multi-colored sweater a bit higher up her body, her gentle hands snaking its way inside the redhead's shirt, finding a soft rounded breast.

The blonde gently cupped the mound of flesh, massaging it in soft, practiced strokes, caressing Willow's breast. "I...I want...." the redhead tried to say, biting her lip in desire. Pure desire. But something felt a bit off.

"Baby?" Tara asked her lover, her hand still buried under Willow's thick sweater, she opened her eyes at the same moment Willow had, looking deeply and intently into the redhead's deep orbs.

"What is it?" The blonde asked, pulling her hand out of her fiancee's thick sweater and bringing her hand to swipe away a few strands of red hair that had fallen over her lover's flushed face, she pulled up her underwear up a bit and relayed her full attention towards her lover.

"I....I don't want to do it here." Willow quietly confessed, biting her lip a bit. She removed her hand from between Tara's legs reluctantly, looking back into Tara's eyes, silently pleading without saying any words.

Tara caught the look and nodded, understanding. She always understood, she didn't really want their intimate and loving moment, right after being engaged, to be at a changing room. The environment just wasn't as romantic, it could never be as romantic.

"Where?" Tara asked in a whisper, knowing the answer. her eyes were shining, her half-smile warming Willow's soul. She leaned forward to place a soft kiss against Willow's lips, Willow kissed back without thinking, she never had to think to return Tara's embrace.

"Lets go to our hotel room...on our bed..." Willow stated, her voice soft. But Tara managed to hear evey word of it moaning a bit as Willow gently massaged her waist, her slender finger's digging into the fleash there.

Willow looked up into her lover's face, anxiously awaiting an answer or a sign of what Tara had wanted, her eyes quietly pleading.

Tara just nodded. "Let's go....fast." the blonde lifted an eyebrow, her half-smile making an apperance once again,

Willow smiled back, briniging her mouth up to kiss her lover just once before pulling back. Desire was written in both their faces, they were nearly bursting.

Willow pulled Tara into her arms, rushing out of the dressing room, turning the doorknob and pulling open the wooden door roughly, the clothes Willow had taken from the rack sat forgotten on the floor.

The two girls ran towards the exit of the Macy's store, laughing and giggling, oblivious to eveyone around them.

Only they existed.

As they reached the exit of the store Willow and Tara had passed by Xander and Anya, who were still in wrapped in each other's arms, collecting more donations. Various signs had surrounded their new bucket, telling eveyone that only DONATIONS were allowed inside. Xander and Anya had caught the two girls from the corner of their eyes and tried to call after them, but the two witches heard nothing, only themselves.

"Willow...Tara...!" Xander called out loudly as Anya looked on, her brow furrowed. They watched as the two girls contuined laughing a giggling, still in each other's arms, stealing a few tender kisses here and there.

Xander and Anya stood confused for a moment, watching the two amorous lover's dissapear into the street, they then shrugged it off and continued to collect donations. Anya ringing her bell.

"Willow...." Tara laughed aloud, slowing to stop for a bit, catching her breath slightly. "I need to catch my..." Tara inhaled deeply, breathing io much needed oxygen into her lungs.

"Breathe?" Willow finished for her lover, giggling as well. She wrapped her arms around her lover's waist as Tara stood, kissing her passionatley in the middle of the street, small, tiny snowflakes began to fall over them, causing the two girls to look up, smiling.

Tara broke the kiss and laughed delightedly, spinning herself around, her face towards the heavens. "Look, Willow..." Tara began to say, bringing her redheaded lover to spin with her in the middle of the street, utterly happy. "It's snowing....snowflakes." she stated to her lover, pulling her close in a tender hug.

"Isn't it beautiful, Willow?" Tara asked after a moment, stopping their twirling and looking into each other's eyes once again, their faces a close proximity.

"Almost as beautiful as you." Willow whispered, kissing Tara once.

Tara smiled again at Willow's words, tear coming to her eyes...happy tears. "Lets get home." Tara whispered softly into Willow's ear.

Willow nodded enthusiastically and pulled Tara closer to their hotel, and to their hotel room...towards their soft and comfotable bed. When they reached the entrance of their room, they immediately hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on their hotel door, grabbing a chair from beside their bed and lodging it under the silver doorknob of their door, blocking anyone from coming in.

Willow gently shoved Tara onto the bed, causing the blonde to lay on her back, Willow crawled after her, laying her body to rest comfortably over her lover, their faces millimeters away.

Willow kissed Tara gently yet feverishly, their lust and passionate feelings unleashing itself in an instant, they weren't going to stop this time, they couldn't.

Willow sat up onto her knees, roughly pulling off her sweater from her body, Tara sat up as well aiding her lover in the removal of her clothes, as soon as the sweater was off, exposing her bra covered breast to Tara's lustful gaze.

Tara made to immediately remove the garment, reaching behind Willow to carefully unclasp the material, pulling the satin straps off Willow's arms, two perky, full breasts were all that Tara could see. Her eyes dilated and lidded as her eyes feasted on the two rounded mounds. "You're so beautiful, Willow." Tara moaned as she eyes the two valleys.

Willow smiled as she watched Tara, she pulled off Tara's blouse in one easy stroke of her wrist, throwing the soft material across the room.

Tara kissed Willow passionatley again, their tongues dueling for power over the other, entwining together as if joined by some magical force.

Tara reached behind her to unclasp her own bra so Willow could take in the sight of her own full, rounded breasts. Breasts that she knew her lover just loved to touch, to carress, to massage into her hands as if that were the only thing that brought her complete sanctity.

Tara knew.

She always knew.

Willow immediatelty brought Tara's breast into her hands, gently massaging them. Loving them with her slender fingers and palm, carressing them absently, her lips never left those of her lover's, their tounges never stopping it's tender and loving dance.

Willow buried her face into Tara's valley of breast, feeling Tara's fingernails digging into her back, loving the sensation of Tara's touch. She reached out her tongue to gently stroke Tara nipples, flicking the perky nubs softly.

Tara's face was buried into the redheads neck, sucking in the tender and soft flesh. Willow began to gently suck Tara's nipples...

After a long while. Willow began trailing her mouth downwards, kissing the soft skin she found their tenderly until she reached the heat of her lover's desire, the moist center of Tara's body that was just waiting for Willow's attentions.

Willow lifted Tara's skirt as high as it could go until all that came between Willow's mouth and Tara's center was a thin garmet of fabric. "Tara...I love you..."

"I love you, too..." Tara moaned loudly in anticipation, biting her lower lip, calling out her fiancee's name in a desire-ridden voice, pure lust. "Willow...." she groaned, lifting her hips in a silent but clear demand. "Willow....I need...." she faltered, swallowing the lump in her throat, her eyes tightly closed, her mouth open slightly in a mute moan, silenlty screaming her want...her needs. " I want...."

Needs only Willow could fulfill.

Always Willow.

Willow smiled sensually, smirking as she watched her lover's face, her flushed and aroused face. She quickly pulled down Tara's panties, throwing the material away from them, not needing them.

They both dispersed of each others clothing tenderly, then...

Willow buried her face into Tara's damp blonde curls, the soft hair tickling the redhead's face, but that didn't matter, nothing else mattered but Tara, always Tara.

"Oh, Tara..." Willow managed to utter. She could smell her. She could smell her scent strongly, her mouth watered.

Willow made her way to gently part her lovers thighs, settling between them. Her hands gently massaging Tara's inner thighs, her mouth inches closer and closer....

