I liked Willow's view of history as how she and Tara got to meet. "Thus, she had been prepared to hate Tara in a number of various ways." hehe... Willow really should learn to stand up for herself some more, if it bugged her that much to room with Tara, should could have told Buffy to take a hike or something

Of course it will eventually work out for her, I hope

.
Willow needs some anchor/mentor in her closted-gayness-storm I think. She focusses on knowledge because she views that as the answer to all questions. Problem is that she questions the answers she gets

. Reading how-to's on loving another woman was nice to read, typically Willow too. Combined with the fact that Willow pretty much views Tara as the one-and-only makes for a lot of stress on their 'first night' so to speak.
Did Willow ever tell the Oz/Veruca story to Tara? Seems like she got over it eventually, just wondering she and Tara ever talked about it. (Tara doesn't seem to know or hate Oz like she does Xander:-)
Willow likes to think she can be led by passion. However her overthinking due lack of confidence seems to block that. I'm pretty sure Tara can help her overcome that

.
This line from Tara confused me: "Willow was her ideal, but... she had been so angry, so hurt and she knew she had said the words in spite. ". At who was Tara angry and in spite of who did she say the above? She didn't mention her break-up on the Day At The Parc did she ?
Willow's thoughts were hard to read at times, she's so down on herself at times. She's so confused too, sounds like she might drown if someone doesn't help her clear it up. Good thing she came out to Xander at least, one long-distance friend is better than none.
"I thought, maybe, I could, you know, maybe, help you put em up later. Or something.", poor shy Willow
Well, this update made me smile quite a lot which is a Good Thing(tm). Lines about sandcastles and such were nice too

"You hurt Tara," Willow said too calmly. "The last one who tried that was a god. I made her regret it." -- Unexpected Consequences by Lisa of Nine
