What awesome updates, except for the last little part of this one. I sooo hate Tara's dad. I feel so bad for her. You know, he should be happy that she at least left a note and didn't just go off without any word at all. Grrrr...



Hee... Willow getting her pants wet. I know I shouldn't laugh, but that was so damned funny. I loved Tara asking Willow to take her pants off and Willow of course jumping to the wrong meaning. Such a vixen.



I really can't wait to see what happens next, girl. I am so loving this fic. Thank you.



Oh... are you going to update, "Still Working Out The Kinks," soon?? Need more of that story, soon. Please??

Great update Rane! Poor Will thinking she was a "doofus", but I am glad Tara wiped that image from her mind with her saying, ("I don't trust doofuses with my soul. You are Willow Rosenberg, vixen-y lighter of the flame and keeper of my heart."), just sigh so beautiful . Loved the double-meaning, when Willow said, ("Tara, I'm all wet."), and with Tara reveling in the "feel" of Willow/etc while at home I would say she definitely helped alleviate Willow's "wetness" . Lastly, Tara's father creeps me out. It's obvious that not only is he strict, but he doesn't approve of the gang, and therefore, I have a bad feeling when he realizes the extent of her relationship with Willow. I feel angst building-up, but I am sure W&T will "weather the storm". Can't wait to see what happens next!



Oh and by the way Carvel cakes rule ! I was bummed when my local Carvel closed awhile back, but I found one 20 minutes away, and I still love those cakes! Glad the concert was "awesome", and I agree what is the point at throwing nickels at the performers .

I really liked how you contrasted the goodness of the movie and the bathroom scene with the stark and abrupt manner of the scene with Tara's dad. That was a really good shift of the story there, and brought us snapping out of that dreamy state of Willow and Tara-ness just like it did Tara in the story. Great structure. Thanks for this.

Vamp- weather the storm… hehe, the butterfly is flapping her wings and soon a tropical depression will begin to swell. But there is a happy w/t ending that I cannot wait to get to! I mean after 160 pages I’m jonzing for the resolution as much as you kittens…. As for carvel. I wonder if they have them here in LA. I should check the phone book. I LOVED those cakes! The vanilla and chocolate with crumbly oreo like cookies in the middle except they weren’t oreos cause I think oreos weren’t kosher and carvel is kosher. Or at least was then… Sigh…. I remember the ice cream sandwiches I loved too!!!!! Argh! Now I’m getting hungry!

Ashley- Tara’s dad is an asshole but I’m trying to layer his reasons for being an ass. Don’t worry though, he’s not a saint in this fic. I don’t think he was physically abusive to Tara, we know Donny probably was cause she recoiled form him. But with her father he was just a strict bastard. Otherwise I think their scene together in Family would have been much different.



Ruth- my lovely ruthificus! Not touching alcohol again is like probability of the seas drying up on earth right this very second. Hehe… I’m glad you liked the shift. This was actually supposed to take palce later on in the story but I moved it up to just start the ball rolling. And I know I’ve said that many, many other times but honestly… there’s the ball… see it rolling… ps.. re: charlies angels... at least you weren't in a cab....

as for the smilie i should have figured that out. after all all last spring all i kept typing was . duh, of course it works with kissing too. i wonder if :hug works...



i'm going to revamp wokring out the kinks and post it, hopefully, in one sitting so you all dont have to worry about evil cliffhangers and angsty moments. as for any other fics i'm not sure whehter i'll get back to it. my hearts not in serious fic anymore and i'm not really that much inspired by BTVS either. we'll see...

He’s my honey. when mum used to watch buffy she’d always shake her head and tell me that she wanted tall grand children (I’m short, he’s short hence short kids most probably) but I adore him, i LOVED oz. As for Love, I sunno, she’s cute but not meat on her bones ya know? I like body’s like lauren ambrose and amber. Just love hips and t*ts. You know, Seth is a good actor and I did like Oz, kinda, but... I'm glad he's out of the picture now. He's not one of my favorites, though.