"Willow...Oh goddess, Will...." Tara moaned loudly, her head thrashing from side to side on the bed, her hands were buried inside Willow's red tresses, massaging the soft scalp beneath, softy carressing the skin there. "Willow...please...."

Willow smiled at Tara's words, opening her eyes the same time Tara had, staring intently into each other's orbs. Willow smiled again, just once, before dipping her head into Tara's moist center, relishing in her attentions. Her head was buried into Tara's soft hair once again, then the redhead brought ou ther tongue and slowly slid it up Tara's slit.

Slowly, Willow slid her soft tongue from the bottom of Tara's center, all the way from the top, hearing her lover's loud and senual moan raeching her ears, loving it at once. Hearing nothing else.

Willow shivered at the sound, digging her tongue even deeper, relishing in the taste of her lover.

Loving it.

Wanting to drink up every drop of Tara's essence, not wanting an ounce of the blonde's honey to go anywhere else, other then her own wet tongue. Tara was moaning and squirming abover her, her hands in a death grip onto Willow's hair.

Willow continued to lap at Tara's pussy, completely distracted, only seeing one thing. She sucked Tara's tiny clit into her mouth, sucking at it genlty, licking it in soft, feeathery strokes. Continuing her ministractions in a feverish pace.

Sensing that Tara was close, Willow moved away from Tara's center and gently straddled her lover, her thighs resting just on the outside of her lover's, their wet pussies rubbing frantically against each other, the redhead beginning a fast pace and rhythm. The two girls moan loudly, almost reaching their own climaxes.

Biting her lip, Tara sat up, hugging Willow closer to her, wrapping her arms gently across the redhead back, cradling her. Willow kept her sensual pace, their center's continuing their sacred and loving dance, completly connected to the other, not wanting to be apart. Not wanting to let go.

They were connected.

Mind...body....and soul.

"Oh, Willow!" Tara screamed, moaning and groaning even more loudly, finally reaching her climax, releasing several more times in strong intervals.

"Oh, goddess...Tara!" Willow screamed her release as well, their faces close together... breathing the same air... feeling the same sensation... reaching their climaxes at the exact same time. They were both breathing in shallow breaths, in and out in long breathing strokes, completley out of breath.

Their breathing began to slow.

"I love you, Tara." Willow stated softly, kissing her lover gently on the lips. Carefulling pulling themselves to lay together on the bed, their eye contact back.

"I love you too, Willow." Tara whispered, her voice low. "Goddess, I love you."

Thanks a bunch for all the replies, especially to the people who have been loyal enough to continue to respond, I really, really appreciate it. :wink

Here’s the aftermath of the NC-17 section I had managed to write with only minimal amount of blushing, that was something of an experience, I tell you that. I’m no used to writing stuff like that.

Mini Update: The Aftermath of the joining, relishing in the afterglow

Willow and Tara were happily lounging in bed, completely and utterly exhausted. But it was a happy kind of exhausted, the kind of exhausted they always felt after an intense night of making love.

But they were still awake, not wanting to fall asleep until they were both finished basking in the after glow of their climaxes, of feeling the intense passion and love that was them…together.

It wasn’t purely sexual.

it wasn’t just a physical connection, but a spiritual connection as well, the bonding of souls.

The feeling of each other.

Desire and the passion, and everything else in between.

The realization and the knowledge that they were a team, they were partners, they were two people joined as one, and that would always be what kept them together. Their two souls, which have been waiting to be joined since before birth, were now connected in a way that they never imagined it would be.

It was the real thing.

It would always be the real thing until the dawn of time, even after they were both gone, in the spiritual afterlife that was heaven. Their souls would be joined even then, a million years from now…an eternity later.

They were it.

And they knew it, and they relished in that fact.

The fact that they themselves held the power of love, of true soulmates, of inseparable entities of passion and desire, of lust and love, and of friendship and longing.

Willow and Tara…forever.

Willow turned her head to her right, staring into two pools of deep blue orbs, looking down the face of the woman who held her heart, who would always hold her heart. She came to gaze longingly at the half-smile which always warmed her soul, the full lips of her soulmate. “Hey, baby.” The redhead smiled, her eyes almost lidded in a deep pang of desire. ‘Who loves you?” she asked afterwards, her smile still soft, her emerald orbs still sparkling.

“You do.” Came the gentle and soft response from the side of her, the blonde uttered those two words with such reverence and love that it almost made Willow cry and swoon in ways only she could imagine, Tara’s voice always managed to do that to her, the deep vocals of her throat edging out of her body and into Willow’s eardrums, causing her to shiver in sudden desire. “The way that I love you.” She added softly, planting a gentle kiss on the redhead’s forehead.

“We weren’t interrupted.” Willow smiled, gently nudging Tara’s shoulder, playfully tickling her sides with her slender fingers, the same fingers which, not long ago, had explored certain parts of Tara’s anatomy.

“The goddesses wouldn’t dare let that happen again.” Tara softly joked, bringing her hands up stroke her lover’s red hair, damp from the afterglow.

“Nope.” The redhead stated matter of factly, tracing Tara’s plush lips with a gentle, feathery fingertip, caressing the soft skin underneath. “We deserve some smoochie time.” Willow giggled slightly, swallowing anymore words.

“We really did.” Tara nodded, kissing her lover’s neck gently, sucking on the pulse point she found there, the soft rhythm of the gentle beat pulsating under Tara’s full lips.

“I love you, Tara.” Willow said suddenly, her voice breaking the deep silence of the empty room, sending gooseflesh down Tara’s naked back. “I love you…I love you more than…” Willow trailed off, her voice breaking, not finding the words to say to her lover, the words that she wanted to utter.

“I know.” Tara said softly, placing a gentle fingertip over Willow’s lips, silencing any further words. “I know, Willow.”

“I just…I still want to say it.” The redhead managed to voice, shaking her head.

“Okay.” Tara amended, nodding her head a bit; she leaned over and kissed the redhead again, just once, before pulling back.

“I love you more than I ever imagined I could, I…I love you more than I’ve ever loved anyone in my whole life. I…I always…you’re my soulmate, Tara.” Willow said softly, almost in a hushed whisper, so soft that Tara had to strain her ears to register her lover’s words. “I want to be with you forever.”

“You are.” Tara uttered, smiling sweetly at her lover, her heart pounding wildly at Willow’s honest and loving words. “And you always will be.”

“I hope so.” Willow frowned a bit, contemplating the sheer hell that it would be to live life without her beloved. “I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.” She thought after a moment, frowning even larger. “I wouldn’t even want to imagine it.”

“You don’t have to.” Tara assured, laying her head to rest comfortably over her lover’s naked chest, the flat of her ear pressing against her lover’s breast bone, the gently rhythm and beat of the redhead’s heart pounding rhythmically under the blonde’s eardrums. “Not if I had anything to do with it.” She whispered, her head resting over Willow’s chest, Tara’s eyes closed instinctively.

Willow looked down at her fiancée’s restful form, a smile gracing her lips at the sight of her soulmate using her two valleys of breasts as bedding cushions; her hands began a gentle, soothing caress over damp blonde hair, her fingertips massaging the blonde’s scalp and forehead lovingly.

Willow sighed, smiling at her awesomely great life; she had her love in her arms. She had friends that would always stick by her, and she had a family who supported her.

Life was good.

The two girls laid together in silence, listening to the gentle sound of each others breathing, the sound of two hearts beating as one, of two breaths breathing as if they were conjoined, sharing the same lung.

In and out.

Out and in.

And in and out again.

A few silent moments pass until two loud voices were heard just outside their door, two female voice they had immediately recognized.

Buffy and Dawn.

The silver doorknob that was connected to their wooden door jangled, the metal clanging against human hands, forcing its way inside. Buffy and Dawn’s hushed and muffled murmuring could barely be heard from outside.

Willow and Tara’s eyes widened at the sound of their friends, they stared at each other, not really knowing what to do. They both stared at the closed door, the remains of their oak chair still mangled under the silver knob of their hotel door, blocking any entrance and exits.

“The door must be jammed.” Dawn suggested, turning the doorknob roughly before handing the honors to her sister. Buffy, and her slayer strength, were no match for the strong oak chair.

Buffy sighed loudly, giving up; she shook her head in confusion and defeat until her eyes found the tiny sign on the doorknob.

It read: DO NOT DISTURB

“Okay.” Buffy sighed again, chuckling at their foolishness. “We’re obviously not wanted here.” She smiled as she studied the sign again. Willow and Tara definitely didn’t want to be disturbed, the sign proved that, and the locked door…well it pretty much screamed it.

Buffy understood.

“Huh?” Dawn asked, her brow furrowed.

Buffy chuckled some more, pointing at the sign under the rounded doorknob of their friend’s hotel room, Dawn saw the sign and laughed aloud, a deep pink blush enveloping her face in an instant. ‘Her two favorite lesbians.’ Dawn thought, sighing.

“Where are we off to?” she asked after a moment, looking up at her older sister. “Xander and Anya’s maybe?, I think Anya is still busy ringing that darned bell…” the teenager chuckled, shaking her head.

“Yep.” Buffy smiled as well, bringing her arm around her younger sister’s shoulders. “Let’s raid their fridge.” The slayer led her sister down the empty hallway, towards Anya and Xander’s room.

A long moment passed.

“Are they gone?” Willow asked, almost afraid of the answer. The jangling of their doorknob had stopped, but all bets were off when it came to the Summer’s sisters. Buffy did have the ultra slayer strength and everything, still…she had hoped that the two sister’s could at least respect their alone time, privacy was a virtue…or was it patience? Oh, well…

“I think so.” Tara answered softly, cuddling a bit closer to her petite lover.

Willow sighed in relief, closing her eyes happily.

They weren’t interrupted this time.

Not even their snuggles.

Christmas Carols

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here’s another update. Hope you like it…
And if I hadn’t said it before…thanks a bunch for all the replies.
The return of Thomas and his grandparents awaits...
~~
Buffy and Dawn were both at the entrance of Xander and Anya’s hotel room, eager to see what treasures were held inside. They wanted to mess around with all their things, watch pay per view television, call room service, and eat everything inside their small refrigerator. It was rude, but it seemed like it could be a bunch load of fun, at least to the two girls.
Breaking into the room hadn’t been hard, because they hadn’t even locked the door; apparently the couple had been fairly rushed as they headed out and had forgotten the shut the door completely. The Summer’s sisters walked into the room like they owned it, not even thinking to look back, besides…there was no place else to go.
Willow and Tara’s room, was, well…occupied.
“Whoa!” Dawn exclaimed when she had entered their friend’s room, Buffy following close behind, her blonde hair bobbing as her head swung form side to side in sheer excitement and happiness, the two sisters were definitely bonding. Their mom would be proud.
Buffy frowned as she inspected the room, the bed sheets were a mess, and the thick sheer fabric of the mattress were crumpled up in a tangled ball on the corner of the headboard. The room was a disaster, what had happened here? No, scratch that, she didn’t want to know what had happened here, all she wanted was a place to crash. Willow and Tara obviously needed their space, and considering that they had just gotten engaged, it was completely understandable.
“This place is a mess!” Dawn said as she circled the room, her feet dragging across the carpeted floor of the hotel room, she put down her bags at the foot of the messed up bed, and sat gingerly at a nearby oversized chair, she didn’t want to even touch anything near or on the bed. When was the cleaning lady coming? She really hoped it was soon.
“That’s Anya and Xander for you.” Buffy stated, shrugging her jacket off her shoulders and gently folding the fabric into a small square, she placed the clothing at the base of the chair’s arm, sitting down on the cushioned arm rest carefully. Who knows how unclean the room could be, she needed to be extra careful.
The jacket could be washed.
Buffy looked across and throughout the room, her eyes wide in fear. Kind of like a plump pig walking in a room filled with hungry hyenas, lions and tigers, and bears.
The two girls sat in silence, still looking around the room nervously.
Finally, Dawn spoke.
“Um…” the teenager started, looking at her sister. “Why are we here again?”
“Because Willow and Tara don’t want us in their room.” Buffy reminded her sister, her hands fiddling a bit on her lap, the small space on the armchair was incredibly tight; she had no space to move.
“Oh.” Dawn said softly, nodding.
“And because we have no place else to go.” Buffy added after a moment, reminding her sister of the situation on hand.
“Right.” Dawn nodded again, still looking around the room.
“Yep.” Buffy said in a whisper, nodding her head as well.
The two girls sat in silence again, staring at the bed with a furrowed brow.
This lasted for a few more intense minutes until Buffy broke the silence.
“Okaay…” the slayer dragged out her words, getting up from her seat and stretching her arms above her head as if she had just woken up from an intense sleeping session, she yawned a bit and proceeded towards the small squared refrigerator. “I think there was some food getting we were supposed to do…eating their food…I mean.” She voiced weakly, bending down a bit to peek her head inside the small pantry and cooler.
“Oh, right!” Dawn got up from her seat, charging hurriedly towards where her sister was currently crouched. “I’m hungry for Xander and Anya’s money…I mean…food…” Dawn chuckled a bit, crouching as well.
Buffy turned her head towards her sister, raising a single eyebrow at Dawn, shaking her head in slight amusement.
Dawn just shrugged.
Buffy chuckled and poked her head into the pantry, eager to eat up all of their friend’s food and money. Buffy was about to dig into a package of their expensive peanuts when she frowned in confusion as well as an intense perplexing facial feature known only to the rarest of man. “What the...”
Dawn became concerned and stood up from her position on the floor; she looked down at her sister with a small, curious, frown. “What is it?”
Buffy poked her head from the pantry and turned her attention towards Dawn, who still stood with a tilted head, confused. “It’s empty.” Buffy stated, deadpanned, standing up from her crouch.
“Empty?” Dawn almost laughed, shaking her head at the sheer ridiculousness her sister’s statement had brought on. Those were really expensive food packages, put in for the one single reason…to trick the stayers of the hotel and from friends like them, to dig through them, wasting all their money. “Define empty.” Dawn suggested after a moment.
Buffy stared into her sister’s eyes, locking in the contact. “Empty.” Buffy said matter of factly. “Completely and utterly empty…there is absolutely nothing inside…nada.” Buffy made a circle shaper with her fingers and showed them to the teenager. “Zero.”
“You’re kidding.” Dawn laughed out loud, shaking her head once again. “They do know how much those things cost, right?”
“I really don’t think so; otherwise they wouldn’t have done what they did.” Buffy voiced, closing the tiny door of the pantry and refrigerator. “I can’t wait until they get the bill, Xander would faint and Anya’s eyes would be as wide as two flying saucers.” Buffy chuckled.
“Like this?” Dawn began to demonstrate how wide Anya’s eyes could go, bulging out her brown orbs as wide as she could get it.
Buffy laughed at the sight, but shook her head immediately afterwards. “Nope…like this.” Buffy opened her eyes as wide as she could get it, like two small golf balls, she looked so ridiculous that Dawn couldn’t help but burst out laughing.
Buffy shook her head at their antics and headed towards the exit of the door, there they met Xander and Anya who were both fairly beaming, Anya was giggling as she met the sight of Buffy and Dawn.
“What are you two doing here?” Anya demanded, stomping her foot. In her hand was a new container of money along with a bunch of cash that they had recollected. Xander carried the bell with his left hand.
“Yeah!” Xander puffed out his chest, giggling like a school girl, he looked and acted as if he were drunk or drugged, but he was obviously on a happiness high. Christmas did bring out the best in everyone… that was sure. “Our room…our things…for us...” he pointed at his chest, jabbing his finger to himself, then he waved his hands at his girlfriend. “Not you.”
‘”Um…like we’d want to be anywhere near here.” Dawn rolled her eyes at the two. “It’s like a hurricane flew past here, what exactly happened?”
Xander looked around the room and noticed nothing out of the ordinary, seemed like a decent room to him. “What?”
Buffy sighed loudly, shaking her head to clear out her impending migraine. “Actually, we came here so we could crash, Willow and Tara are kinda…busy.” She shrugged.
“Busy?” Anya asked, her face lighting up. “As in busy with orgasms?” she asked, her eyes glazing over.
“Anya!” Buffy exclaimed, she unintentionally moved her hand to rub against her forehead, clearing out the visions, visions she never wanted to even imagine, not ever. “Do you have to say that word?”
“It’s the greatest word ever invented.” Anya stated matter of factly, a large grin enveloping her face. “Or-gas-ims…it sounds really great.” Her eyes glazed over once again as she involuntarily shivered. “And the feel of it…” she shivered again.
Buffy and Dawn looked disgusted, while Xander seemed to agree, nodding his head in agreement and approval. “She’s right guys.” He said to the two girls. “Don’t tell me you don’t agree.”
Dawn waved her hands in front of her slightly. “I wouldn’t know.” The teenager amended from her corner.
Buffy turned to her sister at her confession, her face hard. “You better not know, never knowing ever, not until you’re like…thirty.” She babbled on, her hands on her hips in a stance of authority. “Never, ever, ever…”
Dawn just rolled her eyes, moving to sit on the chair beside her.
Xander moved closer to Buffy, whispering in a hushed tone so Dawn wouldn’t hear him. “But YOU know what I mean, right?” he asked in a whisper, leaning a bit towards Buffy’s ears. “It’s just…” he shivered as well.
Buffy threw her arms into the air. “God, Xander!” she cried out loudly, a blush erupted onto her face.
Dawn, who had been sitting on the chair quietly, going through her bags, raised her eyebrows at her sister; Buffy just shook her head at her, her hazel eyes telling the teen to not go there.
Dawn just shrugged it off, digging into her bags once again.
“So…” Xander began, putting down his bell on a nearby table. “What did you guys find to do here?”
“Actually, that’s what we were going to ask you guys…” Buffy stated carefully. “Did you two know that your refrigerator is completely empty?”
“Oh, yeah.” Xander shrugged nonchalantly. “We went through them last night; you know how…orgasms…” he whispered the word. “…make you hungry.”
Anya just nodded her head up and down, making Buffy roll her eyes.
“Yeah, well…be hungry all you want, but the stuff you guys ate cost a lot, we’re talking bunch loads of money.”
Buffy had remembered what Willow and Tara had told them the night they had first arrived, how Willow had taken a few mouthfuls of peanuts, only to spit them out after Tara had given her the pricey cost. Willow had almost fainted, trying to seal back the opened package with clear scotch tape, it didn’t work.
“What are you talking about?” Anya stomped her foot, her eyes glancing down at the donation money in her hands. “It’s just peanuts.”
“Expensive peanuts.” Dawn stated matter of factly. “Really expensive peanuts.”
Anya and Xander both frowned, their brows furrowing.
Buffy just stood quietly, her eyebrows lifted. Dawn listened on.
“Oh, god!” Xander screamed. “How much?”
Buffy handed him the price listing that sat beside the refrigerator, Xander’s eyes widened in horror as he eyed the large and unfathomable numbers, Anya leaned closer and took a peek at the numbers as well, her own orbs bulging out in a surprisingly overblown way, it didn’t seem natural.
Buffy and Dawn were right on the money.
“Where are we going to get that much money?” Anya yelped. “We don’t have…” she trailed off, silently staring at her donation container. “That much…cash.” She finished quietly, eyeing the large bucket, filled with a lot of currency.
Buffy followed Anya’s gaze, her eyes widening. “Don’t tell me you’re going to use the donation money.” Buffy chastised the ex-demon.
“Of course she’s not.” Xander assured, looking at his girlfriend and the gaze her eyes were still fixated on…the money. “You’re not right?” he asked Anya, his voice low. “After everything we went through today, the helping of the people, Anya…we’re suppose to return that money today.”
Anya continued to stare at the container, shaking her head from the thoughts. “No.” Anya said matter of factly. “It’s for charity…it’s for charity.” She nodded, putting the bucket down near the bell on the table.
Buffy smiled, Xander seemed relieved, and Dawn seemed happy at Anya’s choice.
“So, how ARE you going to pay for it?” Buffy asked, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
Anya smiled a wide grin, her white teeth flashing brightly. “Willow and Tara…they have money right?” she questioned. “They can have a cheaper wedding, helping out her friends is more important right?”
Buffy’s eyes widened as she stared at Anya, she turned to Xander who only managed to shrug.
Buffy doubted that Willow had anymore money left, she donated all she had to help with Anya’s charity, as far as a cheaper wedding, I don’t think that would bode well with the two witches, paying for Anya and Xander’s peanuts weren’t on the top of her priority list.
Anya shouldn’t get her hopes up.
~~~

Later on that day:

Willow and Tara were still lounging in bed, surprised that nobody had interrupted them, but very much pleased that they had managed to have their privacy back. The two witches needed to join together again, not reclaiming the intimate moments, but recharging them.

Releasing the tension from their thighs so they could stock up on new ones, more tension meant better release. And judging from several minutes ago, the release was ultra strong, more powerful and passionate than ever. Willow pretty much almost passed out with desire, and Tara had almost fallen asleep immediately due to exhaustion.

It was definitely a great time, but they needed to get up.

“Should we get up?” Tara asked after a moment, her face still nestled onto Willow’s chest.

“I wouldn’t.” Willow shook her head, softly stroking Tara’s blonde hair. “I want to stay here forever.”

“Wouldn’t you get sore?” the blonde asked sensually. “And what if you wanted to use the bathroom or eat or something?” She asked, lifting her head from on top of her lover’s chest.

“I don’t think the eating thing would be much of a problem.” Willow said in her most sensual, sexual, desirable voice. Tara blushed, which was Willow’s intended goal.

“Let’s take a shower?” Tara suggested to her lover. “I think I’m feeling energized.” The blonde wagged her eyebrows up and down, trying to look sexy. What Tara failed to realize was that she didn’t need to try, she just was. She always was. Even when she wasn’t even trying.

“Okay!” Willow got up from underneath Tara’s naked body, nearly knocking Tara off the side of the bed, her enthusiasm getting the best of her. Tara was a fallen, naked witch. She saw what she had just done and immediately apologized. “Oh, baby…I’m sorry!” she reached forward to help her fiancée up, rubbing her shoulders gently.

“Sweetie, it’s fine.” Tara laughed, getting up on her feet. “I did fall for you the first time I met you, it was just a matter of time that I’d fall for you again.”

“I love you.” Willow said suddenly, kissing Tara on the lips passionately, pulling her closer.

“I love you too, my Willow-tree.” Tara voiced, kissing her even more tenderly. The claimed each other’s lips, tenderly nipping and sucking the full and plush flesh. Their tongues dueling for control, they had made love only a while ago but the passion and desire within them had let out in full force.

They kissed each other for long moments, not hard and fast. But slow and sensual, their beautiful orbs hidden under closed eyelids. Moans escaping their lips over and over, anything could ignite their passion, their desire.

Just three words.

“Shower?” Willow managed to utter, her voice a bit strained in her lustful overload, she opened her eyes to look deeply into Tara’s deep azure orbs. “Do you still want that shower?”

Tara smiled at Willow, locking in the eye contact. “A shower sounds…heavenly.”

Willow smiled as well. “Heavenly, huh?” the redhead raised her eyebrows. “I’ll show you heavenly.” She pulled her naked lover towards the glass encased, and might I say see-through, shower. As they reached the bathroom, Willow gently shoved her unbelievably hot lover towards the far wall, Tara’s back pressing against the cool and hard tile.

They were both already naked so they didn’t need to dispose of any clothing; there was easy access for either of them.

Willow wasted no time to soap up Tara’s naked body, grabbing a bar of soap and gently lathering the bar into tiny bubbles, smoothing it over her lover’s waist and thighs. Caressing her body in gentle, feathery strokes.

Tara bit her lip to stifle a moan, but it was too much. She let out a deep, sensual, sexual, desire-filled moan, the sound bringing shivers down Willow’s back.

Tara couldn’t take it anymore and pulled Willow into her arms, pressing their breast against each others, the two valleys of breast pushed together in an intense embrace. “It’s better than heaven.” Tara said after a moment, pulling back slightly.

Willow smiled, bringing her hands down to cup Tara’s waist, her right hand edging down her lover’s plushy behind, massaging the amazingly soft skin there. “Yeah?” the redhead managed to utter, panting slightly.

Tara nodded her head up and down, kissing her lovers lips even more passionately.

Willow just smiled again, kissing her back.

It would be a long shower.

A really, really long shower.

A long time later:

Willow and Tara were walking down the street, holding each other’s hands, enjoying each other’s company. After an intense day of…doing the wild thing, the two girls decided that a breather was in order. They didn’t even think to see what Buffy and Dawn were doing, and Xander and Anya always seemed to be missing.

“Beautiful day, huh?” Willow asked after a moment, swinging their joined hands excitedly, she was definitely happy. Who wouldn’t be?

“Not as beautiful as you.” Tara stopped their walking and leaned in for a quick kiss, Willow smiled and kissed Tara back.

After they pulled back, they continued their walk down the New York streets, a long moment of silent strolling and window shopping came to.

A small boy with an older couple were walking in the opposite direction, the excited boy was walking backwards, taking to his grandparents excitedly. The boy, who wasn’t paying attention to the people who may be around him, bumped into the two witches… almost knocking Willow off her feet.

“Oof!” Willow exclaimed, nearly toppling over, Tara reached forward to steady her lover.

“I’m sorry…” the blonde boy said, turning his head towards the two girls, his tiny eyes lit up in recognition. “You’re the sweater lady!” he screamed, pointing at the two girls.

Agnes and her husband smiled in recognition as well, Willow and Tara too. Willow smiled at the young boy. “And you must be…” she thought of a name for a moment. “…Thomas?” Tara nodded, smiling.

Thomas’s eyes lit up, positively beaming. “You remember!” he cried out, he looked up at his grandparent who just managed to smile back.

“I remember you guys!.” He stated. “Rosenderg and Maclaid!”

“Who could forget?” Tara questioned, smirking. “How’s you’re bag?”

Thomas beamed, holding up his harmonica. “I have this!” he showed the blonde his treasure. The blonde boy then looked up at Willow, grinning, “I love your multi-colored sweater, you sure do have lots...vey colorful.” He noted, touching the fabric.

Willow blushed, while the boy’s grandparents shared an amused look. Tara seemed amused as well.

Suddenly, Thomas’s eyes furrowed his face in contemplative mode.

Everyone else sensed this and waited patiently for the boys next words. A few moments passed until he said them.

“Are you two lesbinams?”

Willow and Tara’s eyes widened and then they both blushed fiercely. Agnes cleared her throat, as well as her husband.

The boy waited in sheer patience, awaiting an answer.

‘Oh, boy…’ Willow and Tara both thought.

Christmas Carols

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Suddenly, Thomas’s eyes furrowed his face in contemplative mode.
Everyone else sensed this and waited patiently for the boys next words. A few moments passed until her said them.
“Are you two lesbinams?”
Willow and Tara’s eyes widened and then they both blushed fiercely. Agnes cleared her throat, as well as her husband.
The boy waited in sheer patience, awaiting an answer
‘Oh, boy…’ Willow and Tara both thought.
Willow and Tara both looked at each other briefly, sharing an embarrassed and mortified look, then they lifted their heads to the two older couple and gave them a pleading look. Agnes and Dennis were of no help at all, all they did was shrug their shoulders at the girls, but they did shake their heads as if they were telling Willow and Tara that they shouldn’t and weren’t obligated to answer Thomas’s question, not if they didn’t feel comfortable.
Willow and Tara said nothing for a long moment, it wasn’t as if they were ashamed or anything like that, they just didn’t know if the boy even knew what ‘lesbian’ meant or if his grandparents wanted him to know what it meant, they were pretty much thrown by the question, which they knew they had to eventually answer.
“Are you two lesbinams?!” Thomas yelled out excitedly, hopping up and down as if he were on a happiness high of sugar and chocolate, his voice was so high and loud that a few people at the corner of the sidewalk turned their heads at the group, some just glanced and walked away while others chuckled in amusement at the shell-shocked witches, then headed away as well.
“Thomas, honey…no need to badger them…it is private business.” Agnes voiced to the young child, scolding him a bit.
“No, that’s okay…” Willow began to say, shaking her head. “We are le—” the redhead was about to say that she was indeed a lesbian and get it over with, when she was interrupted by the shrill loudness of the boy’s next words, practically screaming it.
“Lesbinams! Lesbianms!” he voiced loudly, pulling at the bottom of Willow’s sweater, the redheads eyes were as wide as goofballs, her green orbs virtually popping out of its sockets.
Tara face turned bright red as more people began to stare; she hid behind Willow, shielding herself.
“Thomas!” Dennis scolded the youngster in a harsh whisper, pulling at his shirt. The older man’s admonishment didn’t seem to have any effect on him, he continued on.
“But grandpa…all I was asking was if they were lesbinams, there’s nothing wrong with being a lesbinam… Auntie Clarisse is a lesbinam.” He looked up at his grandfather matter of factly smiling widely. Then his eyes widened when he realized that he had just told his grandparents his Auntie’s secret.
“She is?” Dennis’s eyes popped out a little, glancing at his wife with his eyebrow’s raised. “Is she?” he asked his wife.
Agnes just shrugged. “I don’t know Dennis.” She sighed. “Does it really matter?” she asked him.
Willow and Tara stood in uncomfortable silence, not knowing if they should intervene or not, the two girls seemed to have been forgotten in the family’s musings.
“No, of course not.” He shook his head at his wife. “It’s just…why am I just finding out now?” he shook his head again. “You’d think that she would have told me, her own father.”
Agnes just shrugged, turning her attention to the two girls. “Willow…Tara, I deeply apologize…” the older woman voiced, ruffling her grandkid’s hair with her fingers playfully. “Just excuse little Thomas, he had a very uncontrollable mouth.” She chuckled a bit.
“Hey!” Thomas pouted, crossing his arms in front of his chest.
He turned towards Willow and Tara and continued his questioning. “So…are you two lesbinams?” he asked the two girls again, his eye pleading.
Agnes sighed in frustration; Thomas wouldn’t stop until he received a definitive answer.
“Yes, we are.” Tara answered softly grabbing onto Willow’s hands, her slender fingers squeezing Willow’s palm gently. Willow nodded, her cheeks burning in a deep scarlet blush.
The blonde boy seemed to be satisfied, ginning widely. “See?” he told his grandparents with a smile, happy that he was right in his observations. “I told you so.” He stuck out his tongue at the older couple causing the two girls to giggle.
“Yes, well…” Dennis began, taking off his eyeglasses and cleaning them, he turned to Willow and Tara, his face sympathetic. “I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay.” Tara laughed, putting her hand on Willow’s shoulder. Thomas was harmless, he meant nothing bad or negative when he was addressing them and his incessant proclaiming of the word ‘lesbian’ was just too hilarious and embarrassing, a little too excited, but he was definitely harmless. “He’s a cute kid.”
“I am!” Thomas cried out loudly and happily, smiling. “But remember…you two are lesbinams.” He said seriously, wagging his tiny index finger at the two girls.
Willow and Tara both chuckled.
“Oh, don’t worry, we know.” Willow said in a serious voice. “We were talking more cuteness-wise in a little brother kind of way.” She clarified gently.
“Oh.” The youngster voiced softly, frowning. “Okay!”
“Were you two headed somewhere?” Agnes asked after a moment, leaning closer to her husband. The two girls seemed ultra sweet and Agnes had felt an attachment to them since their first meeting at the airport, besides…she still hasn’t made up for accidentally grabbing their luggage a few days back, she wanted to do something nice for them.
They deserved it, especially after Thomas’s silliness.
“No place in particular.” Willow shrugged. “Just enjoying the day, I guess.”
“Well, we were on our way home.” Agnes continued, grabbing onto Thomas’s shoulders gently. “Why don’t you girls come over for some cookies and hot cocoa?” she suggested with a warm smile. “We hardly get company.”
“Um…” Willow thought about it for a moment, not seeing anything wrong with it, she then turned to Tara to see if she felt the same. The blonde then nodded her acceptance. “Okay.” The redhead after a while.
“That sounds really great, Mr. and Mrs. Caldwell.” Tara said with a smile.
“And me!” Thomas voiced, raising his hand to show his presence. “Don’t forget me!”
“Then I guess we’ll lead you, it really isn’t that far.” Dennis pointed ahead, about a block away, grabbing a gentle hold onto Thomas’s hands as they cut across a pedestrian crosswalk. “So…you two…have you been together long?” he asked conversationally, turning his head to the two girls.
Willow and Tara shared a sweet smile as they thought of their times together then proceeded to answer the man’s question, happy that a conversational flow was in progress, awkward silences were the worst.
“Three wonderful years.” Willow said, squeezing Tara’s hand gently as they continued their short walk.
Agnes was impressed at the longevity of their relationship, they sure seemed committed. “That’s a really long time, I’m sure you love each other very much.” She smiled at the two witches, meeting their eye.
They continued to walk.
“We really do.” Tara responded, smiling at Willow, who smiled back. “You’re really okay with us…the whole gay thing doesn’t make you uncomfortable?” the blonde asked, her eyebrows rose in curiosity. She looked down at Thomas who just smiled sweetly.
Usually, older people seemed to always have a problem with homosexuality. If they weren’t condemning it, they at least felt a bit uncomfortable with discussing the intimate details or any details concerning the topic. Whether it’s because of a lack of knowledge of the subject or the conservatives that seemed to be against it, there was always some hesitance on their part, and it was usually the older couples who seemed to cringe.
Dennis and Agnes were really straight forward and were genuinely interested with their life, they were really good people.
“Oh dear, please.” Agnes shrugged it off in an instant. “We love who we want to love, we care for whom we want to care, and we all need to follow our hearts because they never lie.” She stated adamantly. “It is no one else’s choice but our own, our hearts and souls tell us everything.”
“That’s very true.” Willow nodded, curling a bit closer into Tara’s arms. She always felt safe and comfortable when she was in Tara’s arms; the blonde’s gentle and calming warmth gave Willow what she has always wanted. A safe place to call ‘home’…Tara was her home.
“Thank you, Mrs. Caldwell.” Tara said with a smile, marinating in the utter truth of the woman’s words.
“Yes…well said Agnes.” Dennis replied, finally reaching the front entrance of the Caldwell residence, they were right…it was a short walk.
Their home was spectacular, considering it was in New York you would expect an apartment building complex or duplex buildings in cramped up homes, but this one was one in itself, very roomy and spacious. The front door held a large oak door with a golden encrusted knocker, old fashioned and classically decorated.
“Welcome ladies.” Dennis smiled as he led the two girls into their classical house. “Make yourself comfortable while I lead little Thomas to his play room.” The older man voiced as he ushered the youngster away from the kitchen and dining room and towards the far room across the house, away from Willow and Tara.
The two girls took a seat at a chair near the kitchen comfortably, as Agnes began to heat a cup of chocolate for the two witches. “Tell me about you two.” She began conversationally as she fiddled with the pot on the stove.
“We’re engaged.” Willow pointed out with a smile, showing the older woman the ring on her hand, Tara did the same.
Agnes eyed the stones on the ring. “They’re beautiful.” She said, her eyes sparkling. “I’m sure you’re parents are proud.”
Willow and Tara looked down at their hands for a second, their eyes sad. Agnes caught the look and shared a sympathetic look.
“Our parents don’t really approve.” Willow declared with a soft whisper. “I haven’t even told my mom we were engaged.” she added, glancing at Tara.
“And I’m not in speaking terms with my father.” Tara said, gently squeezing Willow’s hand into her own.
“I’m sorry.” Agnes replied, her voice soft.
“It’s fine, we’ve made our own family.” Willow said adamantly, her voice becoming a bit stronger. “And we have a sort of father figure that…” her eyes widened. “Oh, god.” She turned to Tara, panicked. “We haven’t told Giles!”
“Mr. Giles…” Tara whispered, suddenly remembering. Buffy and the gang had probably already told Giles that they had left for New York, so that wasn’t a problem, but they doubted that Giles knew about the great news.
“Giles?” Dennis asked as he entered the kitchen, taking a seat beside his wife.
“He’s a friend.” Willow said matter of factly. “We’ve known him for a long time and I can’t believe we forgot to tell him.” She chastised herself, shaking her head.
“You can use our phone.” Dennis suggested with a shrug of his shoulders. “It’s down by that hall.” He pointed ahead of him, towards the corner of the house.
“There’s no rush…” Tara started.
“Oh, please.” Agnes waved her hands dismissively. “Go on…the chocolate hasn’t even heated yet.”
Willow looked at Tara, then got up from her seat and looked at the Caldwell’s. “Thank you.” Willow said sincerely.
“No bother.” Agnes waved another dismissive wave of her hand.
The two girls proceed to the end of the hall so they could make a phone call to the watcher, they were sure that he'd be absolutely thrilled with the news.
As they reached the end hall where the phone was nestled on top of the coffee table, Willow turned to Tara.
"Maybe I should call my parents?" the redhead suggested. "They have a right to know."
"If you really want to." Tara responded, putting her hand on her lover's shoulder gently.
"I think I should." Willow said after a while. "Maybe they'll change their minds about us."
Tara just nodded. "I'm here." she said softly, bringing her arms around to circle the redhead's waist.
Christmas Carols
Renee85
~
~
Willow stared at the phone intently, gazing at the machine as if it would hold all the answers to her questions. She had no problem with calling Giles, no problem at all.
It was just the matter of telling her parents.
Willow’s mom had already known that she was seeing Tara, the redhead had told her mother and her father a few years ago, but Willow didn’t know if her parents had really registered her then.
They never really listened to whatever she had to say, and she never really had much to talk about anyway.
“What’s wrong?” Tara asked her lover as she watched the redhead pause over the phone, her slender hands hovering just above the receiver. “You don’t need to tell them now, Will.”
“Huh?” Willow asked, her mind a daze. She shook her head from her thoughts and looked up at the blonde. “What was that?”
“I said that you don’t need to tell now.” She said softly, putting her hand over the redhead’s. “Don’t do something you have to force yourself to do, they’re…”
“They’re my parents.” Willow just said, looking at Tara.
“I know.” Tara voiced in a soft soothing voice, not pushing. “I know they are.”
“So you don’t think I should call them?”
“I think you should do what you feel is right.” The blonde replied, her voice caring. “Whatever you do, I’ll support it.”
Willow looked up at Tara with loving eyes. “You always do.” The redhead said softly, leaning in to plant a gentle kiss onto her fiancée’s lips. “Thanks.”
Tara just smiled and took a step back, giving her lover some privacy. “I’ll be right here.”
Willow just nodded, staring at the phone hesitantly.
Tara stood in supportive mode, patiently.
Willow wasn’t sure if she was ready to talk to her mother or her father…she never really had a good relationship with either of them. Her two parents were usually too busy with work to pay much attention to her when she was younger, and now that she was an adult that hasn’t changed either.
When she had told her mother about Tara just over a year to two years ago, Sheila Rosenberg had merely shrugged it off as a phase that Willow would soon get over, the girl Willow claimed to love named Tara, well…she’d soon be forgotten.
Willow remembered that moment clearly.
She could hear her mother’s voice with pristine clarity; she could sense her mother’s tone.
The denial.
It came to her at that moment with a rush of memories.
Memories she would never forget.
~
Willow stood at the front entrance of Willow’s childhood home, uncertain at what had pulled her there. It was the last place Willow had wanted to be, but she knew she needed her mother’s support, if not for anything, then at least for this.
She had her expectations really low, knowing her mother well enough that this woman will probably not take her news in stride. Denial came to Willow’s mind, disbelief maybe, shock, and numerous other possibilities.
She knocked on the oak door of her parent’s home, the home she remembered as a youngster, the home she had woken up to, the home she grew up in.
Her home.
There was no answer and Willow became nervous, her palms damp.
She gently pounded her knuckles on the wooden door again.
Three more times.
And once more when there was no answer.
Willow shook her head from side to side and carefully turned the doorknob, and realized that it was unlocked. The redhead went into the entrance of her house and through the living room, there was no one there.
Completely and utterly empty.
Willow stood in the middle of her living room, staring at her surroundings, she lifted her head toward the ceiling and noticed how high it was, vaulted.
She slowly walked up to the fireplace, which was rarely used, and noticed the various picture frames at the base of the granite sculpture. She noted that many of the pictures were of her as a child.
She smiled softly at the photos of her, the skinny redheaded freckled kid from long ago, the geek of the past.
The innocence.
She scanned the framed photographs and saw one with her mother, herself, and her father, all smiling at the camera.
Happy.
They looked like the perfect family, the perfect parents.
She lifted her hand at the frame and slowly and gently traced the outlines of her parents features, the upward turn of their smiles, the gentle hand of her father resting lightly on her shoulder.
The closeness.
She stood there just reminiscing on her past, quietly contemplating her future with Tara, her everything, her always.
Hopefully her mother would think so too, that she’d see beyond the fact that she was female and see into her soul, her heart, and realize how meant for each other they were. Hopefully she’d get the chance to introduce Tara to her parents, as her soulmate, as her lover.
Suddenly, the front door of the home opened and her mother walked in rushingly, pretty much distracted. She hardly even noticed her daughter.
“Mom?” Willow questioned softly, turning her head.
Her mother was gone.
Willow frowned and walked toward the sound of ruffling paper bags. “Mom?” she asked again, entering her kitchen where she found her mother busy with the groceries.
“Willow, dear!” Sheila Rosenberg cried out, surprised. “Where did you come from?” She asked as she put some of the groceries into the refrigerator.
“I was here.” Willow said matter of factly, giving her mother a helpful hand with the groceries as well, putting some bags of fruit into the fridge. “I actually came here to talk to you about—”
Willow was interrupted my the sound of her mother’s voice, who didn’t seem to be listening to her daughter, and not sensing her daughter’s mood. “Willow, honey…can you pass that bag over there.”
Willow frowned and looked for the bag her mother was referring to. “This?”
Her mother just nodded.
“As I was saying, I came here to talk to you about something, something I should have told you about a while ago.” Willow started to say, clearing up the kitchen counter top. “Where’s dad?” she questioned, looking around the room.
“He’s at a conference.” Sheila shrugged.
“At a conference.” Her daughter stated softly, her eyes downcast. “Of course he’s at a conference.”
“How’s school?”
“School’s great.” The redhead nodded. “I actually need to—”
“Did you do something with your hair?” her mother asked suddenly, bringing her fingers to stroke a few strands of red hair. “Something’s different.” She noted with a frown.
“I put some curls in it.” Willow shrugged her shoulders, stepping a bit away from her mother.
“I kind of adored it the way it was before.” Sheila said matter of factly, her brow furrowed.
“Mother.” Willow clenched her jaw. “Can we talk?” she asked slowly.
“Absolutely dear.” Her mother nodded. “What is this about, Willow?”
“Kind of everything.” Willow just said, walking with her mother towards the living room sofa, sitting down on the cushioned padding carefully. Sheila sat directly in front of her, her eyes glancing at her daughter up and down.
“Have you met a boy?” her mother asked excitedly, crossing her fingers together. “A step above that Oz boy, I hope.”
Willow smiled as she registered the words, she knew it was time. “I think she’s a step above.” The redhead nodded, biting her lip nervously. “A couple of steps above actually.”
“That’s great, dear.” Sheila nodded, then her eyes widened. “I’m sorry…did you say ‘she’ ?”
“Yeah, it’s what I wanted to talk to you about.” She responded shifting in her seat slightly as she locked eyes with her mother. “I met someone.”
“Willow…” her mother started, her brow furrowing, she stood up from her seat. “What are you saying?”
“Mom, I really need you to understand what I’m saying, I need you to be supportive.” Willow’s voice heightened slightly, she became more and more nervous as the seconds passed.
“Supportive of what, Willow?” she asked, now standing. “What do you mean by ‘she’?”
“I’m gay, mother.”
“Willow!” Sheila threw her hands up into the air, exasperated. “How can you say that?”
“Mom, please…” Willow stood up as well, standing a bit closer to her mother. “I…”
“Willow.” Sheila voiced more softly, composing herself. “You shouldn’t jump to any conclusions, this is just a phase you are going through, nothing else.”
“It’s not a phase.” Willow said adamantly, raising her voice a bit. “Her name is Tara and I love her.” She said sincerely, her voice low. “I love her more than anything which is why I’m here, I should’ve told you about this a while ago.”
Sheila shook her head. “You’re my daughter, Willow… and I love you.”
“I love you, too.” She said softly.
“You’ll soon forget this Terry.” Her mother shook her head again, bringing her hand to place over her daughter’s shoulders, locking eye contact. “I promise you.”
“Her name is Tara.” Willow’s teeth clenched, balling up her fists into a ball.
“Willow, I wont take what you say seriously, not until you figure out yourself that this is the wrong choice.”
“I don’t care what you think, mother.” Willow was sick of this conversation. “I just wanted you to know, that maybe you would understand.”
“Willow, dear…”
“That maybe my own mother could realize that I’m her daughter and support me.” She continued, ignoring the older woman. “That she’d be ecstatically happy that her daughter had found her soulmate, that she’d pull me into her arms and comfort me…But I guess that isn’t going to happen.” She babbled. “I guess that’s too much to ask.”
“Willow, if you’d only realized yourself that Terry isn’t the one for you…” her mother continued, Willow’s passionate speech obviously not registering. “You are not a lesbian Willow, you are not gay, if you were then…”
“I call you later, mom.” Willow voiced, a few tears in her eyes. She walked quickly out the door, shutting it.
“Will?” Tara asked her lover, coming a bit closer, wrapping her arms around the redhead tenderly. “Are you okay?”
Willow’s hands still hovered over the receiver, her hands slightly trembling. “I can’t.”
“Willow?”
“I can’t call my parents…I can’t go through that again.” Willow’s voice was strong. “Long distance no less, the bill would be so high that the Caldwell’s…”
“Baby.” Tara soothed. “It’s okay; you don’t need to call them.”
“I can’t deal with that again.” Willow shook her head. “I’m just not ready to talk to her right now.”
“Then we won’t.” the blonde assured. “Just Giles, he’d be ecstatic.”
Willow smiled slightly. “He’d go all father-hen on us.”
“Just make it quick.” Tara wrapped her arms around Willow even more tightly. “It’s long distance and I don’t want to run Mr. and Mrs. Caldwell a really huge phone bill.”
Willow smiled again, her mind clearing in anticipation. “Wouldn’t want that.” She replied, feeling better. Tara always made her feel better.
“I should go back; there are some cups of cocoa waiting for us.” Tara suggested, kissing Willow gently on the cheek, before heading away down the hall. They linked hands for a moment as they parted, Willow holding the phone receiver to her ear. “I love you.” The blonde voiced as she headed down the hall, still looking at each other.
“Love you.” Willow said softly, smiling.
Tara gave Willow a small smile and headed through the hall.
Willow gave her lover a wave and proceeded to dial. She hit the number gently and waited in silence for Giles to answer. “Giles?”
“Willow is that you?” the watcher voiced through the receiver.
“Yes, Giles.” Willow rolled her eyes.
“Is something the matter?” the concerned tone of the man shown through the phone.
“Why has something always have to be the matter when any of us phone you?” Willow questioned, her brow furrowed.
“Well, considering its Sunnydale…well, you rather understand.” The watcher chuckled, clearing his glassed delicately.
“Duly noted.” Willow nodded. “But it’s good news, and I’m calling long distance on someone else’s line so I have to make it quick.”
“What is it, Willow.” Giles asked through the phone. “I can hear the giddiness in your tone from a mile away.”
“Tara and I engaged.” Willow smiled, her voice enthused.
“Oh, Willow…” Giles was beyond happy. “That is tremendous news, you’ll be rather happy together I’m sure.”
“I think so too.” Willow smiled again. “We can celebrate when we get back to Sunnydale.” She suggested, wrapping her fingers around the dark colored phone cord.
“I’ll buy you girls a gift.” The watcher insisted.
“Giles, you don’t have to…”
“Nonsense.” He insisted again, his voice adamant. “Let me do this for you.”
Willow grinned. “Bye, Giles.”
“We’ll talk more when you get back.” The watcher responded, her voice gentle. “Send my regards to Tara.”
“I will.” Willow promised. “I love you.”
“I love you too, Willow.” The watcher smiled. “Be safe.”
~
Xander, Anya, Buffy, and Dawn were all lounging inside Willow and Tara’s hotel room, Buffy and Dawn had insisted. The two sisters didn’t want to touch anything in or around the hotel room, it was just unsanitary.
Xander and Anya agreed immediately, a deep need and longing for peanuts coming to their minds. Anya had suggested that they raid Willow and Tara’s refrigerator, causing Buffy to hit her roughly on the shoulder, scolding her. But, deep down, she thought it would be fun.
Willow would have a fit, but…whatever.
Anya’s dream ended up in reality, as the four of them were lying on the carpeted floor of the girl’s hotel room in a large circle, relaxing. Buffy and Dawn were there too, throwing peanuts and candies in each others mouths. Having a great time.
Anya threw a chocolate covered raisin into Xander’s mouth.
“Hmm…” Xander said as he chewed the raisin, his eyes becoming lidded. “Great throw Anya.”
Anya looked satisfied, eating up a handful of raisins at one time.
"Where ARE Willow and Tara?" Dawn asked as she chomped on a package of jellybeans.
The other three just shrugged, greedily consuming almost everything in the fridge. They were hesitant at first but Anya and Xander had a plan, they were going to do something about the food situation later in the day.
The gang also managed to call for room service, ordering the largest serving of ice cream that they'd ever seen in their entire life.
All their stomachs were completely full and bloaded. Buffy was about to throw up, grabbing her stomach in her hands. "Oh..." she managed to utter, swaying a bit to her sides.
"Buffy?" Dawn lifted her eyebrows.
Anya grimaced. "Xander, Buffy is going to hurl all over Willow and Tara's carpet...I don't think they'd like that." she stated matter of factly.
"Buff, maybe you should go to the bathroom." Xander suggested, eyeing Dawn.
Dawn caught the hint and quickly help Buffy up and towards Willow and Tara's restroom.
Anya rolled her eyes and popped more chocolate raisins into her mouth, shrugging. She was lying close to the bed, laying her head down on the sleeping bag on the floor, her face was flat against the floor when her eyes caught two paper bags with ribbons and wrapping paper.
"Xander, there's gifts!" the ex-demon pointed ahead of her, pulling the bags closer to her.
Xander's brow furrowed, leaning closer to his girlfriend. "Huh?'
"Presents!" Anya beamed, her eyes sparkling as she pulled each gift out of the bags. "Willow and Tara got us gifts." she said matter of factly.
"Maybe you shouldn't open them." Xander advised.
"Why not?" Anya scoffed. "It's for us, right?" Anya said stubbornly, her hands poised and ready to open the gifts.
"Not yet." Xander just said, taking the package from his girlfriends hands and putting them back into the bag.
Anay pouted, sitting up.
Xander just rolled his eyes.
Dawn and Buffy came out from the bathroom. Buffy looked a bit flushed, looking completely exhausted. "What is that?" Dawn asked, pointing at the bags.
"Our presents." Anya grinned happily at the teen.
"We have presents?" Dawn's eyes lit up.
Anya just crossed her arms. "Xander doesn't want us to open them yet."
"Why not?" Dawn whined.
Buffy raised an eyebrow at the packages, her eyes brightening instantly.
Xander sighed. "We can't open them without Willow and Tara."
"Xander's right you guys." Buffy said after a moment, sitting back down.
Dawn and Anya both looked at each other, grinning evilly. They both lunged at the gifts, opening them at once.
"Anya!" Xander yelled, trying to pull her off the packages. Buffy seemed to be doing the same to Dawn.
Willow and Tara would be home soon...
